目的:建立苍耳果实中异槲皮苷、紫云英苷的HPLC方法,并测定和比较三种不同来源苍耳属植物果实中两种黄酮成分的含量,为苍耳属药用资源的开发与利用提供依据.方法:采用 Agilent Eclipse Plus C18(2.1mm×100mm,1.8μm)色谱柱,流动相为0.4%磷酸水-乙腈,梯度洗脱,进样量为10μL,检测波长360nm,流速1mL·min-1;柱温35℃.结果:供试品在24小时内保持稳定,两种黄酮类成分在线性范围内相关系数r均大于0.9990,加样回收率(n=6)依次为100.40%和99.85%,其RSD值均≤3.00%.结论:所建立的方法准确、简单、重复性好,可用于苍耳果实中两种黄酮成分的含量测定;苍耳属植物意大利苍耳果实的异槲皮苷和紫云英苷含量最高,蒙古苍耳果实次之,苍耳果实中两种黄酮类成分含量较低.
