Agriculture informationization is the inevitable trend of the world modern agricultural development,at present it is the most main bottleneck that rural informationization progress is slow in the course of Chinese rural informationization development,the last kilometer becomes a difficult problem to solve *** on the theory of participatory rural community,this article lead to analyze the core reason why exits the endocardial power deficiency of the last kilometers problem in China rural community and the restraint obstruct to the exterior intervention impetus function,researching the original data gained by agricultural informationization investigations and studies in Liaoning Province,and moreover proposes the effective solution is that a Digital integrated platform should be build in China rural community,which play two aspect of the function meanwhile the rural community management and information service,marking a feature of extreme interactivity,integrativity and comprehensive consistent,furthermore it should choose a specific informationization construction plan according to the different community characteristic together with the farmer and the rural community in view of establishing a reasonable effective development mechanism,realizing the fair and reasonable disposition and management to the information resource,ultimately realizing the sustainable development of the rural informationization.

GS1 is global traceability standard,which is composed by the encoding system（EAN/UCC,EPC）,the data carriers identified automatically（bar codes,RFID）,electronic data interchange standards（EDI,XML）.RFID is a non-contact,multi-objective automatic identification *** of source food,standardization of RFID tags,sharing of dynamic data are problems to solve urgently for recent traceability *** paper designed general framework for animal food safety traceability using GS1 and *** framework uses RFID tags encoding with EPCglobal tag data *** information server has access tier,business tier and resource *** servers are heterogeneous and distributed,providing user access interfaces by SOAP or HTTP *** sharing dynamic data,discovery service and object name service are used to locate dynamic distributed information servers.

To implement precision feeding for dairy cow,an intelligent multiconcentrates feeding system was *** system consists of two parts,one is precision ingredients control subsystem,the other is multi-concentrates discharge *** former controls the latter with 4 stepper *** precision ingredients control subsystem was designed based on Samsung S3C2440 ARM9 microprocessor and WinCE5.0 embedded operating *** feeding system identifies the dairy cow with passive transponder using RFID(Radio frequency identification) *** to the differences of based diet intake and individual dairy cow milk yield,the system can automatically and quantificationally discharge 4 kinds of different concentrates on the basis of the cow identification *** intelligent multi-concentrates feeding system for dairy cow has been designed and *** to the experiment results,the concentrate feeding error is less than 5%,the cow inditification delay time is less than 0.5s and the cow inditification error rate is less than 0.01%.

A field crop irrigation management decision-making system（Croplrri） was developed based on the soil water balance model,crop phenology model,root growth model,crop water production function,and irrigation management *** irrigation plan is made through predicating of soil water content in root zone and daily crop water requirement using historical and forecasting weather data,measured real time soil moisture *** provided four decision modes of non-limiting irrigation,water-saving irrigation,irrigation with experience and user custom *** main function of Croplrri includes:pre-sowing and real-time irrigation management decisionmaking support,simulation of soil water dynamics in the root zone,evaluation of the effect of certain irrigation plan on crop yield reduction,and database management.A case study of wheat crop irrigation management by Croplrri showed its practical value and *** could be an objectives-oriented,multi users-oriented and practical irrigation management decision-making tool.

It is very important that the comfortable indoor climate is built for crop growing in *** adjust the temperature and humidity,the natural ventilation operation and indoor airflow operation is necessary to be *** on many researches and analysis for indoor climate of greenhouse,it is proved that the two main parameters,temperature and humidity in greenhouse,correlate with ventilation,and the relation equation is indicated *** the other hand,there is other research which indicates that the growth result of crop is affected by the ways of airflow in greenhouse as well as natural *** all of these factors,with advance control theory and intelligent control technology,the control system of natural ventilation is presented in this *** main point in the paper is that depending on replacement ventilation principle the natural ventilation will be controlled by driving the windows ***,the ventilation model using in greenhouse is constructed specially using actuators for driving windows one by one,and control model is analyzed on the principle of natural ventilation *** is present firstly that using fuzzy control method depending on the temperature indoor to drive windows to work is *** the system designing of driving windows is given,and the intelligentized controlling system for natural ventilation in greenhouse is constructed *** to the smart fuzzy calculating and crop growth need condition,the windows open angle can be controlled accurately with detecting indoor parameters such as temperature,humidity,CO density as well as outdoor temperature,sun light,wind and ***,the characteristic and designing factors used in this control system,with one example,are shown in this paper.

In this paper,aiming at the current development of domestic agricultural production,introduced a variable fertilizer controller which suits for a domestic food-producing areas to promote *** variable rate fertilization controller combined with the current Chinese made fertilizer equipment;mechanism of metering system for the applicator uses a flute *** amount of fertilizer is determined by the rotation speed of flute *** use of the control system can be inconsistent in soil fertility,pre-division of plots with different fertilizer way through the process of moving the driver automatically adjusts the amount of fertilizer direction buttons to precision variable *** on the electronic structure of the controller and software design in *** addition,we have examined the performance of this new product in the field by using different fertilizer and *** results reveal that semi-automatic controller work well by controlling the quantity of fertilizer ***,coefficient of variation of fertilizing is controlled to be less than 5%.That means this new type semi-automatic controller worth developing in further.

In order to improve Multi-polar magnetic structure's *** Maxwell of electromagnetic field finite element software is utilized to study the effect of different polarity arrangement of magnetic seeding element on the magnetic induction intensity of seeding element end and magnetic field distribution in the seeding air *** a result of the different electromagnetic coil current direction,magnetic polarity side is different,space structure of magnetic field distribution is also *** suction metering device of the scope and efficiency is decided by the magnetic field *** to the results of finite element analysis of magnetic field,research on magnetic drum seed-metering device with the design of the program components,and enhance the precision seed metering device *** have shown that the magnetic induction intensity of seeder in the same polarity arrangement such as NN or SS is lower than in the arrangement of cross with NS,and magnetic field is uniform along the circumference and non- uniform along the axial in the both the arrangement.

Concerning the problem of the low cutting quality and the bevel edge in the piece of lotus root,the reason was analyzed and the method of improvement was to reduce the force in the vertical direction of link to knife.3D parts and assemblies of cutting mechanism in slicing machine of lotus root were created under Pro/E *** on virtual prototype technology,the kinematics and dynamics analysis of cutting mechanism was simulated with ADAMS software,the best slice of time that is 0.2s-0.3s was obtained,and the curve of the force in the vertical direction of link to knife was *** vertical force of knife was changed accordingly with the change of the offset distance of *** results of the offset distance of crank showed the vertical force in slice time almost is zero when the offset distance of crank is-80 *** show that relative error of thickness of slicing is less than 10%after improved design,which is able to fully meet the technical requirements.

With the urgent demand of agricultural information for farmers and quick development of telecommunications industry in china,the convenience,quickness and validity of agricultural information service are becoming more ***,the problem of the digital divide between rural and urban areas comes from the shortage of effective information transmission *** the agricultural information services limited by network bandwidth and geography will be changed completely with the mobile phone network coverage to rural areas,especially TD-SCDMA network into rural areas in *** paper will introduce the development of the 3G technologies-based effect on the agriculture informationization,and discuss the problems of agricultural information resource integration and service adapted to 3G technologies in detail,based on which a 3G technologies-based agricultural information resource application mobile service hierarchy（3GAIMSH） is provided.
