随着安全、生态、环境和可持续发展理念的提出，人们对农药和农药制剂提出了更高的要求[1]，目前国家从环保节能等因素考虑， "十二五"规划中已有规定限用有机溶剂，特别是二甲苯、甲苯、甲醇、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜等有...

随着安全、生态、环境和可持续发展理念的提出，人们对农药和农药制剂提出了更高的要求[1]，目前国家从环保节能等因素考虑， "十二五"规划中已有规定限用有机溶剂，特别是二甲苯、甲苯、甲醇、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜等有机溶剂在制剂中的使用.用水作为农药制剂的基质即农药制剂水基化已经成为我国农药制剂环保化最迫切的主攻目标.种衣剂是在原有农药剂型(如悬浮剂、水乳剂等)的基础上，加入成膜剂，并根据需要添加其他成分(如微肥、激素等)配制而成，按农药加工剂型可将种衣剂分为悬浮型、干胶悬型、水乳型、悬乳型、微胶囊型、水分散粒剂型种衣剂，其中悬浮种衣剂应用最为广泛[2]，是一种以水为介质的水基化农药加工剂型，且完全符合现代发展要求.本论文以氟虫腈为主要成分，与杀菌剂戊唑醇进行复配研究，经过配方筛选、包衣技术的研究、理化性能的分析、室内和田间活性及安全性评价，期望最终能筛选出对防治对象具有较高的生物活性和对玉米种子具有高度安全性的杀虫杀菌复配种衣剂.通过室内生测筛选，氟虫腈与戊唑醇复配对蛴螬室内毒力测定结果表明不同配比均表现为相加作用，无拮抗作用，其中质量比为10/1时，共毒系数最高，对玉米纹枯病测定结果初步可以看出，戊唑醇及其与氟虫腈的混剂对玉米纹枯病防效基本无差异，两者之间无拮抗作用，可以复配使用起到防虫治病的综合作用.通过对润湿分散剂、成膜剂、增稠剂、警戒色等助剂的筛选，已确定5.5％氟虫腈·戊唑醇悬浮种衣剂物化性能较好的配方，其各项性能指标经检测均符合标准.以5.5％氟虫腈·戊唑醇悬浮种衣剂按药种比1：50对玉米种子进行均匀包衣，通过对地下害虫和玉米丝黑穗病田间药效试验和结果调查，表明包衣后对种子无药害，出苗率有一定提高，增产11.57％.

In the study, cinnamic aldehyde and eugenoI in cinnamon-planted soil, which was classified as different depths, was identified by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).The insecticidal activity and repellence of the soil was *** showed that higher contents of cinnamic aldehyde and eugenol were found in soil at depths of 5-10 *** the insecticidal toxicity bioassay, the corrected mortality of major workers treated with cinnamon soil at depths of 5-10 cm, which was higher than the other soil depths, increased from 13.33% to 96.00% with contact time from 1-5 ***, the corrected mortality of minor workers also increased from 6.67% to 100.00%.In the repellent activity bioassay, the repellent rates (96.30%) of major and mInor workers treated with cinnamon soil at depths of 5-10 cm for 24 h were significantly higher than the other *** result revealed ecological value of ***-planted soil contained cinnamic aldehyde and eugenol from fallen leaves, and the components showed insecticidal activity and repellence against red imported fire *** we could control the red imported fire ants by planting cinnamon in some regions.

The analytical method for Pyraclostrobin, and its dissipation in banana and soil under field conditions were *** residues were determined by Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged and Safe (QuEChERS) method and performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Mean recoveries ranged from 80.55% to 98.08% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 3.18%-7.81% at three different spiking levels for each different *** limits of detection (LOD) of pyraclostrobin were 0.006 mg/kg, while the limits of quantification (LOQ) 0.02 mg/kg in different *** dissipation dynamics of Pyraclostrobin in the field trials in Guangdong and Guangxi Province were *** half-lives in bananas were 9.09 days in Guangdong and 8.26 days in Guangxi, both with a dissipation rate of 90% about 28 days after *** half-lives in soil were 11.61 days in Guangdong and 10.60 days in Guangxi, and with a dissipation rate of 90% over 35 *** terminal residues in banana and banana flesh were not *** fact that all the terminal residues were below the maximum residue level (0.02 mg/kg) set by China and and 0.04 mg/kg set by *** results demonstrated that the safety of using pyraclostrobin at the recommended agriculture dosage to protect bananas from diseases.

The potential of herbicides for nonpoint ground water pollution depends on their degradation behavior in *** present study was conducted to investigate the degradation of napropamide in soil under different *** rate of napropamide degradation in soil was determined by extracting and detecting residual levels over a 60 d incubation *** the five tested soils, degradation profile of napropamide followed the first-order *** organic matter (OM) greatly facilitated degradation of *** degradation rate of napropamide in soil increased with increasing ***-lives (T1/2) values ranged from 51.7 d at 35 ℃ to 93.6 d at 10℃.Soil moisture content influenced the herbicide degradation in the following order: 80 > 60 > 40 >20% water holding capacity (WHC).The prolonged T1/2 by sterilization showed that microorganisms were the predominant contributors to degradation of napropamide in *** degradation of napropamide declined as the initial concentration *** results suggest that to reduce translocation to surface and ground water, this herbicide application should be conducted at a minimum effective application rate considering environmental factors, especially soil OM, temperature and moisture.

The objective of this study is to define the effects of Tephrosia vogelii (***)soil on the red imported fire ant (RIFA,Solenopsis invicta Buren).The behaviors including mortality, grasping and walking ability and lethal effect activity of the soil to RIFA were researched by *** exerts a defimite toxicity to *** we know, *** leaves contain rotenone and are now widely used to prevent RIFA as a source of botanical *** this study rotenone in *** leaves which was classified as different position and ages and soil of different depth and distance, was identified by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).The content of rotenone slightly varied in different leaf positions ranged from 0.124% to 0.144% and increased with leaf age (0.09%-0.565%).The soil extract was detected and showed that it contained a small quantity of rotenone and decreased with depth (0.004%-0.368%) in the soil at depths of 0-20 *** the insecticidal toxicity bioassay, the corrected mortality of major workers treated with the soil at depths of 0-20cm increased from 0 to 92.00% with contact time from 1-5d and that accords with the increase of *** the crawling ability bioassay, the crawling rates (17.00%) of major and minor workers treated with *** at depths of 0-20cm for *** significantly lower than the control *** grasping rate of minor and major workers in the rotenone soil with different depth in the insecticidal activities bioassay for 12-60h ranged from 19.33%-95%.The results showed that *** soil had ecological value of effectively prevent *** we could control the RIFA by planting cinnamon in some areas.

A reliable and rapid method has been optimized to determine the residue of amicarthiazol in soil and environmental water *** extraction and evaporation, the extraction was carried out with solid phase extraction (SPE) cleanup using HLB cartridge (only soil samples) and for the quantitative determination by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS).The resulting residues of amicarthiazol were analyzed by a gradient separation performed on a UPLC system with a C18 column, methanol and water containing 0.1% (v v-1) formic acid as the mobile phase in the mode of electrospray positive ionization (ESI+) and multiple reaction monitoring (MRM).Results showed that the recoveries for spiked samples were 74.4-97.1% and 72.1-109.9% for soil and water, respectively, with the relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 10.2% when fortified at 10, 100 and 1000 ag *** limits of detection (LODs) and the limits of quantification (LOQs) for matrix matched standards ranged from 0.073-0.425ag L-1 and 0.243-1.42 μag *** intra-day precision (n=5) and the inter-day precision over 10 days (n=10) for the amicarthiazol in soils and water samples spiked at 100 ag L-1 was 7.9% and 15.9%, *** indicated that the developed method could be a helpful tool for the controlling and monitoring of the risks posed by amicarthiazol to human health and environment safety.

β-glucosidases that belong to the glycoside hydrolases catalyze the hydrolysis of glucosidic linkage between two carbohydrate moieties or a carbohydrate moiety and an aglucone *** the plants,β-glucosidases play important roles in diverse aspects of plant physiology, such as growth, chemical plant defense,and signaling [1] Great progress have been made in the last 20 years in understanding of activation of endogenous *** bio-activation of cytokinin glucoside, correlated with a β-glucosidase located in the maize root meristem, was studied by Brzobohaty.[2] The free ABA can be liberated from inactive ABA-GE by AtBG 1, an Arabidopsis β-glucosidase homolog localized to the Endoplasmic Reticulum.[3] In Lotusjaponicus, the hydroxynitfile glucosides can be bioactivated by hydrolysis of a special β-glucosidase upon tissue disruption.[4]These previous studies have indicated that these endogenous glucoside conjugates maybe act as reversible storage forms, which made us to examine whether β-glucosidase can also hydrolyze glucose-pesticide conjugates like endogenous glycosides to liberate active *** previous work has proved that O-glycosidic bond glucose-fipronil conjugate can be bioactivated by the β-*** enzyme activity can be affected by molecular structure; thus, the objected of this work was to test the effect of introducing different monosaccharide group to parent insecticide on the metabolism by β-*** O-glycosidic bond monosaccharide-fipronil conjugates which had been synthesized were selected to evaluate the metabolic ability in *** results showed that the glucose-O-fipronil exhibited highest hydrolysis rate, while mannose and xylose cann~ be hydrolyzed byβ-*** enzyme also possesses weak ability to hydrolyze *** results above indicate that structure of the monosaccharide substantially affected the hydrolysis rate of the conjugates.

A rapid analytical procedure for the simultaneous determination of twenty seven hormones in fish, milk and water samples by solid-phase extraction (SPE) and ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) has been *** hormones, considered as endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs), contained nineteen endogenous and eight *** method involves extraction with acetonitrile and purification by a HLB SPE *** order to optimize purification effect of milk and fish matrixes, a comparative study using a diphasic dialysis and matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD), was weak in achieving the maximum retention of analytes and best elimination of matrix *** the optimized protocol of a HLB cartridge, limits of quantification (LOQs) were obtained ranging from 0.1 to 49.5 ng g-1 for water samples, from 0.1 to 39.1 ng g-1 for milk samples and from 0.1to 49.5 ng g-1 for zebrafish (Danio rerio) *** recoveries were within 69.1-120.5% of nominal *** characteristics permit the use of this methodology for 27 hormones determination in fish, milk, water *** (Hd), androstenedione (AN), stanozolol (STD), progesterone (P4), 17-hydroxyprogesterone (17-OHP) and 17-β-Estradiol (E2) were found in milk ranging from 0.21 to 11.41 ng g-1.P4 and trenbolone (TB) were observed in zebrafish at 5.73 and 7.45 ng g-1, *** multi-residue method was used for quantitation of hormone levels in a model organism, zebrafish, tested in endocrine disruptor screening ***, this technology would play an important role in evaluating the presence of target EDCs in food and environmental samples.

Bacillus subtilis has a strong capacity of producing secondary metabolites and a predominant growth inhibition against pathogenic *** the morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence analysis, we isolated a Bacillus subtilis HN09 from the rhizosphere soil of the neem *** HN09 strain was deposited at China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (Accession ***7524).Antagonistic experiments showed Bacillus subtilis HN09 has strong inhibitory effects against Fusarium oxysporum (92.4%), Fusarium oxysporum ***-lycopersici (90.5%), Colletotrichum higginsianum (86.3%), Magnaprothe grisea (82.4%), and Rhizoctonia solan (80.6%).A HN09 bioformulation was produced by inoculating and fermenting neem cake with the strain HN09 for 7 *** the pot experiment, Fusarium crown and root rot in tomato plants was significantly reduced by application of HN09 bioformulation in *** disease incidence was as high as 94% in the control, while it was only 17% in HN09 bioformulation *** bioformulation application also significantly promoted tomato ***30 days treatment with HN09 bioformulation, the plant height was 46.33cm, stem diameter 2.80cm, fresh weight47.43g, chlorophyll 52.63 spad, while the control plant height was 41.87cm, stem diameter 2.47cm, fresh weight of34.28g, chlorophyll 46.73 *** study indicated integrated application of strain Bacillus subtilis HN09 and neem cake has a good potential to biocontrol Fusarium crown and root rot in tomato plants.

The red imported fire ant (RIFA) Solenopsis invicta Buren causes severe damage to humans and animals as well as the *** treatment, which is potentially toxic to the environment, is the main strategy of RIFA *** essential oils are considered a potential substance that can be used to control *** present study aimed to identify the chemical composition of camphor essential oil and investigate the insecticidal activity on *** chemical composition of the essential oil was analyzed by GC-MS and *** revealed 36.61% camphor and 30.05% cineole as major *** insecticidal activity of camphor oil was assessed against RIFA workers by conducting two different bioassays: fumigant toxicity and *** toxicity assay results showed that the lethal dose (LD50) of the essential oil at 24 h was 1.67 and 4.28 tg/mL for minor and major workers, respectively;knockdown time (KT50) was 10.82 and 14.73 *** 2.55 tg/mL,the highest average mortality of the ants was 84.89% after 72 *** essential oil exhibited fumigant toxicity against minor and major workers as indicated by the effects on attacking, feeding, and climbing *** essential oil was also strongly repellent to the two members of colonies as observed in their behavior against Tenebrio molitor treated with 5 μL essential *** fumigant toxicity and repellence of camphor essential oil against RIFA indicated that this substance could be a potential alternative for the development of eco-friendly products used to control pests.
