This paper tries to reveal the pattern of psychological process with which people's fairness judgments are formed when specific information of some types of justice is not *** on the heuristic theory and need for cognitive closure theory,this research hypothesizes that when corresponding information for certain type of justice is not available,individuals will infer them based on the other clearer type of *** addition,individuals with high need for cognitive closure will rely more on the other clearer type of justice than those with low need for cognitive *** experiments using scenarios were conducted and the results provided strong support for most of the ***,some implications and limitations are discussed.

Based on the resource-based view of the firm, this paper proposes a linking model of HR outsourcing and firm performance. Different from the majority of past research that focused on HR outsourcing issues, we suggest that an additional intermediate effect exists. In particular, we postulate that employees' attitude and behavior are influenced by the adoption of HR outsourcing and that this can be shown to mediate the overall effect of HR outsourcing on firm performance. As an emerging market, China experiences a rapid development of HR strategies, and HR outsourcing is certainly one of them. By using China as an example, we discuss the current situation of implementation of HR outsourcing and predict its future trend. We acknowledge that the relationship between HR outsourcing and firm performance exists but the degree of effect is subject to the effectiveness of adoption of HR outsourcing, which may influence people's attitude and behavior first and then indirectly affect the overall firm performance after. Given the special characteristics of China, the cultural and institutional factor is taken into consideration in our proposed model. This paper finally raises a research agenda and draws some managerial implications for the adoption of HR outsourcing.
