This paper develops an Improved Artificial Bee Colony(IABC) algorithm for Steelmaking-refiningContinuous Casting scheduling *** the IABC,charge permutation is employed to represent the *** the population initialization,a heuristic is devised to produce several good solutions while others are generated randomly.A variable neighborhood search neighborhood operator is specially devised to generate new solutions with high quality for the employed bee and onlooker bee *** new solutions are accepted with a control acceptance criterion to enhance the exploration *** the scout bee phase,the solution corresponding to a scout bee is replaced by a new solution produced by performing perturbation to the ***,a local search is employed to further improve the best solution found in the search *** evaluate the performance of the IABC,computational comparisons against several recent algorithms are conducted,which demonstrates the strength and availability of the IABC.

For multimode and multiphase batch process monitoring,the analysis of between-mode differences,i.e.,discriminative information,can greatly enhance process understanding and improve monitoring ***,the related work has not been explicitly addressed *** solve the problem,this work demonstrates a process understanding and monitoring method based on between-mode similarity evaluation and discriminative information *** proposed method quantitatively evaluates the differences of each mode and accurately describes the causes of between-mode differences from data-driven ***,a Mahalanobis distance based index is defined to evaluate the between-mode similarity by analyzing the phase-wise differences of each mode and similar modes are ***,a multimode Fisher discriminant analysis algorithm is proposed to identify influential variables in sparse manner,which contribute most to mode *** the above analysis,between-mode discriminative information is explained and multiple monitoring models are developed for online process monitoring based on influential variables and the other uninfluential variables,*** proposed method provides a detailed insight into the inherent nature of multimode processes and captures more process information to enhance one's understanding of the multimode *** feasibility and performance of the proposed algorithm are illustrated by a typical multimode and multiphase batch process,i.e.,injection molding.

As the data of Sequencing Batch Reactor(SBR) has characteristics of non-Gaussian distribution and high nonlinearity,To aim at the insufficient that the SBR processes monitoring algorithms only maximize the data information but neglect the information in the data cluster structure,a Multi-way Kernel Entropy Component Analysis(MKECA) is *** is a new method of process monitoring,and overcome the drawbacks as traditional monitoring methods on omission failure rate when monitoring ***-way Kernel Entropy Independent Component Analysis(MKEICA) is applied to on-line process monitoring of SBR in this research while a novel contribution analysis scheme named bar plot is developed for MKEICA to diagnose ***,the three-dimensional data of SBR is unfolded into two-dimensional by a new data expanding method;then,Kernel Entropy Principal Component Analysis(KECA) is adopted to map the twodimensional data into a high dimensional feature space and use Independent Component Analysis(ICA) to extract Independent Components(ICs) in feature space;finally,if the MKEICA detects a fault occurring in the stage of on-line monitoring,the bar plot will be used to identify the variables causing the *** method is successfully applied to an 80 L lab-scale *** experimental results demonstrate that,comparing with conventional MKICA,the proposed method exhibits better performance in fault detection and *** proposed method is applied to SBR process and the application demonstrates superiority of MKEICA over MKICA.

This paper deals with the problem of Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy-model-based output feedback model predictive control(MPC) with one free control move for nonlinear networked control systems(NCSs) with packet loss and data *** quantization error is treated as sector bound uncertainties by using the sector bound approach and the packet loss process is modeled as a time-homogeneous Markov *** S-procedure and the notion of quadratic boundedness(QB) which can specify closed-loop stability for system with disturbance,the state estimator can be off-line designed and the ellipsoidal bound of estimation error can be on-line refreshed which is a key point of guaranteeing the recursive feasibility of optimization *** MPC optimization problem which minimizes an upper bound of the expect value of the infinite horizon performance cost parameterized as a free control move followed by an output feedback based on the obtained estimation state,is on-line solved in this *** example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the provided new techniques.

Anomaly detection is important to nuclear power plants to prevent damage caused by failures of instruments and control *** data-based methods without the need of an exact model have been *** is apparent that the more parameters are used in those methods,the more information about the system is ***,the performance of data-based detector declines with high dimension input *** component analysis(PCA) can compact parameters coming from instruments and control systems into a few principal components which remain main information about the plant operation *** improve the performance of a data-based detector,parameters provide for PCA are also needed to contain more information of the operation *** the reactivity is the key attribute to the plant operation process,including the reactivity in the data for PCA will actually improve the sensitivity of anomaly *** view of the fact that no sensor can measure the reactivity directly,the extended state observer(ESO) is used and the estimate of reactivity is included in the data for *** respectively considering the anomaly of control rob drive mechanism and the anomaly of pump rotating speed during a normally operation show that the PCA methods will provide two-dimensional parameters which can reflect the operation process *** between the PCA aided by ESO and the one not aided by ESO show that the ESO of reactivity provides more information for PCA,making it more sensitive to anomaly related to reactivity while not reducing other variables’ information.

This work presents a multi-band hybrid mobile phone antenna based on electromagnetic coupling,which can be applied to mobile handheld devices,occupying a small board space of 39.7 mm*15.6 mm on the system circuit *** adding resonant and coupled branch instead of multi-feed on the traditional bent antenna,this design provides four wide operating bands of 772 MHz-998 MHz,1540 MHz-1600 MHz,1680 MHz-2270 MHz and 2300 MHz-2690 MHz with the hybrid feature of PIFA,Lshape,U-shape and S-shape structures,which covers nine-band including the GSM850,GSM900,GPS1575,DCS1800,PCS1900,IMT200,LTE2300,LTE2600 and Blue Tooth/*** Ansoft HFSS was used in this research to make the antenna performance better and the operating principle of the proposed antenna is described in detail in this *** of simulation reveal that the maximum gains of these four wide bands are 2.20 d Bi,-0.99 d Bi,4.01 d Bi and 4.05 d Bi ***,this work also tests the return loss of the fabricated antenna with the vector network analyzer and the results are in accordance with the simulated results on the *** are four wide resonant frequencies,which covers nine-band of WWAN,WLAN and LTE,when the available bandwidth is better than 6 d Bi return loss.

Shield method is the most commonly used method for excavating tunnel at *** order to ensure that the shield machine can move forward accurately along the design axis,the shield attitude must be well controlled during shield tunneling *** to the complexity of shield system,fuzzy control is an effective control *** the control rules are mainly summarized from the experience of ***,the rules dictated by the operator are rough,and the effect of these controllers is not very *** paper is based on the background of shield method in subway tunneling construction and the method of shield attitude control based on Adaptive Network-based Fuzzy Inference System(ANFIS) is *** essence of this control method is to extract better fuzzy control rules by using neural *** of all,the actual operation data of a section of Beijing metro line which is got through by shield machine is analyzed,and it can be seen that the manual operation effect is good,which means these data can be used to extract control ***,the fuzzy neural network is used to extract the control rules of the fuzzy logic controller,and an effective fuzzy controller is trained by using the actual operation *** last,the trained fuzzy logic controller is used in the simulation experiment,and the simulation results show that the fuzzy controller can effectively control the shield attitude.

The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) constitution is believed as the intrinsic factor of the facial skin ***,the human facial skin indexes are recognized by the experts in the field with exper ience in *** to economic,opportunity,and others,it is difficult to obtain for ordinary people.A method is advocated to construct a relationship between the facial skin indexes and TCM constitution types for skin diagnosis and maintenance would *** fuzzy Bayesian classif ier using a fuzzy membership of facial skin indexes with interval division distribut ing,which preserved the conditional probability for each *** a combination weighting method is put forward to infuse objective data and subjective experts’ evaluation information with the minimum classification *** classification correct rate of the prop osed model was 86.7% comparing to the expert diagnosis,while the naive Bayesian classif ier and the weighted Bayesian classif ier were 56.7% and 80% *** concluded that the proposed method could effectively avoid the uncertainty of tested index,and could describe objectively the potential links between facial skin indexes and the constitution.

According to the complex condition of bearing in wind turbine,the vibration signal is nonlinear and *** on traditional algorithms can not fully exploit the nonlinear and nonstationary signal intrinsic information,this paper was proposes based on local tangent space alignment algorithm(LTSA) and kernel entropy component analysis(KECA) combined with the method of fault ***,the rolling bearing vibration signal of one-dimensional time series reconstruction to the high dimension space and estimate the intrinsic dimensionality of data,and then be used the local tangent space alignment algorithm for data sets dimension reduction and obtain low dimensional manifold structure from the *** get dimension reduction after featu re vector space the first line features and the Fast Fourier Transform(FFT),from the spectrum were extracted from rolling bearing inner ring and outer ring of the fault characteristic frequency and which correspond to the harmonic generation and spectrum energy the seven variables as the fault feature ***,KECA is used to identify the fault feature vector of rolling *** KECA nonlinear classifier is established,and a new monitoring statistic is introduced to estimate the divergence measure statistic to realize the fault *** KECA can be realized according to the size of the entropy for feature classification,with a strong non-linear processing ability,so as to realize the fault identification and *** this paper,the application of the Case Western Reserve weak fault bearing experimental data and the actual wind turbine rolling bearing application example to verify the algorithm,the results of experimental analysis show that the proposed method can effectively extract sensitive features,The early fault diagnosis of rolling bearing is realized,The feasibility and effectiveness of the method is verified.
