The intensity and spectra feature of the noise and vibration sources on-board an underwater vehicle must be controlled in order to provide the submarine with a stealth capability to perform many of its intended *** enhance the stealth capability,the submarine should minimize the acoustic noise that is broadcast into the water and prevent it from being detected by active sonar methods,where a sonar signal is broadcast from another platform and listens to the reflected *** achieve this goal,much effort has been dedicated to the vibration isolation of the *** view of the superior vibrationisolation performance of the Quasi-zero stiffness(QZS)isolators,they are employed in the two layer floating raft system in this *** the actual structure elastic property,the foundation of system is modeled movable here,which appends an additional degree of freedom to the *** order to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the 3 DOF QZS system,the average method is adopted to solve the differential equations,by which the amplitude and response of the system can be ***,the Runge-Kutta Algorithm is conducted with MATLAB/SIMULINK to solve the dynamic system in numerical simulation,which validates the correctness and efficiency of the theoretical solution in the *** the elasticity of the foundation,the vibration level difference index is adopted to evaluate the vibration isolation performance of the QZS system,indicating the ratio of vibration response of the isolated equipment to that of the elastic *** case of the system takes on complicated motions,such as quasi-periodic or chaotic motions,the square root of the response is utilized to acquire the vibration level *** results demonstrates that the excellent performance for attenuating the vibration of the proposed system can be largely extended to a lower frequency domain in comparison with the corresponding linear system,proving the QZS syst

Stochastic bifurcation and chaos is a hot topic in the area of mechanics in the past few *** on the theory of stochastic structures and stochastic dynamical system,there are many researchers are devoted to exploring the response,bifurcation and chaos in nonlinear stochastic dynamical system by the method of Chebyshev polynomial *** Hopf bifurcations of stochastic nonlinear dynamical system with random parameters are investigated in this *** content of this paper are as follows:First,we proposed a new two-dimensional chaotic system with random *** stability of the equilibrium of the system is analyzed,and the existence of Hopf bifurcation is investigated by choosing the appropriate bifurcation ***,formulas for determining the stability and the conditions for generating Hopf bifurcation of the equilibria are *** precisely,we choose parameter α as the bifurcation parameter,and the Hopf bifurcation occurs when bifurcation parameter α passes through the critical value α.The system possess a nonlinear item,which is the across product *** this system is different from the classic Lorenz system,Chen system and Lu *** modifier stochastic here implies dependent random *** order to study the dynamical behavior of the novel two-dimensional chaotic system,Chebyshev polynomial approximation is applied to transform the new two-dimensional chaotic system with random parameter into its equivalent deterministic system,whose response can be readily obtained by conventional numerical *** parameter condition to ensure the appearance of Hopf bifurcation in this two-dimensional chaotic system with random parameter was obtained by the first Lyapunov coefficient method with aid of the Maple ***,the stochastic chaotic and Hopf bifurcation analyzed here are by and large similar to those in the deterministic mean-parameter system of the novel two-dimensional chaotic system with random para

The pre-Botzinger complex of the mammalian brain stem has been discovered to play a crucial role in the generation of respiratory *** neurons within the pre-Botzinger complex can exhibit different bursting *** and collaborators built a single and a network model of the pre-Botzinger complex,and they studied the generation of respiratory rhythm and its importance on the respiratory *** experimental results have shown that the sodium and potassium currents may play important effects on the generation of bursting rhythms in the pre-Botzinger *** this paper,we use the oneand two-parameter bifurcation to analyze pattern evolution with some special parameters are varied in a two-cell network pre-Botzinger ***,we give a two-cell network model based on the Butera *** emergence of antiphase and in-phase periodic orbit families is seen when coupling is introduced in the Butera model of pre-Botzinger complex *** this model,we review the dynamic mechanisms that give rise to bursting in the single cell and a two-cell *** network exhibits in-phase and anti-phase bursts under the same parameter ***,we study the transition mechanisms between burst states for in-phase bursts and anti-phase bursting respectively,as the sodium and potassium currents are *** analyze the two-parameter bifurcation and investigate the relationship between the bifurcation structure and the pattern transition in the two-cell ***,as a result,the in-phase bursting shows the transition from the "fold/fold" bursting,to the "fold/homoclinic" bursting and then the "Hopf/homoclinic" bursting;and the anti-phase bursting from the "fold/fold" bursting,to the "Hopf/fold" bursting,*** we present our analysis in terms of the Butera model,our qualitative results generalize immediately to any other model that shares its timescale decomposition and bifurcation ***,our results for unde

A rod fastening rotor with the fixed-tilting pad gas-lubricated bearings support is *** rod fastening rotor is not integral,and the rotor is connected by *** torque is transmitted by the rods and interfacial friction of both *** rods are considered as bending resistance *** contact effect of both disks has the influence of nonlinearity on the stiffness of the rotor,so the contact effect of both disks can be considered as resistance bending springs with *** gyroscopic effect of the disks is considered in the modeling of the rod fastening rotor-gas bearing *** rotational inertia of the tilting-pads is also *** multi-grid finite element method is employed to solve the nonlinear gas film forces of fixed-tilting pad *** pendulum angles of pads can be obtained by solving the motion equations of rod fastening rotor and tilting pads ***,the nonlinear dynamic behaviors of the rod fastening rotor are analyzed by the improved Newmark *** the calculation error exists in each step,the Newmark method only satisfies the motion constrained condition,but does not satisfy dynamics equation *** Newmark method is improved by compensating the calculating error in each *** improved Newmark method not only satisfies the motion constrained condition but also satisfies dynamics equation,and the improved Newmark method can reduce the computing error and improve computing ***,the nonlinear unbalanced responses of the rod fastening rotor with fixed-tilting pad gas bearings support are investigated by the orbit diagrams,the time series,the frequency spectrumdiagrams,and the Poincare *** orbits of the rod fastening rotor and the pendulum angles of pads are also investigated at different preloads and pivot ratios.
