XML-based network management is becoming more and more popular these *** others SNMP has been widely applied,so we should take into consideration how to manage the broad devices so as to support the SNMP *** paper presents a proposal for both XML-based network management and designing a network management system using the advantage of the Netconf protocol in the configuration management and MIBs which is commonly used,and we also describe the architectures of the *** last,we obtain the comparative performance results of specific cases of the network with SNMP Agent and Netconf *** results show Netconf Agent can guarantee the required quality of service to meet the network management requirements better.

To enhance performance,embedded systems are often designed with one FPGA handling complex data besides the processor,and we call this structure external coprocessor *** paper concentrates on a kind of architecture in FPGA used to establish the connection between processor and one or more external coprocessors in the *** architecture is characterized by its ability to exchange data with high performance,while it could be further developed and optimized by user to adapt different case of *** this architecture, designers could significantly shorten the time to develop external coprocessor model,and rise the value of coprocessors by making them interchangeable and maximizing their universality.

Generally,for the complexity and difficulty of calculation,the interference from other-cell is simplified to be a certain proportion of intra-cell *** proportion is called other-cell-interference factor (f),which is considered as a constant *** in practice,especially in multimedia CDMA networks with imperfect power control,this factor is not a constant for the channel fading,user's mobility and traffic characteristic of variable bit *** analysis and simulation results show that the interference factor is approximated as a lognormal random variable,and it is heavily affected by the traffic load and the proportion of VBR traffic in the system.

With increasing intrusions and attacks on the Internet infrastructure,there is an urgent need to develop effective detection techniques for network *** have shown that most of the damages result from vulnerabilities existing on the network and *** of current intrusion detection mechanisms and comparison of common detection approaches indicate that the limitations of traditional intrusion detection lie in that they are ignorant of the necessary vulnerability information of the system and network they are monitoring *** is therefore demanding to improve intrusion detection with valuable vulnerability *** order to make intrusion detection accurate,efficient and adaptive enough for network security,we present an integrated model of vulnerability-based intrusion detection on the basis of *** this paper,we also describe the main components of the model in detail,especially the vulnerability information generator for event analyzer.

Single-user chaos-based communication technique has recently been proposed and *** this paper, the multiple access capacities between two kinds of chaos-based communication systems are further investigated and compared,which use different DCSK schemes-the WALSH-DCSK and the time-delay-based multiple access (TLMA) *** results show that the multiple access capacity of the former is better than that of the latter under various wireless transmission *** is found that the performance of the former is not affected by the increase of the number of users when the employed Walsh sequence is long enough and is easier to implement as compared to the *** a result,the WALSH-DCSK is recommended for wireless transmission.

These days,wireless sensor networks have emerged,as the times require supporting low-data-rate *** meet the requirements of these applications,a successful wireless sensor network design must have several features different from other wireless *** unique features lead to the complexity of management tasks for wireless sensor networks due to their dynamic *** this paper,we introduce the policy-based approach for wireless sensor network management and present a hierarchy policy-based management model taking into account the characteristics of wireless sensor ***,semantic network management and policy adaptation mechanism are integrated in our approach,since semantic languages may provide the formalism to policies while the use of adaptive policies may enhance the automation of creating new policies according to the changing objective *** the paper proposes a semantic adaptive policy-based management architecture for wireless sensor networks.

In the future mobile communication system,the fast packet scheduling carried out at Node-B is significant to improve system throughput while guarantee fairness among *** this paper,we investigate the scheduling algorithm integrated multicarrier allocation to maximize the system throughput in the wireless communication system and then present a novel proportional fairness scheduling algorithm with BLER prediction (BLER-PF).The proposed BLER-PF is evolved from the traditional Proportional Fairness and combined with hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ),Adaptive Modulation and coding (AMC) based on limited channel quality information (CQI) *** system-level simulations are preformed in order to analyze system throughput,fairness and multiuser diversity gain of the proposed and other exiting scheduling algorithms in the downlink of MIMO-OFDM system.

When the transmitter know the channel state information,the capacity of MIMO broadcast channel can be achieved by using a non-linear precoding technique known as dirty paper coding (DPC)[1-4],however,the high complexity of DPC makes it hard to *** complexity linear precoding such as zero-forcing beamforming strategy is of great interests,and the zero-forcing *** is proved to achieve the same asymptotic sum-rate as that of DPC [4],when the number of users goes to *** maximization of capacity can't guarantee the fairness among the multiple *** power allocation methods are proposed under zero-forcing beamforming in [2] such as uniform power allocation (UPA),equal rate and BER (ERB),and equal proportional SNR (EPS),which carter for different fairness *** this paper,we propose a new fairness measurement,which combine the object of UPA and *** power allocation problem is formulated as an optimization problem,and the exactly power allocation formulation is derived under a sum transmit power constraint. Simulation result show the proposed power allocation algorithm can better balance the capacity and the fairness among users than EPS.

Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) is a emerging multiple access scheme to be used for future broadband wireless communication *** OFDMA based systems,the systems commonly allocate subcarriers dynamically to users in a pseudo-random way.A key issue at hand is how to find the effective subcarrier allocation algorithm to provide quality-of-service (QoS) for *** this paper,a novel subcarrier allocation algorithm is proposed and *** proposed algorithm tries to improve the system's throughput and guarantee fairness between the users while not increasing its computational *** results show that compared with other algorithm,the proposed algorithm can guarantee users' OoS requirements.
