Miscanthus is one of the most promising bioenergy crops which have high nitrogen use efficiency at photosynthesis (PNUE).The regulation of photosynthetic characterization in three genotypes of Miscanthus was studied to determine the effects of nitrogen availability (0 ***-1 amounts to N deficiency,100 kg·ha-1 amounts to N middle,and 200 kg·ha-1 amounts to N surplus).N allocation,leaf anatomy,carbon isotope discrimination and enzyme content were examined to probe the photosynthesis of Miscanthus impacted by fertilizer N viability.
