本文以两种不同生态型芦苇(Phragmites communis Trin.,沙丘芦苇和沼泽芦苇)愈伤组织为材料,探讨了葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PDH)在其盐适应性中的调节作用及信号传导机制.当利用甘油处理抑制G6PDH活性及其蛋白表达后,两种芦苇愈伤组织中谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)和GSH含量显著降低;甘油+NaCl共同处理可阻止NaCl诱导的H2O2累积.外源H2O2和甘油共处理可逆转甘油单独处理引起的G6PDH、GR和GPX活性降低.质膜NADPH氧化酶抑制剂DPI能阻止NaCl诱导的H2O2累积,与此同时G6PDH、GR、GPX活性和GSH含量也显著降低.Western-blot分析结果显示:NaCl和H2O2可刺激G6PDH蛋白表达,DPI明显抑制G6PDH蛋白表达.这些结果说明:盐胁迫下,G6PDH活性涉及到NADPH氧化酶依赖的H2O2累积;H2O2作为信号分子介导了对G6PDH、GR、GPX活性的调控;三种酶活性的诱导最终使得细胞内GSH水平的提高,进而提高了芦苇愈伤组织的耐盐性.在此过程中,G6PDH起着重要的调节作用.

The toxicity and effects of diethyl phthalate (DEP),a potent allelochemical,on the growth of greater duckweed were *** and physiological methods were combined to investigate oxidative stress,hormetric effect,and mechanism in plant tissues of Spirodela polyrhiza cultivated in 0-2mM of *** results showed that J-shaped dose response curves were displayed in ascorbate peroxidase (APX) and peroxidase (POD) activities,H2O2,AsA,DHA as well as the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) isozymes in plant tissues at low doses of DEP,indicating reduced oxidative stress and toxic effect.
