人类农业活动导致的氨排放已经引起严重的全球性环境问题,然而由于对氨浓度的高精度测量存在挑战,导致其排放并未得到很好的控制。本文介绍了一种基于量子级联激光的国产开放光路氨气分析仪,能够实现高精度、低功耗、快速响应的大气本底氨浓度的实时在线测量,结合涡动协方差技术,能够在各种野外环境进行长期稳定、全自动的氨通量观测。在稻田的施肥实验表明,该分析仪的氨浓度检测极限为~0.3 ppbv(10Hz)、通量检测极限为~6.7 N ug m h,可完全满足热点地区的氨排放和沉降的实时观测需求。

Ammonia (NH),as a crucial neutralizing agent in tropospheric atmosphere,can deteriorate the air quality by favoring the inorganic or organic aerosol formation,and has received increasing attention in recent *** identify major sources of ammonia in the Megacity of China,NH (1 hr) and airborne particles (12 hr) were performed in Shanghai before,during,and after the second China International Import Expo (CIIE),and the water-soluble ions and stable nitrogen isotope compositions of ammonium in PM were *** during CIIE showed a continuous decreasing trend with average concentration of 6.5±1.0μg m,which was 0.68-flod of that in post-CIIE *** change was mainly ascribed to the stringent nonagricultural emissions controls during control periods (pre-CIIE+CIIE).The nitrogen isotopic results indicated that,the nonagricultural sources (power plant NH slip and fossil fuel burning) were the major sources for the NH in urban atmosphere,and accounted evenly for~72%of the measured NH in *** the nonagricultural proportions of NH in control phases decreased by~20%compared to that in uncontrol phase as the nonagricultural emissions ***,the sensitivity of pH to change in NH levels showed that the fine particles will be more acidic with NH *** results indicate that,nonagricultural emissions are the dominant sources for the atmospheric NH in urban area,whose emission controls may be an effective way to abate the NH level of urban.
