T 型多分岔管路是复合式分离器中的核心部件之一,本研究通过室内实验和数值模拟,研究了入口流速、相含率、分岔次数和流量配比等参数对 T 型多分岔管路中油水分离效率的影响.结果表明,在 T 型单分岔管路中油水两相发生了明显的相分高现象,但是分离效率受入口流速、相含率和流量配比的影响显著.随着分岔次数的增加,可以在更宽的入口工况和运行条件范围内保持较高的分离效率,这对于 T 型多分岔管路装置的工业应用具有重要的意义.T 型多分岔管路装置具有结构紧凑、压降损失小、分离效率较高等优点,不仅可以与其他分离部件组合成为复合式分离器,而且还可以单独用于油水分离作业.当前,油中含水无污排放是改善环境的重要环节,我们在渤海油田 QK17-2平台的原油处理系统中将采用 T 型多分岔管路装置,实现水中含油低于10.0×10的国际先进排放指标.

Dispersion of fluid particles in a turbulent channel flow is investigated using a modified Langevin equation,and is compared with DNS results at Re=100.A direct numerical simulation of turbulent channel flow at a low Reynolds number was performed to evaluate the velocities and trajectories of fluid particles;The pseudo-spectral numerical scheme was used in this *** domain size in the streamwise,wall-normal,and spanwise directions is 1880×200×630 in wall units, respectively. Both the Lagrangian integral time scale directly obtained from DNS and the predicted value from the Eulerian integral time scale of DNS using the empirical relationship between the Eulerian and the Lagrangian integral time scales are used in the modified Langavin model to test the effect of integral scale on the *** results show that the slight variation of the Lagrangian integral time scale has little influence on the *** agreement between results of the model equation and those of DNS is satisfactory except the streamwise dispersion for intermediate times (20
