The grain size records of loess in China are some of the most important terrestrial records of past climate *** systematically carried out fieldwork on loess section of Xulinzhuang in Changyi on the Laizhou Bay plain south of Bohai Sea,and analyzed grain size of 86 *** shows that, environment-sensitive size fractions of this section respectively are 70.8-79.4μm,by analyzing grain-size class *** deviation values *** of percentage of the different size fraction have certain *** section of the lower four layers of loess-paleosol recorded the variations of paleo-environmental evolution and sea level changes over the last glacial stage.

This paper aims to analyse the coupling between ecosystem and economy(CBEE) in mountainous regions in a spatial *** research is carried out in Anji County of Zhejiang *** sea level to the peak,according to altitude variation of every 100 m,the whole county is divided into 16 space *** of Anji County are composed of 9 types of land *** GDP and the CBEE of every type of land covers on every space unit is calculated with statistical data and results of field surveys. Subsequently,the ratio of the CBEE to the VES and the ratio of the CBEE to the GDP of every type of land cover on every space unit are worked out *** indicate that,with altitude descending,more and more VES is exploited and economy's output *** the whole county,14.34%of local VES,97% of which is the value of material productions,has been exploited into local GDP,meanwhile the VES contributes 12.12%of the GDP.

每当豪雨或是台风季节来临之际,常常挟带大量雨水以及巨大的破坏力,造成台湾地区民众极大的财产损失和生命财产安全之威胁,特别是居住在山坡地地区之民众时常得饱受土石流灾害的侵袭。根据水土保持局公布数据显示台湾地区目前土石流危险潜势溪共计1420条,其中台北县、南投县、台东县、花莲县、宜兰县等县市,更是有超过百条的危险溪流,这些危险溪流一旦豪雨或是台风来临时都将可能造成严重的人员伤亡或财产损失。基于此本研究欲从土石流自动警报系统来着手分析,评估在山坡地小区设置自动警报系统之可行性,研究中分成四个层面来做评估,包括了居民意识层面、监测技术层面、相关法律层面以及经费预算层面,透过问卷方式针对处在危险潜势溪地区之民众做调查,了解当地民众对于土石流灾害的初步认识概况,以及负担部份设置系统费用之意愿等。藉由民众意见的搜集再来评量监测技术面与民众期待落差程度为何,紧接着从法律面来看,在土石流防范相关法条上是否有缺失之处以及如何修改让系统能够在往后坡地住宅建设上有明确之规定。另外,系统在建置经费方面将针对民众负担意愿以及政府单位能否提供协助来探讨经费的取得。本文中藉由四个层面的评估分析希望能够确实做到自动警报系统设置的具体做法,期能在坡地安全上,特别是针对土石流的防范上,让民众能够藉由监测仪器的设置在往后危险来临之时能够保全生命顺利逃生。

Land use and land cover change(LUCC) is one of the most important components and major causes to global environmental *** the reform and opening-up,the LUCC pattern has a noticeable change in Linyi City along with the development of the urbanization and the growth of *** study, based on the three remote sensing image in 1986,1995 and 2004,with the help of GIS&RS technology and the land use changes model,analyses the LUCC changes and the driving force in Linyi *** result shows that the LUCC has a obvious changes from 1986 to 2004 in Linyi *** farmland in Linyi City diminished constantly,but the town and construction land increased quickly during *** forestland and grassland has little inducement during 1986-1995,but it has lots of increase from 1995 to 2004 due to the policy of returning the grain plots to *** unused land has a decrease and then increases from 1986 to 2004,however,there is little changes in the whole *** changes has taken place in the water *** land use change is caused by the nature and human *** economic policy and the population are the main driving force.

The soil productive forces are mainly affected by soil erosion as soil nutrients and organic carbon are taken *** determine the relationships between the reduction of soil organic carbon and impact factors of soil erosion,the last 17 years' data of slopes and rainfalls in Xiejiawan,Chongqing,China was investigated and *** showed that amount of soil erosion and loss of soil organic carbon caused by water erosion goes up with the increase of gradient,and there was linear correlation between them on the slopes at the range between 8.75%~ 46.63%.And the main effects of rainfall on the loss of organic carbon in purple soil were not embodied in rain intensity,but rainfall parameter had little ***,there was a significant seasonal effect of rain on the loss of organic carbon in purple *** information is provided on the effects of water erosion on soil organic carbon in regions of hilly purple soil.

The South Tiaoxi river,located in Lin'an city,Zhejiang province,is the origin of Tai Lake. The water quality condition of this river basin has the important meaning to the resident health of Hang-Jia-Hu plain and preventing pollution from Tai Lake.A two-year water monitor was carried out in South Tiaoxi river Lin'an *** samples were collected in July 2009,October 2009,January 2010 and April *** order to overcoming the malpractice of previous fuzzy analytic hierarchy process which underestimates the severity of pollution and could not appraise inferior V water quality,an improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was established in the *** was used to eveluated the water quality of South Tiaoxi river Lin'an section and analyze its temporal and spatial *** fuzzy analytic hierarchy process takes the intermediate value of the upper and lower limits of water quality standards as limited value, "S",to compute the degree of *** can obtain six membership functions,conforming to the national *** this study,TN,TP,NH-N,COD and DO were selected as main contamination *** eveluation results showed that the major pollutant was ***'s weight coefficient reached 0.487.

Human activities have dramatically altered the global environment,but the knowledge of the specific forces driving those impacts is not fully understood for lack of suitable *** model provides a simple analyzing framework for decomposing the impact of human activities on environment. Taking Sichuan Province of China as an example,we took the total energy consumption as the index of environmental impact and the STIRTPAT model was utilized to analyze the anthropogenic driving forces of environmental *** order to avoid the negative effect caused by collinearity among independent variables themselves,the Ridge Regression（RR） method was used to simulate the *** results showed that population is the most significant driving force of environmental impact,1%change in population would induce 1.46%change in total energy consumption;energy intensity also have a positive but relative smaller effect on environmental impact,1%change in energy intensity may lead to 0.68%change in total energy *** to the analysis of affluence elasticity（EE）,the relationship between affluence and environmental impact changes from inelastic（0.78）to elastic（1.02） as affluence increases in 1990-2008,which means the classic inverted U-shaped environmental Kuznets curve does not exist in Sichuan,suggesting that further economic develop may continue to increase environmental impact in Sichuan Province.

Sichuan Giant Panda Sanctuaries were nominated as the world natural heritage on the 30session of the world heritage committee,Vilnius city,Lithuania,July,2006,and enrolled the heritage list. The Jiajin Mountains giant panda sanctuary was an important component of Sichuan giant panda sanctuaries. Local people took the cost of conserving giant panda while local social development lagged *** utilization conditions of heritage tourism resources were analyzed in the Jiajin Mountains giant panda sanctuary via SWOT（Strengths,Weaknesses,Opportunities and Threats） analysis in order to promote the social development of the heritage site and its neighborhoods,and make full use of the heritage tourism resources in the giant panda ***,this paper introduced the Jiajin Mountains giant panda sanctuary ***,the conditions of the heritage tourism resources were analyzed through SWOT *** provided good insights into utilizing the heritage tourism ***,several recommendations were proposed to overcome obstacles for sustainable use of the heritage tourism resources in the Jiajin Mountains giant panda sanctuary based on the analysis,principles of authenticity and integrity and functional zoning.

By observing(from2005 to 2008) the soil and water losses of runoff observation field at Shengzhong Reservoir in moderate erosion area of Low and Deep Hills of North Sichuan District,China,the paper studied the characteristics of soil erosion in different land use types,and expected to provide a theoretical basis to prevent soil and water losses in this *** results showed as follows:Under different land use types,the orders of water runoff,runoff depth,runoff coefficient,runoff modulus and soil erosion were:terrace type>plant herbaceous type>afforestation type,and the order of critical rainfall runoff was: afforestation type>plant herbaceous type>terrace *** regression analysis showed that the soil erosion of afforestation type and plant herbaceous type had a significant linear regression relationship with rainfall intensity and rainfall duration,and a highly significant relationship with *** soil erosion of terrace type had significant linear regression relationship with rainfall intensity,and very significant relationship with rainfall and rainfall *** path analysis showed that the absolute value of direct effect path coefficients on soil erosion of afforestation type was:rainfall>rainfall intensity>rainfall duration,and plant herbaceous type and terrace type of it were:rainfall>rainfall duration>rainfall *** total absolute values of indirect effect path coefficient on soil erosion of different land use types were:rainfall duration>rainfall intensity>rainfall.

Since the 1980s China has conducted consecutively the comprehensive control activities of soil and water loss(SWL) nation-widely at the scale of the small-watershed and obtained a lot of significant achievements,it is necessary to establish an objective and feasible system to assess quantitatively the benefits of soil and water conservation(SWC) for the adoption of the further proper policies and plans of SWC. Based on the Method of Benefit Calculation for Comprehensive Control of Soil Erosion(GB/T15774-1995) and the corresponding revised draft in 2006,we selected three small-watersheds in Xingguo County of Jiangxi province,a typical region of the severe soil erosion in the red soil region of southern China, established an assessment system which includes 30 indices,covering ecological,economic and social benefits,and then evaluated quantitatively the benefits of *** assessment results were consistent well to the local situations and disclosed generally the ecological,economic and social benefits at the small-watershed scale,which suggest the adopted assessment system is *** assessment system also showed clearly the differences of SWC benefit in different small-watersheds,which suggests the synchronous study of the multi small-watersheds is more informative and useful for instructing the further regional SWC *** were obvious differences in SWC benefits among the three studied small-watersheds,Tangbei small-watershed enjoys the highest ecological,economic,social and comprehensive benefits and now it should focus on the daily maintaining management,but both Liaogongkeng and Jiaoxi small-watersheds still need to continue the fund input to intensify the work of SWC.
