INTRODUCTION In biological researches, chicken embryos have become a classic experiment model for the exploration of the embryonic development and cell *** exogenous substances into chicken embryos for producing medical antibodies has been widely used in the production ***, there was few studies about the diffusion effects of the different injection location on chicken *** aim of this study was to explore the diffusion effects of different injection location, as well as the the impacts of different injection dosage on chicken embryo hatching rate and development, so as to provide basis and direction for the further study of chicken embryo injection.

自2003年美国科学家成功将小鼠胚胎干细胞诱导分化成卵母细胞样细胞之后,各国科学家陆续利用其它类型干细胞开展了类似的研究.该领域的研究目的就是利用多能干细胞向生殖细胞分化,为人类不孕不育问题提供一种可能的解决方案,另一方面希...

自2003年美国科学家成功将小鼠胚胎干细胞诱导分化成卵母细胞样细胞之后,各国科学家陆续利用其它类型干细胞开展了类似的研究.该领域的研究目的就是利用多能干细胞向生殖细胞分化,为人类不孕不育问题提供一种可能的解决方案,另一方面希望通过建立一个体外配子发生平台,更好地研究早期配子发生的机制.皮肤来源干细胞(SDSCs)很早就受到了干细胞研究工作者的关注,这是因为SDSCs取材方便,而且在应用上不受伦理问题的限制,不会引起免疫排斥反应.2006年,Dyce等证实猪SDSCs可以在体外诱导形成卵母细胞样细胞.随后,我们实验室与其合作也在猪、小鼠和人上证明了SDSCs具有分化生殖细胞的潜能.SDSCs向生殖细胞分化主要包括SDSCs体外分离培养,向原始生殖细胞样细胞诱导分化和早期生殖细胞样细胞的减数分裂完成.我们的合作研究证明,SDSCs诱导分化后获得的卵母细胞样细胞移植给摘除卵巢的小鼠后,受体鼠可恢复发情周期.然而,SDSCs分化能否得到功能性配子,进而产生可育后代,还需要更深入的研究.总之,SDSCs相对于其它类型多能干细胞而言,在应用方面展现出了巨大的前景.

Bovine tuberculosis prevails worldwide in livestock and wildlife except in ***, different susceptibilities between camels and other species have not been ***-interacting protein (TOLLIP) gene variants are associated with tuberculosis susceptibility in *** this study, differences in RNA and protein levels were separately analyzed;different TOLLIP gene polymorphisms were then compared among various *** indicated TOLLIP mRNA and protein structures varied except the conservative C2 domain in different *** protein structure indicated that the structure of the TOLLIP gene of camels differs from that of other species.

a member of transforming growth factor β (TGF-β) family, mostly expressed in skeletal muscles and known to play a crucial role in the negative regulation of muscle *** (FSTN), also known as a suppressor protein of FSH, is a single chain *** can combine with MSTN to block the function of MSTN, and promote muscle *** knockout or knockdown and over-expression of FSTN can induce the target animals with significant increase in muscle *** this experiment, we constructed interference vectors of MSTN and detected the interference efficiency, and obtained two interference vectors which can disturb the expression of MSTN with high efficiency.
