Objective:To develop an HPLC-UV method for the determination of valibose,miglitol, voglibose and acarbose,the four anti-diabetic ***:They were separated successfully by reversed phase chromatography with a gradually eluting of acetonitrile-phosphate buffer solution (pH 8.0) using Prevail carbohydrate column(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm) at a wavelength of 210 *** more an ultra-performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) method with ESI-MS detection in positive ionization mode has also been established. Conclusion:These two methods were successfully applied to the quantitative and qualitative detection of 4α-glucosidases inhibitors in the potentially counterfeit anti-diabetic drugs.

A new method was developed for the determination of two sesquiterpene alkaloids in the raw materials of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook *** capillary *** running buffer contained 25 mmol·L phosphate (pH 2.5) and 30% *** alkaloid components,wilforidine and euonine,can be determined in 17 min by a single *** linear calibration ranges were 30 mg·L to 980 mg·L for wilforidine, 6.66 mg·L to 1700 mg·L for euonine *** of the two alkaloids were 96.02%~104.0%(RSD=2.8%) and 96.11%~103.9%(RSD=3.6%),and detection limits (S/N) were 0.86 mg·L and 0.59 mg·L *** method was successfully applied to analysis of some alkaloids in *** was showed that the contents of two alkaloids varied greatly in different samples of T. wilfordii.
