Wild-abortive(WA),Honglian(HL) and Baro-Ⅱ(BT) CMS are three important cytoplasmic male sterility(CMS) types in *** is very essential to investigate the information about the fertility restorer(Rf) gene and CMS,including genetic mode and allelism of Rf genes and the relationship between Rf and *** of the all test-cross F1 plants shows that the restorer-maintainer relationship is similar for HL-CMS and BT-CMS,while is variance for WA-CMS and HL-CMS and BT-CMS,respectively. Genetic analysis indicates that HL- or BT-CMS are controlled by single dominant Rf gene and WA-CMS is controlled by one or two pairs of dominant Rf genes,which reflect the characters of the gametophytic and sporophytic restoration CMS *** is concluded that there are at least three Rf loci in different accessions with Rf genes for each CMS type.

Background:miRNAs have been found to regulate gene expression in *** are studies showing that expression of miRNAs is tissue-specific and developmental *** mechanism behind this might be the actions of the miRNAs. Methods:We introduce the identification of miRNAs from two human fetal liver cDNA libraries by a cloning *** the miRNAs detected were analyzed in a chorionic villus tissue and 4 liver tissues by using real-time PCR. Results:After sequencing and database searching,totally 42 miRNAs in two fetal livers were *** analysis showed that they have higher expression in the livers of the fetal period than the adult period,and furthermore the expression levels of the miRNAs during the fetal period was dynamically changed. Conclusion:Our results indicate that a special group of miRNAs may play an important role in human fetal liver development,and their roles in the adult livers are limited.

A novel OSPGYRP gene encoding a riceproline-,glycine- and tyrosine-rich protein was isolated fromcold-stress treated rice seedlings using suppression subtractive *** amino acid sequence analysis and subcellular localization confirm that OsPGYRP is a novel protein involved in vesicle *** expression of the OSPGYRP gene was induced by cold,salt,and osmotic stress. In addition,expression of the OSPGYRP gene in *** increased the resistance to cold *** results show that OsPGYRP is a novel protein involved in vesicle trafficking and plays an important role in plant adaptation to stress.
