The objective of this study was to investigate the endophytic microbial communities in Noni (Morinda citrifolia L.) whole plants, including the roots, branches, leaves, seeds and fruits of *** using microbial culture-dependent methods, a research on the diversity of endophytic bacterial communities in Noni samples was conducted in this *** sequence analysis of 16S rDNA, 26S rDNA D1/D2 region and ITS rDNA was used for the endophytic strains *** results indicated that: (1) 76 strains of bacteria were highly similar with 13 known genera which belong to α-Proteobacteria, β-Proteobacteria,γ-Proteobacteria, Firmicutes, Actinobacteria and Bacteroidetes.

A Gram-stain-negative, orange-pigmented, aerobic bacterial strain, designated GYP20T, was isolated from a culture of the algae Picochlorum *** was observed at temperatures from 4 to 37 ℃ , at salinities from 0 to 3 % and at pH from 5 to ***2+ and Ca2+ ions are required for *** analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequencing revealed that the isolate was a member of the genus Phaeodactylibacter, which belongs to the family *** GYP20T was most closely related to Phaeodactylibacter xiamenensis KD52T (96.0 % sequence similarity).

Halopiger salifodinae strain KCY07-B2T, belonging to the family Halobacteriaceae, was isolated from a salt mine in Kuche county, Xinjiang province, *** date, the genus Halopiger contained five species, *** KCY07-B2T was the third member to be described and was the fourth for which a genome sequence report was *** type strain was a strictly aerobic, non-motile, pleomorphic rod-shaped, stained Gram-negative and extremely halophilic *** KCY07-B2T could tolerant high salinity (5.4 M NaCl) with the optimal growth at 2.9-3.4 M NaCl and Cells lysed in distilled water [1].In this work, we report the features of the type strain KCY07-B2T, together with the draft genome sequence and annotation.

A polyphasic taxonomic study was performed on two bacteria of the Bacillus pumilus group, designated as strain DW5-4T and R06B32 isolated from aquaculture water of shrimp farm of Zhangzhou city in China and sediment of the Arctic Ocean, *** strains were determined to be Gram-positive, oxidase and catalase positive, rod-shaped and *** isolates were able to hydrolyze aesculin and gelatin, but were unable to reduce nitrate to *** can grow at 8-45℃ , at pH 6-11 and in 0-12% (w/v) NaCl.

A taxonomic study was carried out on strain 221114-10F7T, which was isolated from the deep sea water of the Atlantic Ocean with oil-degrading *** bacterium was Gram-negative, oxidase-and catalase-positive, *** was observed at salinities from 0.5 to 15 % and at temperatures from 4 to 37 ℃ , it was unable to hydrolyze Tween 40, 80 or *** analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences indicated that strain 22Ⅱ14-10F7T belonged to the genus Zunongwangia, with highest sequence similarity of 97.3 % to Zunongwangia profunda SM-A87T, while the others were all below 94.0 %.

A short-rod shaped, non-motile and Gram-negative strain, designated as DT23-4T, was isolated from a dotriacontane-degrading bacterial consortium, enriched in the surface seawater of the Indian *** delineate its taxonomic position, strain DT23-4T was subjected to polyphasic *** DT23-4T can grow at temperatures from 10 to 41℃, in the range of pH 6-10 and at salinities from 0 to 18% (w/v).It was positive for denitrification, oxidase and catalase, but negative for gelatin hydrolysis and indole production.

A novel Gram-stain-negative, slightly curved rods-shaped, oxidase-and catalase-positive and aerobic bacterium, designated strain TH1-2T, was isolated from cyanobacterial aggregates in a eutrophic Lake Taihu, *** occurred with 0-1% (w/v) NaCl (optimum 0%) and at pH range between 5.5-8.5 (optimum pH 7.0) and at 20-37 ℃ temperature range (optimum 30 ℃) in Nutrient *** analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences demonstrated that the novel isolate was 90.5% similar to the type strain Glycocaulis abyssi MCS 33T, 90.4% to Maricaulis washingtonensis MCS 6T, 90.0% to Brevundimonas naejangsanensis BIO-TAS2-2T.

A novel actinomycete strain, designated strain CB 13-15T, was isolated from a soil sample collected from Xinjiang, China, and was determined using a polyphasie taxonomic *** colonies of the strain grow well on TSA and R2A *** occurs at pH 6.0-9.0 and 20-42 ℃ with 0-10% (w/v) NaCl, and the optimum growth occurs at pH 7.5-8.0 and 37 ℃ with 5% (w/v) *** CB13-15T formed white to pale yellow branched substrate mycelia without fragmentation and sparse aerial mycelia with wavelike curves with non-fragment and 0.4-0.8 μm in *** diffusible pigments are produced on any of media tested.

The objective of this study is to investigate the endophytic bacterial communities in Noni (Morinda citrifolia L.) *** using high-throughput sequencing (HTS) technique, a research on the diversity of endophytic bacterial communities in Noni seed samples was conducted by this paper, which were collected from four planting locations in the introduction and cultivation base of Hainan Noni Biological Engineering Development Co., *** Sanya.A total of 268159 sequences and 2870 Operational Taxonomic Units (OTUs)were obtained from the seed samples, which were classified into N1, N2, N3 and N4, through HTS by bioinformatics analysis.
