Hydrogen can be generated from water,biomass,natural gas,or(after gasification) *** clean way to produce hydrogen from water is to use sunlight in combination with photovoltaic cells and water electrolysis,but it require land area to collect *** way is direct thermal splitting to produce hydrogen without CO2 emission,but it require temperatures of>2000℃.Owing to Ti element have high activity with carbon,it lead to a plenty of metal-catalyzed carbon nanostructures,which open a door for design of *** is very important to investigated the catalysts mechanism of Ti-C for water dissociation reaction,which is necessary step toward the design of catalyst for generation hydrogen.

卟啉和酞菁是一类大环类化合物,具有特殊的刚性π电子离域结构。金属卟啉、酞菁类催化剂对氧还原有好的电催化性能,被认为是解决燃料电池问题最有希望的催化剂。金属卟啉作为催化剂,具有反应条件温和、选择性高、转化率高等优点,应用十分广泛。目前,在金属卟啉和酞菁作为阴极催化剂对氧气还原的电催化活性的关系方面尚缺乏系统的研究,在卟啉催化剂的合成和筛选方面也缺乏理论指导,同时在使用上也带有一定的盲目性。因此,采用量子化学计算和分子模拟方法,研究其微观的结构参数（前线轨道能级、分子总能量、中心金属电荷）和宏观的催化活性数据之间的关系,将是一种指导新型卟啉、酞菁类催化剂设计、合成的重要研究方法,对于金属卟啉、酞菁在氧化还原反应催化剂方面的应用将有重大的意义。本文重点研究过渡金属卟啉、酞菁类化合物对氧气还原的电催化活性,探索了金属卟啉、酞菁及其衍生物对分子氧的吸附能力,分子总能量、电离势、氧化还原电位和中心金属电荷等参数。运用密度泛函理论中的广义梯度近似（GGA）的VWN-BP方法,研究金属卟啉、酞菁对分子氧的吸附。过渡金属由密度泛函半核赝势（DSPP）代替,价电子采用双数值基组极化函数展开（DNP）,计算过程中Quality设为fine。金属卟啉和金属酞菁与分子氧结合的方式有三种,分别是side-on、end-on和bridge,优先选择side-on或end-on取决于中心金属原子和环的结构。对分子氧在金属卟啉和金属酞菁表面side-on、end-on和bridge位的吸附模型进行了构型优化、能量计算,结果表明end-on位是较为有利的吸附位。取代基和中心金属原子的不同均能使金属卟啉、酞菁对分子氧的吸附有不同程度的提高或降低,从而影响其催化活性。

We present our current research on Speech and emotional Transformation based on stable frame features of phonemes. Speech transformation is an effective way to transform an original speaker's voice to sound as if it is uttered by the target speaker and emotional voice conversion is needed in commercial TTS systems to provide a user-friendly interface for customers. Our speech transformation algorithms is introduced which involves threes phases. First, the acoustic feature distributions for source speaker and target speaker are modeled using Gaussian Mixture Model. Second, the Expectation-Maximum algorithm is exploited to optimize the model parameters. Finally, an MMSE criterion is used to get the transformation formula for converting the acoustic features from source speaker to target speaker. The database consisting of five kinds of speech emotions (i.e. happiness, sadness,surprise,anger,neutral). Perceptual experimental results are given and some analysis is used in our emotional conversion experiments.

We hypothesized that infants can use distributional information to categorize words to basic noun- and verb-like classes. In a visual procedure, 11-16-month-old Chinese-learning infants were familiarized with 3 novel words in function word contexts appropriate for verbs (我也, 你别), and 3 other novel words in noun contexts (我的, 这个). The pairings of the novel words with the noun versus verb contexts were counterbalanced across infants. One word in one noun context and one word in one verb context were withheld during familiarization. Infants were then tested with these withheld phrases. In grammatical trials, the words occurred with the correct withheld nominal and verbal contexts. In ungrammatical trials, the same words crossed the contexts, violating the familiarized distributional patterns. Looking times were significantly different for the two test trial types. Conclusion: Chinese infants can use purely distributional information to categorize novel words to rudimentary noun and verb classes.

GPGPU（General-purpose computing on graphics processingunits）技术能够使用图形处理器完成通用计算,将GPGPU用于计算强度大的科学计算是高性能计算的最新发展趋势[1,2]。GROMACS[3]是著名分子动力学模拟的开源软件之一,由于其代码进行了多种提高计算速度的优化,GROMACS的计算性能可达到其他同类软件的3到10倍。尽管如此,为了计算更加接近实际情况的体系,其计算性能仍需进一步提高。最近两年,随着编程环境的改善,将GPGPU应用于分子动力学计算的尝试开始出现,已有一些研究人员对GROMACS向GPGPU上的移植进行了探索,例如由Folding@Home[4]推出的基于GPGPU的分子动力学运算核心GroGPU,Folding@Home是一个研究蛋白质折叠、聚合以及由此引起的相关疾病的分布式计算工程,GroGPU是分布式网格并行客户端,只能用于Windows系统,无法满足在高性能并行集群上的应用需要,而且源码没有公开也限制了对其进行深入的了解和研究。由***推出的基于GPGPU的分子动力学通用运算库OpenMM[5],以及使用OpenMM加速的GROMACS。基于OpenMM的GROMACS的核心计算部分是独立于原有的GROMACS代码重新开发的产物,与成熟的GROMACS相比,还存在着一些功能上的局限性,比如无法处理循环边界问题,在计算非键作用力时没有考虑截断距离等等。本文对GROMACS向GPGPU上移植的进行了初步研究,移植坚持的一个主要原则是保持GROMACS原有程序框架,尽量避免修改函数接口,以尽可能的保证移植后GROMACS的基本功能没有缺失,方便熟悉原有GROMACS的研究人员进一步研究和改进。通过对Nvidia CUDA GPGPU编程模式以及GROMACS代码的研究分析,论证了将GROMACS移植到以GPGPU为计算核心的平台上的可行性,并通过算法和参数数据组织形式的改造实现了GROMACS中非键力计算函数从x86处理器向GPGPU的移植,获得显著的性能提升,计算加速比达到10倍以上,为GROMACS整体移植的实现奠定了基础。

Density functional theory calculations reveal that the ground state for iron(Ⅳ)-oxo porphyrin under study is triplet,with a spin density that is almost completely localized within the iron(Ⅳ)-oxo subunit. The main influence of the axial ligand on the iron(Ⅳ)-oxo is 3-fold:(i) the bound axial ligand weakens the Fe=O bond,which may favor the oxygen transfer in the oxidation process;(ii) the addition of axial ligand enlarges the energy gap between the two different spin states;(iii) the ground state of iron(Ⅳ)-oxo porphyrin with axial ligand has a spin density distribution of approximately 50/50 between the iron and oxygen atoms. Additionally,the more negative the N atom is,the more negative the O and Fe atoms of the iron(Ⅳ)-oxo porphyrin *** is also worth noting that the bound imidazoles make the Fe=O bond even longer than pyridines *** same trend can also be found for the effect on the energy gap between different spin states. However,for the same species of axial ligand,the influence on the iron(Ⅳ)-oxo porphyrin does not change a lot due to different substitute groups,unless there is a steric group inhibiting the *** instance, 2-methylpyridine has a less significant effect on the iron(Ⅳ)-oxo porphyrin than the other three pyridines do.

＜正＞Recent years have seen a burgeoning interest in organic solar cells due to their low cost,lighter weight,flexible shape and versatile synthesis *** the wide variety of small molecules that have been studied,the family of n-acenes,constituted of linear chains of n planar benzene rings,is certainly one of the most investigated because of their structural stability and capability of forming highly ordered polycrystalline ***,they usually have limited response to the solar spectrum and low charge carrier *** carried out first-principles calculations at the density-functional theory（DFT） and time-dependent density-functional theory（TDDFT） levels to understand the effect of chain length,functional group and molecular packing on the absorption spectrum and charge carrier motility of acenes. Our calculations demonstrate that these properties not only depend on the molecular identity but also on the molecular *** energy bandgap and bandwidth are crucially affected by the intermolecular *** designing the interaction between metal substrates and the first layer of acenes,they can be packed in a cofacial（face-to-face） fashion instead of the conventional herringbone（face-to-edge） *** addition to enhanced charge mobility,cofacially packed acenes also show improved response to the solar spectrum to harvest more of the red *** could open the door to a new route of materials design for cost-effective organic solar cells.

The adsorption/dissociation of O molecule on the surface of SiCNTs was investigated by density functional *** found several adsorption configurations,including chemisorption and cycloaddition configurations,for triplet and singlet *** the case of carbon nanotubes,the chemisorption of triplet O on silica carbide nanotubes is exothermic with remarkable charge transfer from nanotubes to O *** O adsorption on the surface of SiCNTs can yields cycloaddition structures with large binding energies and sizeable charge *** reaction mechanisms studies show that for triplet O chemisorption configuration is favorable,but cycloaddition configuration is preferred than chemisorption for singlet *** singlet O,we also studied the dissociation of O molecule,and a two-step mechanism was found. In dissociation produces,the dissociation of O molecular result in formation of two three-membered rings with large binding *** key reaction step in the dissociation reaction of singlet O on the surface of SiCNTs is the first step with the barrier energy of 0.40 eV. The electronic properties of SiCNTs adsorbed with triplet and singlet O are dramatically influence.

＜正＞Carbon nanotubes are important building blocks for nanocomposite materials and nanomachinery due to their unique physical properties（electronic,optical,thermal,mechanical, etc.） and have received extensive interest in materials *** possible application is the use of carbon nanotubes as host structures for gas separation as they yield faster diffusion rates of fluid molecules than other widely used materials（e.g.,zeolites）.Several diffusion mechanisms are possible in narrow cylindrical pores,but these are still poorly *** the most important are ballistic motion,Fickian diffusion,and single-file *** motion occurs for very short times,before the molecule has had a chance to collide with anything. For longer times the motion becomes either Fickian or *** the pore is large enough, the molecules will diffuse in 3-dimensions as they would in a bulk fluid（Fickian diffusion）,but if the pore diameter becomes small enough the diffusion will crossover from Fickian to single-file diffusion,where the molecules can no longer pass each *** single-file motion is much slower than Fickian,which is much slower than ballistic.

近年来,化学信息学在功能材料与分子设计、产品质量评价与控制、环境检测与控制、生命与健康、数据挖掘、复杂体系分析、疾病诊断、质量评价与控制、智能分析仪器、新产品开发及化学信息的搜索与共享、数据挖掘与知识发现等研究领域中均发挥了重要作用。化学计量学方法在复杂体系分析方面取得了丰硕成果。小波变换、独立成分分析、免疫算法等方法在复杂分析化学信号分析中得到应用,并且在细胞分析和药物发现等领域有了新的研究进展。高维数据的挖掘给复杂体系动力学研究提供了新的思路。化学计量学在代谢组学研究中越来越受到重视,模糊C-均值聚类算法（FCM）等方法被用于代谢组学数据的分类,非相关线性判别式分析方法（ULDA）有望成为一种强大的代谢组学数据挖掘工具。化学计量学还促进了光谱分析技术的发展,使生理样本中葡萄糖浓度及无创血糖检测技术得以建立,近红外光谱用于过程分析和药理代谢组学研究也得以提出并得到应用。理论与计算化学是化学信息学的传统研究内容,近年来在理论方法、程序以及应用等方面都取得很大进展。理论化学计算与实验相结合用于合成化学和材料设计也得到了很好的效果。基于分子力学的分子模拟技术得到发展,并在物理化学性质的预测方面发挥了重要作用。分子动力学模拟已成为预测体系性质及解释实验现象的有效工具。新的优化算法不断涌现,粒子群优化算法用于团簇的结构优化,无偏优化算法实现大尺寸团簇的结构优化,合金团簇的结构优化方法得到了进一步的完善。计算机辅助药物设计、虚拟筛选（VHTS）和定量构效关系（QSAR）等是化学信息学研究的重点内容,为科学研究提供了可靠的公共数据。化学信息的组织、管理与应用是化学信息学的核心研究内容。为了有效地管理和利用大量的化学信息,化学信息管理系统、虚拟筛选平台、数字图书馆以及Internet化学资源的检索系统得到了迅速发展。
