进入战略创新性是改善新技术企业绩效的重要因素,尤其是在提升新企业的成长性方面发挥着更为稳定且显著的作用。但已有研究并没有对"是什么决定了新企业初始战略选择,其创新性的根源在何处"等问题做出合理解释。本文整合社会认知与战略选择等理论学派的研究框架,考察创业团队先前经验构成特征与进入战略创新性的逻辑关系,并探索了技术独享性和环境宽松性对团队决策过程的影响。利用对天津市新技术企业随机抽样调查问卷的实证研究发现:新技术企业初始战略来源于创业团队基于先前经验而达成的集体认知决策。技术导向型团队倾向于通过产品与服务的创新进入市场,而市场导向型的团队则会竭力从交易结构的创新入手,在行为模式上更加商业化,往往会忽视产品与服务的创新。兼顾技术和市场导向的团队,虽然拥有多元化的认知模式,却没能进发出应有的创造力。技术独享性在创业团队经验构成与进入战略创新性之间发挥了正向的调节作用,但没有改变团队成员固有认知模式。环境宽松性改变了创业团队在选择市场进入战略时的关注点,当环境较为宽松时,技术导向型和市场导向型的创业团队都呈现出对产品与服务创新的忽视,而加大了在交易结构上谋求创新的力度。研究结论启发了有关新企业初始战略来源的研究,同时对创业团队决策与管理技巧有着重要的实践意义。

This study’s objective was to solve the problem that probing default point of KMV in listed bank of China.A new model of default point is constructed,because Chinese listed banks on owing to the existence of nontradable *** using of listed banks in China: CMBC,CMB,SDB,SPDB,HUA XIA BANK in the second half of 2004 to 2007 per annum related stocks and financial *** model of DPT equal to current liabilities (STD) plus 0.25 Long-term debt (LTD) for CMB,SPDB ,CMBC,HUA XIA BANK;The model of DPT equal to current liabilities (STD) plus 0.75 Long-term debt (LTD) for *** the same time,these models have been tested,the results will pass the *** new model is feasible for probing default point of KMV in listed bank of China.

Based on the resource-based view of the firm, this paper proposes a linking model of HR outsourcing and firm performance. Different from the majority of past research that focused on HR outsourcing issues, we suggest that an additional intermediate effect exists. In particular, we postulate that employees' attitude and behavior are influenced by the adoption of HR outsourcing and that this can be shown to mediate the overall effect of HR outsourcing on firm performance. As an emerging market, China experiences a rapid development of HR strategies, and HR outsourcing is certainly one of them. By using China as an example, we discuss the current situation of implementation of HR outsourcing and predict its future trend. We acknowledge that the relationship between HR outsourcing and firm performance exists but the degree of effect is subject to the effectiveness of adoption of HR outsourcing, which may influence people's attitude and behavior first and then indirectly affect the overall firm performance after. Given the special characteristics of China, the cultural and institutional factor is taken into consideration in our proposed model. This paper finally raises a research agenda and draws some managerial implications for the adoption of HR outsourcing.

By using business analysis methods,the paper constructs the business indexes for China’s electricity industry and depicts the characteristics of the electricity industry cycle and fluctuation since *** results show the electricity industry has the coincident fluctuation trend with the macro-economy,but with different fluctuation *** setting up an error correction model with monthly data,the paper analyzes the long-term factors and short-term dynamic adjustment effect that impacts the electricity demand in *** results of empirical analysis indicates that there exists the relationship of stable long-term equilibrium among industrial economic growth,high energy-consuming industrial structure,inventory and electricity *** industrial economic growth and the heavy-industrialized economic structure are the most important factors affecting electricity *** exists the relationship of significant negative correlation between inventory and electricity *** declining of industrial economy and the structural change in high-electricity-consuming industries are the main reasons for the appearance of deep valley in electricity industry cycle and *** inventory adjustment caused by the change of market demand can lead to more drastic fluctuation of electricity *** matter in the long term or in the short term,electricity price affects electricity demand insignificantly in China.

This paper is to explore ownership structure and corporate governance effecting on earnings management,especially on how to constrain executive compensation motivation to earnings management. We use five variables to quantify various corporate governance mechanisms including ownership structure and executive compensation for 1024 listed firms sample from 2007 to 2008. We find that earnings management is positively affected by executive compensation motivation,while this influence is constrained by ownership concentration. This finding reflects the current situation of corporate governance in China. Therefore,such a significant relationship is useful to control level of earnings management and improve the China's capital market developing healthily,stably and harmoniously.

Since the internal control system governs an organization,laws and regulations are needed to safeguard the validity of the internal controls. The well-established theory and practice in the U.S.A. is a good reference for China to develop its internal control regulations. China is now trying to integrate scientific management with internal control standards which will become a component of the law. This paper analyzes the statistical data and compares the impacts of the related regulations on internal control disclosures in America and China. It studies the differences in the impacts of the regulations implementations in both countries and the reasons for the differences. With a good understanding of the issues in China,the article proposes some ideas to improve integration and feasibility in developing Chinese internal control laws and regulations.

Global brands have increasingly encountered challenges in transitional economies as market evolution begins to foster a segment of local consumers who are more sophisticated and sensitive to national *** positive country-of-origin effects and strong brand awareness in relation to global brands continue to produce high brand equity,decreased institutional support and negative cultural feelings have combined to result in lower legitimacy for global brands in a transitional *** on co- evolution theory,we advance a notion of brand ambidexterity that argues for an integration of opposite or discrepant branding strategies for global companies to co-evolve with the local market and consumers in a transitional ***,we argue that brand ambidexterity,which encompasses standardization-adaptation integration,competitor- customer co-orientation,and corporate-product brand synergy,positively moderates global brand performance resulting from country-of-origin effects and brand *** general,this study's empirical results support this *** are discussed for both global marketing scholars and practitioners.

Transportation sector accounts for a major share of energy consumption in China, especially the petroleum products, which experienced rapid increases in energy demand. This paper aims at analyzing future energy consumption in Chinese transportation sector over the period from 2006 to 2030. Unlike the previous studies, the actual data for 2006 and projected data for 2030 under five scenarios are used in this paper. We firstly analyze the future status of energy consumption. Then, the LMDI (logarithmic mean Divisia index) technique is used to find the nature of the factors that influence the changes in transportation energy consumption. We found that: (1) In 2030, the total energy consumption for five scenarios will be 16866-25191PJ, which increased 2.26-3.88 times compared as against 2006. (2) In the future, highways will always be the dominate transport mode. In 2030, the percentage of energy of oil fuels in total energy consumption of the whole sector account for more than 97.6%. (3) The transportation activity effect is the most important contributor to increase energy consumption in the transportation sector and the energy intensity effect plays the dominant role in decreasing energy consumption. Previous findings that internal governance do affect the current earnings management in annual earnings can be verified without a well-specified benchmark for pre-managed annual earnings. Although the internal governance is often used in testing the influence of earnings management,there is scarcity of evidence about the effects of external economic environment. We document systematic differences in earnings management across the universe of China's listed companies during 2007-2008,and empirically demonstrate that external economic factors surely influence the earnings management. We use the proxy variable-stock market volatility for external economic environment and test whether stock market volatility affects the earnings management,and whether the regional factors earnings management. We collect 2048 observations of China's listed firms. We model shifts in relationship of stock market volatility and earnings management. It is found that stock market volatility has a very significant positive effect on earnings management;even stock market volatility has a reversing-U curve relationship with earnings management. And the regional difference has a very significant positive effect on earnings management,especially in China's eastern area. The pervasive effect of this research suggests that the effect of stock market volatility should be explicitly modeled when analyzing corporate earnings management and decision-making.
