This paper is intended to improve moving object image *** on rough set theory,a split decision algorithm of image segmentation is *** of noise is based on a new filtering defined on equivalence relation in a sliding window with 4 *** effective image edge enhancement is realized on concepts of approximation accuracy of rough sets.A quantitative evaluation of image enhancement is by adaptive enhancement of *** simulation shows that the image enhancement method proposed is superior to the traditional method in effectively improving moving image degradation and image clarity.

Infrared image denoising is the basis of infrared application *** existing denoising methods only consider independent pixel in infrared image,without considering the relationship among *** infrared image structure similarity,non-local regularization method is used for infrared image *** different noise level,the experimental results show that the non-local regularization method has better denoising effect than the total variation regularization model,wavelet transform and the bilateral filter method in infrared image application process.

Recently,the connection between Matrix Theory and Formal Context Analysis (FCA) has been widely ***,most of the literatures only paid attention to non-linear decomposition of matrix,and only little work has been done on linear *** paper aims to present some preliminary results on linear connection of Matrix Theory and *** this end,we will first show that formal context is actually a linear transformation from the space of power mean matrix,a new special matrix presented in the paper,to the system of extents,or to the system of intents depending on power mean matrices chosen.

The workflow scheduling algorithms and strategies having been put forward by Wieczorek M,Rajakumar S,Simion B,Shi Zhiao,etc can be effectively applied to deal with instance-sparse workflows and single complex instance,but these computing techniques are inefficient to dispatch and process instance-intensive workflows which emerge largely in the electronic commerce,the online banking,the e-government,and the cloud computing *** cloud computing has many unique advantages of facilitating instance-intensive workflows execution except unreliable server resource.

Decision tree and fuzzy rough set are two distinct but complementary *** tree is a simple and easy-understandable rule-based classifier,whereas the tool of fuzzy rough sets are effective on attribute and sample *** is promising to propose an approach to integrate these two rule based classification tools to construct a novel decision tree based on fuzzy rough *** this paper,based on the basic concept of fuzzy rough sets,i.e.,consistence degree,we propose a fuzzy rough decision tree which is completely different from the existing classification *** three key basic elements of decision tree,i.e.,node,branch and leaf,are designed in a new way by using the notions in fuzzy rough *** then one algorithm to build fuzzy rough tree classifier is ***,experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is readily comprehensible and effective.

针对基于身份的密码体制IBE中固有的密钥托管问题,本文提出了一个移动IPv6网络环境中的无密钥托管匿名密钥生成机制与分发协议。该机制将节点身份认证和密钥生成与分发这两个过程分离,利用不可区分性匿名密文安全性在PKG不知道节点地址的情况下分发私钥给经过身份认证的节点,使得私钥生成中心或认证中心即使被单独攻破,攻击者也无法实现身份碰撞。可将身份认证中心部署于家乡服务器,而将PKG离线部署。经安全性分析,协议有效解决了移动IPv6网络中基于身份密码体制的密钥托管问题。
