高氯酸盐(ClO4-)是一种持久性污染物,具有高溶解、快扩散、高稳定、难降解的特点,它能够使人体甲状腺激素的分泌受到抑制,从而影响血红蛋白的生产生、肺和骨骼的发育、免疫力的维持以及心脏功能等.为了避免高氯酸盐对人体产生的危害,各国研究者对含高氯酸盐废水的修复技术进行了大量研究.目前,高氯酸盐废水处理技术主要分为物理技术、化学技术及生物技术.其中,微生物燃料电池(Microbial Fuel Cell,MFC)作为一种有效的生物技术,可利用微生物将废水中部分有机物或无机物直接转化为电能,是一种将产电和污水净化合为一体的新型污水处理技术,具有低能耗、燃料来源广泛、环境友好等特点,近年来受到人们的广泛关注.然而,MFC阳极作为产电菌的载体,其表面产电菌的附着量、阳极表面和产电菌之间的电子传递很大程度上影响了MFC的产电性能,因此,本研究主要针对MFC阳极修饰后对高氯酸盐废水降解及反应器产电性能的影响展开.本研究以NaCIOa为模型污染物,水热合成复合材料PMo12-PAN-rG0,通过控制PMo i z-PAN-rG0中PAN与rG0的相对含量,制备出PAN/rG0分别为1:1和1:3两种PMo12-PAN-rG0复合材料,并通过浸渍法将两种PMo12-PAN-rG0复合材料分别修饰到MFC阳极碳布上,构建PAN/rG0值为1:1和1:3两类反应器,并以空白阳极反应器为对照。通过考察反应过程中CIO4-浓度变化、电压及功率密度等,并通过扫描电镜观察阳极表面形态综合考察阳极修饰对高氯酸盐废水降解及产电性能的影响。
