目的：探讨宫颈癌组织中载脂蛋白B mRNA编辑酶催化多肽3A(apolipoproteinB mRNA-editing catalytic polypeptide-like protein 3A,APOBEC3A)的蛋白表达与高危型HPV感染的关系.方法：采用免疫组化法检测26例宫颈鳞状细胞癌,27例宫颈上皮... 详细信息

目的：探讨宫颈癌组织中载脂蛋白B mRNA编辑酶催化多肽3A(apolipoproteinB mRNA-editing catalytic polypeptide-like protein 3A,APOBEC3A)的蛋白表达与高危型HPV感染的关系.方法：采用免疫组化法检测26例宫颈鳞状细胞癌,27例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)Ⅰ～Ⅲ,22例正常宫颈组织APOBEC3A蛋白的表达,同时凯普分型检测试剂盒进行高危HPV分型.结果：宫颈癌组织、CIN组织、正常宫颈组织APOBEC3A蛋白表达的阳性率分别为46.15％、86.36％、92.59％,宫颈癌组织较正常宫颈组织及CIN组织明显下降(χ2=17.353,P＜0.01).宫颈癌组织、CIN组织和正常宫颈组织的高危型HPV阳性率分别为100％、66.67％、18.18％,呈明显下降趋势(χ2=34.754,P＜0.01).宫颈鳞癌组织与正常富颈组织中的APOBEC3A的表达与高危型HPV感染呈显著负相关,P＜0.01.结论：在APOBEC3A表达显著下降的同时宫颈鳞癌组织中高危型HPV感染明显增加,提示APOBEC3A可能存在抑制高危型HPV的功能,进而在宫颈癌的发生发展中起一定的作用.
