Introduction Mastitis is an inflammatory reaction of the mammary gland that is usually caused by a microbial infection, and it is recognized as the most costly infectious disease of dairy cattle in the *** damage during mastitis can initially be caused by bacteria, followed by an influx of immune cells, such as polymorphonuclear neutrophils and macrophage, into the mammary *** are predominant components of mammary stromal cells and play crucial roles in the development and involution of bovine mammary gland, yet whether if these cells mediate the process of mastitis has not been demonstrated.

Karyopherins also called Importins, including alpha-and beta-type, are important transport proteins in eukaryotic cells that carry cargoes across nuclear pore complexes into or out of *** alphas (KPNAs) cannot carry cargoes across nuclear pore complexes (NPCs) by themselves but they can act as receptors attaching cargoes to Karyopherin beta 1 (KPNB 1) and forming trimers which can across NPCs and finally release cargoes in *** betas (KPNBs) include Importin betas, Exportins and *** betas transport cargoes into nucleus and only Karyopherin beta 1 (KPNB 1) can recognize KPNAs to form *** transport cargoes out nucleus while transportins transport cargoes either into or out nucleus.

Higher organisms, such as mammalian animals and plants, usually have a complex network to organize all their life *** multiple targeting in genome is of great meaning for both scientific research and clinical *** bacterial type Ⅱ clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat (CRISPR) and CRISPR-associated (Cas) protein system has been engaged in introducing double-strand breaks (DSB) to a specific *** it is still a challenge for multiple genome targeting in *** we report a Drosha-based multiple-sgRNA expressing *** this method, we got the multiple mutations in each different targeted genome *** of the universality of Drosha in eubacteria and eukaryotes, this method could make the CRISPR/Cas9 system much more efficient and applicable in genome editing.

[目的]通过使用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)针对地黄炮制过程中5-羟甲基-2-糠醛(5-hydroxymethyl-2-furfural,HMF)和5-羟甲基-2-糠酸(5-hydroxymethyl-2-furoic acid,HMFA)的含量变化规律进行了分析,阐明了炮制过程中两种指标成分的量变规律,揭示了地黄炮制的科学意义。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对九蒸九晒地黄中的5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)和5-羟甲基糠酸(HMFA)进行含量测定。[结果]地黄的活性物质HMF和HMFA在九次清蒸过程中它们的含量在不断的升高,其中第八次蒸制的地黄中HMF和HMFA含量最高,第九次开始有下降的趋势。[结论]地黄生产企业应遵九蒸九晒古法来炮制生产地黄,以提高品质,增加药物疗效。

The induction of pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) by transcriptional factors is an important way to generate cells for therapeutic ***, the mechanism of reprogramming is poorly *** intermediates are important model to study the ***, reprogramming intermediates in our study that derived from mouse embryonic fibroblasts by over-expressing Klf4, c-Myc, E-cadherin and Glisl, name KMEG partial reprogrammed cells (KMEG-prCs).The cells had normal karyotypes, cellular morphology and proliferation was most like mouse embryonic stem *** stably proliferated in ES medium consisting of MEK1/2, FGF receptor and GSK3 inhibitor, and expressed SSEA-1, Sox2, but not AP, Oct4 and Nanog.

The process of using BPS instead the BPA is happening because there are more and more stringent global regulations on bisphenol A (BPA) additions for its gradually cleared extensive *** urine samples collected from many countries, BPA at the highest frequency and median concentrations, followed by *** many results showed that BPA has the cytotoxicity for *** addition, BPS share the same functional groups with BPA and has a similar 3D molecular *** we urgently need to system research the BPS toxicity especially the reproductive toxicology and investigate the possible effects and relevant mechanism of BPS in mGSCs.
