The microstructure changes and texture evolution of the magnesium alloy AZ31 have been investigated during compression at the temperature of 150℃ to various *** twinning and slip system activities were observed in the compression *** samples, which were cut from a rolled sheet,were compressed with the compression axis parallel to the sheet transverse direction(TD).The electrori backscattered diffraction(ebsd)technique in the scanning electron microscope(SEM)was used to investigate the local texture and microstructure *** ebsd data will show much more evidence about the activities of the{10-12}tensile twinning and basal〈a〉slip which play an important role in explaining the deformation behaviors in terms of the anisotropy and the texture *** texture will affect the mechanical properties because the crystallography orientation has a significant relationship to twinning and slip systems which corresponding to the deformation conditions.

本文借助有限元分析软件 ANSYS8.1,对重轨在 BD2机架 C 孔中的腿部变形进行了模拟研究,模拟是在某大型厂现有重轨生产条件的基础上进行的。通过对实验数据的整理和分析,找出了影响重轨万能轨制腿高长缩的主要因素,建立了描述其腿高增长的数学模型,并对影响其主要因素进行分析。经包钢轨梁厂生产数据验证的结果表明:用模型计算出的腿高长缩量与实际生产数据比较吻合,该模型可以应用于重钢的实际生产中。
