Rapid prototyping(RP)is a computerized fabrication technology that additively builds highly complex three-dimensional physical objects layer by layer using data generated by computer,for example CAD or digital ***-dimensional printing(3DP)is one of such technologies that employs ink-jet printing technology for processing powder *** fabrication,a printer head is used to print a liquid on to thin layers of powder following the object's profile as generated by the system *** work looks at redesigning 3D Printing machine,using piezo-electric demand-mode technology head in order to improve the factors of accuracy,surface finishing and color quality of constructed models which current catching systems face these *** layers created with aforesaid system are between 25 to 150 μm(steps of 25 μm).

Since the rigid precision control is important,this paper presents a method of Bézier curves minor adjustment which is based on the basic requirements of rigid precision and smoothness on auto class-A surfaces feature *** method aims to change surface-count to NUBRBS surface,and optimize the figures after surface modification of the minimizing bending energy of *** cores of this method are the minor adjustment calculation of control vertex and the modification of the minimizing bending energy of *** two factors not only realize the smoothing fitting of the space points and quick convergence of fitting iterative process but also the automatic process of surface minor *** of them meet the precision requirement and aesthetic design and the latter is more *** the example of class-A points-cloud data of vehicle,the paper shows the availability to improve the efficiency and veracity of building CAD data.

The methods of preparation of hydroxyapatite coatings by complex oxidation and hydrothermal treatment were *** complex oxidation meant that the titanium plates were anodic oxidized firstly and then micro-arc *** surface morphology,microstructure,phase structure and relative percentage of Ca,P and Ti atoms were studied by means of SEM,XRD and *** addition,the mechanisms of coating generating were *** results indicated that the oxide films with symmetrical discharged pores,combining firmly with bases and including Ca &P elements were formed by complex oxidation *** hydrothermal treatment in alkalescence solution applied to the titanium plates with complex oxidation film,the phosphate ions of inner layer distributed to the outer layer through the discharged *** these phosphate ions reacted with the hydroxide ions and calcium ions in the outer layer,by which the hydroxyapatite was obtained.

研究了环形板料激光成形过程以及环圆心角和扫描路径对板料弯曲变形的影响规律。结果表明:(1)与直线扫描过程不同的是,由于热传导的影响,标定的第3点出现了两个峰值温度。(2)由于板料的区域约束形成刚端抑制作用,导致成形过程不断波动,并且自由端产生翘曲。(3)随着环圆心角的增大,标定三点的位移差先减小后增大,但自由端翘曲曲率减小。(4)随着激光扫描半径的增大,标定三点的位移差减小,翘曲曲率增大。

Scaffolds require individual external shape and well defined internal structure,which is of great importance for tissue *** prototyping(RP)uses layer-manufacturing strategies to create physical objects and has the advantage on scaffold fabrication.A new RP technology called aerodynamically assisted Tip-Pen Direct Writing was developed to construct the complex *** with the traditional nozzle,there is a micro-tip in the center of the *** flow is determined by the gap between the micro-hole and micro-tip,which makes it practical for more accurate flow *** employs a highly accurate three-dimensional micro-positioning system with the new nozzle to deposit maltose structures.3D architectures had been made by this method,the width of fiber in which is about 120μm.

An off-line programming system for laser re-manufacturing was studied and developed based on *** and information flow of off-line programming for laser remanufacturing robot was analyzed and the software structure of off-line programming was *** SolidWorks software can be used to design models of robot,workpiece,coaxial nozzle and *** the SolidWorks Application Programming Interface(API),the VC++ and ATL are chosen to develop such modules as direct slicing for obtaining path data,path planning,process specification and control program automatic *** FANUC Roboguide software is used to realize graphical simulation.A direct slicing approach from SolidWorks solid models for obtaining path data is proposed and slicing example is given.

On the basis of principle of Rapid Prototyping(RP),through the manufacturing process of casting die of the clutch housing of diesel engine,the engineering application of RP technology in die making is discussed in this *** to the enterprise requirement in product development and die making,we set up a RE/RP integrated system for engineering application and realize the integrated application of RE/RP in die *** the die of the clutch housing of diesel engine as an example,we do research in the engineering application of RP technology in die making,such as setting hot pressing temperature and hot pressing pressure,matching laser power and laser cutting velocity,layout prototyping model and post *** casting die manufactured by RP has been used to produce 100 blanks of the clutch housing,and a good result is obtained.
