Because the measurement theory and method are different,each frequency parameter calibration needs a set of measurement *** the expenses for frequency multi-parameter calibration are *** it is difficult to carry about these sets of instruments to the *** this paper,the design of a new portable frequency multi-parameter calibration equipment is *** equipment is developed for frequency multi-parameter characteristics metrology and measurement service in the *** integration design technology based on compact PCI bus,the equipment has three measurement functions in the system such as frequency accuracy,frequency stability and phase *** it has embedded computer system,GPS frequency standard and low phase noise frequency *** the customer can do calibration even without taking any other frequency sources and computers with *** high reliable structure and electromagnetic shielding design,this calibration equipment has good EMC *** application shows that this calibration equipment runs stably and *** technology and methods adopted in the calibration equipment are practical and worthy of using abroad.

During the process of the Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway construction,if the construction equipments and the materials intrude the existing railway lines,it will cause serious *** avoid the threat,a surveillance system is needed,which should measure the status of the existing line clearance at real time with high *** system is proposed in this paper,which combines the laser scan technology and wireless network to ensure the safety of the railway *** identification algorithm is studied to analyze the data from the LMS-200 laser scan equipments,the system will identify the threatening object and the train showing up in the existing line *** there is a threatening object,the system will start the warning *** system is used in building sits in Jinan and Taian,the field experiments show that the system has high validity,response speed and can meet the construction requirements.

With the aim of better assessing the relationship between heart rate variability（HRV） and sleep stages, detrended fluctuation analysis（DFA） and autoregressive（AR） spectral analysis of HRV are performed in 45 healthy subjects during various sleep *** scaling exponentsα andα of DFA,the normalized（n.u.） power of LF and HF spectral bands,LF/HF ratio are *** results indicate a significant decrease in scaling exponentsα andα of DFA from REM to light sleep and deep sleep,all of which are above ***,spectral parameters（LFn.u.,*** LF/HF） show the increasing parasympathetic activity. Furthermore,significance analysis on scaling exponents and spectral parameters demonstrates that scaling exponents have more significant differences than spectral parameters in distinguishing different sleep *** is concluded that DFA will be a better analysis method to quantify the relationship between HRV and sleep stages in normal.

To realize fault forecast and predictive maintenance for complicated equipments,a new hybrid-inference fault forecast model integrated with dynamic fuzzy theory and Multi-Agent System(MAS) is firstly put *** combines forward inference and backward inference,different knowledge representations and inference mechanisms into a uniform inference framework,and resolve the puzzle of carrying out fault forecast for individual unit in certain *** inference flow,weight coefficient matrix,dynamic fuzzy matrix and structure of multi-Agent diagnosis federation are illustrated in detail.A candidate fault set including the probability of each fault symptom is provided by forward inference based on dynamic fuzzy ***,the factual fault symptoms,the corresponding fault causations and components can be confirmed by inverted inference process based on multi-Agent synchronous inference framework.

The combustion process of the oxyacetylene flame is a random *** classification and identification results are obtained by using the Hidden Markov Model(HMM)which has good simulation ability on the random ***,the image sequences samples are gotten using CCD *** the characteristic parameters are picked up and sequences of observation vectors are composed after the pretreatment is done on the ***,the HMM is trained for the combustion *** the image sequences to be identified,their combustion state sequences can be obtained using Viterbi algorithm after the characteristic parameter vectors are picked up,so the combustion process of oxyacetylene can be classified and *** experiment proves that,according to the characteristics of the oxyacetylene flame images,using image sequences instead of images as objects and adopting one dimension and multi-step classification method can save time, improve the real-time and the identifying accuracy.

The differential Hall-effect force measurement method is put forward in this *** mechanical measurement model is designed based on the linear Hall element and the cylindrical permanent *** Hall elements and magnet structure constitute a symmetric complementary,and the output voltage signal in a differential way,the linear relationship between mechanical quantity and the Hall voltage is established to achieve a non-contact way of measuring *** symmetry design of the model reduces the non-linear effects of factors on the measurement and improves the output *** experiment showed that the differential measurement method can effectively suppress the temperature drift,measurement model has the characteristics of temperature drift self-calibrating;Differential measurement method suppress common mode interference and the doubling of signal *** measurements experiments and the experimental results show that the measurement method is feasible.
