Since it's conception, Houston International Trade development Council, Inc.(HITDC) has worked across the globe promoting Houston as a premier destination for International business. HITDC'S International trade Initiative committees has worked with allies from Beijing to Panama and from Lagos to Accra, to create jobs, attract Investment and expand trade in the Houston region. We've also lead trade and Investment mission to major cities in China, Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia and many more. Climatological high resolution coupled climate model simulations for the Maritime Continent have been carried out using the Regional Climate Model（RegCM） version 3 and the Finite Volume Coastal Ocean Model（FVCOM） specifically designed to resolve regions characterized by complex geometry and bathymetry. The RegCM3 boundary forcing is provided by the EMCWF-ERA40 re-analysis. FVCOM is embedded in the Global MITgcm which provides boundary forcing. The domain of the coupled regional model covers the entire South China Sea（SCS） with its through-flow（SCSTF）, the entire Indonesian archipelago with the Indonesian Through-Flow（ITF） and includes a large region in the western Pacific and eastern Indian oceans. The coupled model is able to provide stable and realistic climatological simulations for a specific decade of atmospheric-oceanic variables without flux correction. The major focus of this work is on oceanic properties. First, the coupled simulation is assessed against ocean-only simulations carried out under two different sets of air-sea heat fluxes. The first set, provided by the MITgcm, is proved to be grossly deficient as the heat fluxes are evaluated by a two-dimensional, zonally averaged atmosphere and the simulated SST haveanomalous cold biases. Hence the MITgcm fluxes are discarded. The second set, the NCEP re-analysis heat fluxes, produces a climatological evolution of the SST with an average cold bias of 0.8 °C. The coupling eliminates the cold bias and the coupled SST evolution is in excellent agreement with the analogous evolution in the SODA re-analysis data. The detailed comparison of oceanic circulation properties with the INSTANT observations shows that the coupled simulation produces the best estimate of the total ITF transport through the Makassar strait while the transports of three ocean-only simulations are all underestimated. Marine aerosols over East China Seas are heavily polluted by continental sources. During the Chinese Comprehensive Ocean Experiment in November 2012, size and mass spectra of atmospheric individual particles in the size ranging from 0.2 to 2.0um were measured on board by single particle aerosol mass spectrometer(SPAMS). The average hourly particle number was around 4,560±3,240 in South Yellow Sea(SYS), 2,900±3,970 in North Yellow Sea(NYS), and 1,700±2,220 in Bohai Sea(BS). Particle number in NYS and BS varied greatly over 3 magnitudes from 80 to 19,800, while that in SYS showed a relatively even distribution. The size distributions were fitted with two log-normal modes. Accumulation mode was the dominant mode in NYS and BS especially during episodic periods. Coarse mode particles played an important role in SYS. Particles were classified using adaptive resonance theory based neural network algorithm(ART-2a). Six particle types were identified with secondary-containing, aged sea-salt, soot-like, biomass burning, fresh sea-salt, and lead-containing particles accounting for 32%, 21%, 18%, 16%, 4%, and 3% of total particle number, respectively. Aerosols in BS were relatively enriched in anthropogenic sources compared to SYS, probably due to emissions from moredeveloped upwind regions and indicating stronger influence of continental outflow on marine environment. Variation of source types depended mainly on the origin of transported air masses. This study examined rapid changes in particle number, size distribution and source types of fine particles in marine atmosphere. And it also demonstrated the effectiveness of high-time resolution source apportionment by ART-2a.

本文以甘肃省西和县的乞巧为研究对象,借鉴情感人类学的研究方法,并基于对当地人日常生活的参与观察,将西和乞巧解读为当地女性进行情感表达的社会文化机制。乞巧是一项特殊的女性节庆仪式活动。它是围绕着当地人称之为"巧娘娘"的女神而发生的,每年阴历的七月初一至初七举行。乞巧仪式是由诸多小型仪式组成的,几乎每个仪式都有相应的歌舞与之相应,当地人叫做"唱巧"。乞巧对于女人们而言是特殊的,这段时间她们获得了抽离家庭的机会和正当性,在乞巧的载歌载舞中,她们在交谈和讲述着平时不能讲述的心情故事。本文所说的情感人类学包含两个层面的意涵。首先,它是指西方人类学于二十世纪七十年出现的一个分支,对情感的专门性研究(Anthropology of Emotion);同时,它也包括人类学传统里对某一文化的内在精神气质的关注,比如美国的文化人格学派。在此基础上,本文借助费孝通和赫勒的"定向性情感"提出"显性情感类型"和"隐性情感类型"一对概念;这对概念首先要说明人的情感向度的社会性;其次,显性情感是指一个社会的文化价值体系正面提倡和鼓励的情感类型,而隐性情感恰恰是指被显性情感压抑的部分;这对概念的预设是人是具有情感的复杂整体,对这种复杂性的认识需要将人置于日常生活中进行考察,在这个意义上,我们才能说触摸到了"活生生的个人"。作为一年中特殊时段下集体仪式活动的乞巧,它本身包含着两个相对相生的范畴,一方面它是一个严肃性的仪式活动,但同时又包含着具有狂欢气质的"唱巧",前者是对参与者社会身份的强调,而后者则是对身份的消除和悬置,后者包含着这个社会中女性们的隐性情感类型。情感人类学可以理解为两条路径,其一是用人类学的方法来研究人的情感,其二是从人的情感角度来做人类学研究,本文是采取后一种路径。本研究借助情感人类学的方法,通过关注乞巧主体所宣泄的隐性情感,最终解读作为仪式的乞巧;同时,也试图通过对人们情感的关注来沟通仪式研究与日常生活之间的沟壑。情感人类学在中国人类学学科发展中一直是欠缺的。本文是一项情感人类学的经验研究,除了费孝通和阎云翔的研究间接涉及之外,情感人类学在人类学中国研究中有待推进。本文对情感人类学的重提也追求一定的政治哲学内涵,认为人的主体性不仅在于外在体系对人的承认和释放,也不仅在于人的自主行动,还在于对人的情感向度的重视。反过来说,承认人是情感的主体是承认他们是社会生活主体的基础。

We developed the first quantitative and climatically potential niche distribution models for the Assamese macaque(Macaca assamensis),a Himalayan moist broad-leaved forest species of primates,for 12 countries in South and South-east Asia(Afghanistan,Pakistan,Nepal,India,China,Bangladesh,Bhutan,Myanmar,Vietnam,Thailand,Lao PDR and Cambodia).We used species occurrence records from our own field work as well as extracted species occurrence records from published *** applied Random Forest(RF),Classification and Regression Tree(CART),Tree Net(TN),Max Ent and Multivariate Adaptive Regression Splines(MARS) machine learning algorithms in *** we averaged all of these model outputs as an ensemble model *** and 19 environmental layers related to precipitation and temperature from World Clim(***) were utilized to develop these *** predicted distribution of Assamese macaque was strongly associated with BIO 18(Precipitation of Warmest Quarter),BIO 7(Temperature Annual Range) and BIO 4(Temperature Seasonality).The predicted map shows that there is a continuous and potential niche of Assamese macaque from east of the Kaligandaki river in Nepal up to the Brahmaputra river in northeast *** predicted areas seem to be either fragmented or confined to small pockets except in Lao PDR where some continuous potential habitat can be seen in the predicted *** we provide the first robust rules and resource selection functions for such predictions using partial dependence *** predictions also confirm that there are no ecologically suitable areas for this species inPakistan,Afghanistan and *** most significant contribution is the identification of the areas with a high probability of the presence of Assamese macaque,which is the information that can be applied to identify new populations of this species and for planning future surveys in previously un-surveyed areas of the large geographical *** model outputs ob

"丝绸之路经济带"这一构想的提出,是国家发展中一个跨区域的战略思考。战略思考要有相应的战略规划与实施。在讨论"丝绸之路经济带"这个相对抽象的构想时,学者们已经意识到这一个构想之规模超出了一般意义上的经济带,认为其远景目标是构建区域合作的一种新模式,与周边国家形成"利益共同体"和"命运共同体"而它的实现需要与合作区域内各国充分交流合作(李建民,2013)。"丝绸之路经济带"五大支柱强调"五通":政策沟通、道路联通、贸易畅通、货币流通、民心相通。"政策沟通"提供合作区域内各国认可的框架,"道路联通"、"贸易畅通"、"货币流通"等三通覆盖基础建设实施平台的方面,而"民心相通"则是前四通的关键,即,"新丝绸之路经济带"覆盖的合作区域内的各国人民必须认可"新丝绸之路经济带"的构想,并参与其实施过程中,这是加强人民往来、增进相互了解、为开展区域合作奠定民意基础和社会基础。处于该经济带覆盖地区的高等教育院校更应该考虑各自在这个"新丝绸之路经济带"构想中应该起到的作用,思考如何从人力资源方面进行必要的前期准备工作。"新丝绸之路经济带"构想的设计、实施、可持续发展以及达到预期目标的前提之一是相配套的高等教育支持。本文认为,这个配套的高等教育支持应该具有"新丝绸之路经济带"构想的特征,而配套的特征应主要体现在下面四个方面:高等教育的办学宗旨与"新丝绸之路经济带"构想有机的结合、基于"新丝绸之路经济带"所需人才能力的课程设计、(合作区域内各国)多元文化为导向的教学理念与教学法、基于"新丝绸之路经济带"所需人才能力的评估设计。制定大学战略发展规划成为大学思考总体工作的重要平台,也成大学质量保障的根据。大学服务于社会成为高等教育对社会承诺的一个共识,大学战略发展核心内容之一是关注大学对所在社区以及对社会总体的贡献。"新丝绸之路经济带"覆盖地区(如西北5省、西南4省市以及东部5省)中的高等院校应该适时在其大学战略规划的制定或修改中,从大学战略发展的层次上提出战略导向性的计划,并制定相应的实施措施。有了大学战略发展中对学校如何将"新丝绸之路经济带"对大学的期待进行明确的描述之后,就会对大学其它方面的工作提供了支撑的根据与框架。根据高等教育自身的特点、社会对高等教育的期待,对"新丝绸之路经济带"设计、实施等方面提供咨询、承担项目等是大学通常可以去考虑的;但从时间角度来看,大学更应从其最本质的职能--人才培养--上进行思考,比如说,人才培养的种类与质量,是对"新丝绸之路经济带"最为直接的贡献。从这个角度上来说,"新丝绸之路经济带"覆盖地区中的高等院校应该深思其人才培养目标的确定,以及对人才规格的描述。基于"新丝绸之路经济带"的设想,大学人才培养重点应该考虑基于能力、知识支撑的人才规格制定,即,能力培养作为人才规格主要内涵,而知识习得则以能力为导向。基于"新丝绸之路经济带"所需人才能力的课程设计是"新丝绸之路经济带"构想相配套的高等教育特征的第二个方面,作为高等教育的主要平台,课程设置是实施大学办学理念的具体体现。在进行其课程设置中,传统学术在课程设置中的体现要和课程服务目标有机的结合,即,"新丝绸之路经济带"实施中会充分显示现代信息社会对经济发展的影响,而这个影响对人才的期待会在人的能力上充分体现出来。现代信息社会对人的智力能力会成为对人才培养的基本能力期待,"新丝绸之路经济带"覆盖地区中高等院校应该重新审视课程中对人才培训的能力目标描写,使课程的设置能对能力培养起到推进作用。这种基于能力的课程设置会直接影响到教学法的使用和对学生学习质量的评价。"新丝绸之路经济带"涉及到(合作区域内)各国之间的交流与沟通,对高等教育院校来说,多元文化为导向的教学理念与教学法则应成为"新丝绸之路经济带"课程设置的特点之一。在基于能力为导向的课程设置中,如何更有效的提高学生学习质量成为基于"新丝绸之路经济带"所需人才能力课程设计的实施要点。课堂上掌握的内容与实际使用的效率与效果总会有一定距离的,在学校期间最大可能的缩短这个距离是提高教育质量的标准之一。多元文化为导向的教学理念与教学法对教师提出了两大期待:了解(合作区域内各国之间)多元文化的内涵,并从理解这些文化内涵的角度去进行有效的教学。"新丝绸之路经济带"构想相配套的高等教育特征最后一个方面是评估设计,对"新丝绸之路经济带"所需人才的培养是否成功需要进行评估,而这个评估设计应该是基于"新丝绸之路经济带"所需人才能力的评估设计。从课程设置来看,这个评估设计应该有两大部分:对人才培养目标规格的评估以及人才使用中胜任度的评估。前者评估重点在学生能力的展示,后者评估重点在这些能力的展示在工作中的转化(时间和可用度)程度。
