The micro-wave time transfer system between Lintong and Pucheng has been used to synchronize the standard time signal from the time reference station(located in Lintong, Xi'an city) and the signal from the time transmission station,which is located in Pucheng county about 70km northeast of Lintong..The digital system is the upgrade of the analogue system which has run continuously for over 30 years till 2008,for its reliability and specifications of the analogue system have been seriously degraded mainly due to the outage of the *** technical scheme for the digital micro-wave time transfer system and the realized function of it are introduced *** preliminary results show that the performance of the micro-wave time transfer system has been greatly improved,it realized a similar comparison precision as GPS Common-view(GPS CV) time comparison technique.

In partial discharge(PD)measurements of electric power equipment there is always a lot of interference,of which periodicity narrow-band interference demonstrates strongly in both time domain and frequency domain,so it must be filtered in advance,and then white noise is dealt *** on the research of the threshold value of frequency domain and Wavelet filtering method,an improved algorithm is presented in which by use of least square support vector machine (LS-SVM)regression,and which can adapt the narrow-band interference in a wider frequency band,meanwhile,white noise is suppressed by adaptive threshold method for reconstruction of Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD).Finally this method is used in interference suppressing of factual PD signals,the result shows that the method is effective.
