According to actual volume of regional social logistics, considering of the logistic development plan and the current state of logistics industry in Jiangmen City, this paper built the GM(1, 1) model to forecast social logistics volume of Jiangmen City in future. On the base of the prediction,considering logistics development level and goal in Jiangmen,this paper estimated the proportion of Third-Party Logistics(TPL) to total social logistics(%), the proportion of logistics operations through Logistics Parks to all TPL operations, and the logistics infrastructure construction area needed by per unit logistics operation. Then the total construction scale of Logistics Park was calculated. Through Proportion-gather method, the construction scales of each Logistics Park of Jiangmen City in2030 were planned.

From the angle of microeconomic foundation of the impact social security system acts on residential consumption expenditure, through cointegration analysis and Vector Error Correction Models（VECM） to the data from 1982 to 2006,the paper takes an empirical analysis on the short-term and longterm effect of the rural social security expenditure on the residential consumption expenditure in rural areas,. The result suggests that there is no positive impact of rural social security expenditure to residential consumption expenditure in rural areas of our country. Political suggestions are put up in the end: As to the rural social security in our country, the reformation of the system should be enhanced, the investments should be increased, so as to stimulate the consumption in rural areas, and in the end,this should become a motivity to the economic development in rural areas.

The information of land tenure in rural area has a positive effect on defining the scope of collective land and state-owned land, implementing the system of cultivated land protection and land use control, designing general land use planning, etc. But as the economic and social development, the existing land tenure information is not appropriate anymore and results in many problems. The emphasis in the near future should be placed on establishing rural land tenure information system including cadastral management system, the uniform property registration system and cadastral management information system, defining the scope and content of various collective land ownership, securing peasants' land tenure rights, shortening the gap between urban and rural areas, all of which will guarantee the effective use of information of land tenure for the government's decisionmaking.

Adopting an evidenced-based approach,this paper seeks to examine the usage of external business services by Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)in *** empirical data are based on the first large-scale survey of small businesses(around 500 in each city)and service providers(90-200 in each city)designed and organised by the authors in Chengdu,Lanzhou and Shenzhen between November 2005 and March 2006,as part of DFID *** three cities were selected to enable the market conditions to be assessed in cities that are at different levels of economic *** is a variety of business services market in *** logistic models it is found that firm size,sector,exporter and growthintention appear to the important factors influencing demand side of *** is also indicated that profession staff,referral via local SME bureau and networking appear to the main variables influencing supply-side *** is an empirical study which utilises the logistic model to examine the relationship of service usage with demand variables and supply *** this context,the value of the research is to assess the supply-demand gap in developing country.

Dynamic capability and agile ability are defined as two ability-mechanisms for an enterprise organization to achieve the competitive advantages according to the research literature. Since both of them are regarded as enterprise capabilities to help organization to survive and thrive. What ′s the relationship between them and which one should we pay more attention in today high-velocity markets? Only we distinguish them from each other, can we put forward a more effective methodology for enterprises to response positively and effectively to the high-velocity markets and take advantage of them. Based on the analysis of dynamic capabilities and agile ability, the paper points out that the high-velocity markets is the important power in the evolutional process from dynamic capabilities to agile ability, and agile ability is a particular representation of dynamic capabilities in today's high-velocity markets.

从投资决策自主权、产品销售自主权以及人力资源管理自主权三方面构建了国有大型总分公司式企业集团分公司总经理自主权的评价指标,并基于调研数据进行了评价及实证分析。研究表明,在分公司总经理自主权中,人力资源管理自主权相对较好,投资决策自主权最差;分公司总经理自主权对分公司业绩具有显著的促进作用,但当分公司总经理自主权达到一定程度后,对业绩的作用将减弱。与此同时,分公司总经理的投资决策自主权对分公司业绩的影响最大。最后,根据分析中发现的问题提出了强化分公司总经理自主权的具体对策,并指出,由于大型分公司所表现出来的强的"法人特性"以及总公司与分公司之间代理问题的存在,总公司在对待分公司的方式上,应该由传统的管理向治理转变,但这又引致"分公司治理的必要性"等诸多理论难题。

In this thesis, the wealth effect of 49 listed companies, which have announced Equity-based Incentives Drafts in Shenzhen and Shanghai A-Share markets after the year of 2006, is tested by event study, considering the market reaction. Moreover, to what extent the different incentives levels from equity-based incentives plans affect the anticipated performance is analyzed empirically through the use of multi-linear regression model. The results demonstrate that the Equity-based Incentives Plans announced by the listed companies in China produced a positive impact on the stock prices, and there is a significant wealth effect while investors have a higher expectancy on effects of the incentives towards the companies with higher profit growth and higher growth capacity. And the investors in China more focus on the event of equity-based incentives of the listed companies, so that they ignore the specific incentive levels of the equity-based incentives plans.

There is a typical two oligarchies competition structure in China's mobile communication market. The actual operation status of enterprises indicates that competition issue of mobile communication enterprises can't be explained by the classic Bertrand model. After seriously analyzing the characteristics of China's mobile communication market, this paper establishes the Nash-equilibrium model for enterprises' competition, which considering difference of product quality. According to analysis on the Nash-equilibrium model, characteristics and strategies of enterprises' competition are put forward. At last, combined with the actual data and experience of enterprises' competition, the paper analyzes and verifies the model, and competition strategies for enterprises are also evaluated and proposed.

Through empirical analysis, it can be found that, from 1996 to 2006, eastern China's technological innovation has a diffusion effect on western China's overall economic development and its three greatest industries respectively. At the same time though, empirical results also show that, between 1996 and 2006 eastern China's technological innovation has a convergence effect on constitution of western primary industry, but has a diffusion effect on its secondary and tertiary industries. The reason should due to western excessive loss of human resources in primary industry. Therefore, it is suggested that western region should actively absorb achievements of technological innovation in east economy center, strengthen their abilities to innovate imitatively or independently and earnestly improve technology capabilities and retain their human resources to free itself from reliance on outside world.

本文关注转轨经济背景下中小企业成长的外部环境与内部治理对企业绩效的影响,以23个省市14个行业300家中小企业为样本,采用多因素方差分析的计量经济学方法,对影响企业绩效的外部环境因素和内部治理因素进行了显著性检验。研究结果表明外部环境因素政策环境、法律环境和经济环境均不能够显著解释中小企业绩效,而内部治理因素第一大股东持股比例、两职设置情况和专业委员会设置中只有专业委员会设置情况能够显著解释中小企业绩效。最后提出中小企业提高对公司治理重要性的认识并建立适合自身要求的治理结构与机制,以及建立中小企业多元化融资体系的政策建议。
