目的:随着我国科技和经济的全面发展,航空救护已经引起有关方面的重视,目前在军内外有一些单位和部门已经应用医疗救护直升机实施航空救护,医疗救护直升机具有速度快、机动性强、飞行高度较低的优点,受气候条件影响较小,在草原、沙漠地区都可着落实施救护,在山区必要时直升机还可以在空中悬定施救。特别是在救护路程遭遇交通堵塞、道路塌方等情况时,航空救护的优越性就更加明显。我们多次乘直升机参加突发事件的紧急救护工作,先后对31名伤病员实施了紧急救治,同时我们还在中国首次载人航天航天员的医疗保障及救护中, 创新地将一个“轻便移动的生命支持和监测系统(Transportable Life Support and Monitoring Unit)”全天候前移到直升机内,将救命性的处理贯穿于航天员医疗保障和救护的现场及整个后送过程中,圆满完成首飞航天员的医疗保障及救护任务。医疗救护直升机在首次载人航天航天员的医疗保障及救护中起到了十分重要的作用。探讨直升机在航空医疗救护中的优点和不足及其改进措施。
