For about two decades,the Korean government has tried various development policies for rural areas with a recent focus on regional competitiveness and endogenous growth ***,there has also been deepening regional inequality as well as declining quality of life in rural areas,which brought about increasing criticism for the rural development *** policies are known to suffer from ambiguity of the objectives of rural development policies,the mismatch between policy objectives and the capacity of local officials,week system of incentives and policy evaluation and the institutional and sectoral *** new Korean MB government launched a more innovative approach to rural development with the introduction of ‘single-pot’ budgetary framework and the development of the governance between the central and local *** the Chinese government adopted a new rural policy for ‘Building a New Socialist Countryside.’ We believe that the Korean and Chinese government can learn from each other’s experiences for formulating a better region policy for rural development.

At the beginning of our research,how to choose a reasonable spatial scale as our basic view is a key *** scales may have the distinct *** reasonable scale should reflect both the difference and the similarity of the spatial *** research will advance an innovative method start with the hypothesis of spatial stable *** think that there is a stable scale,where the system’s exchange of energy and objects are frequently inside the scale,and stable outside the *** to these,our aim is to find this *** paper takes residential regions as an example;we think that if people in one block always go out to other places,this means this block has frequent exchange of energy and objects with those places,in this extent,people’s travel frequency can well represent the exchange of energy and objects between one place to other *** paper has made a survey about people’s travel frequency,and divided the reasonable distance in theory according to the frequency *** compared the distance in theory with those scales in reality like street,blocks,etc,we will get a reasonable spatial scale that mostly matching the one from *** scale can be applied into the evaluation about environmental efficiency,spatial government and many other research fields.

This article,based on the Theory of the destination life cycle theory and Social exchange theory,is designed to build the model of the Perception and Attitudes of Residents in China's underdeveloped regions towards their local tourism *** be more specific a questionnaire survey is conducted to reveal Perception and Attitudes in their Positive and Negative sides from the perspectives of economy,society and environment with particular reference to Yu Daokou forest-grassland Scenic Spot,and the findings show that economically and socially the positive Perception and Attitudes are more favorable by the residents in underdeveloped *** more negative Perception and Attitudes are found when it comes to tourism *** the basis of the above discussion,some relevant suggestions with the aim to the promotion of Sustainable Tourism development in China’s underdeveloped regions are put forward.

With the housing reforms of the 1990s,urban space in China has changed from a work unit based structure to a separation along social and functional *** middle class in this context displays a strong tendency towards home-ownership in commercially built,privately managed and well-secured housing *** estates are normally fenced or walled with more or less strict access *** many ways they resemble what has been discussed worldwide as “gated communities”.The author places the Chinese commodity estates in this discussion on gated communities and points out that the phenomena of residential enclaves in China and in the West are on the one hand rather similar,but the attitudes towards gated living on the other hand are very *** this contradiction in view,the author investigates and discusses the concerning attitudes in the case of commodity housing estates in *** main finding in brief is that although western research emphasises the problematic aspects of gated communities,the interviews conducted for this study disclosed a largely positive attitude not only within,but also from outside the *** study is part of a broader research on spatially differentiated governance within an international research programme on mega *** 2007,extensive surveys in three case studies (gated estates) and comparable other forms of housing as well as numerous qualitative interviews with residents,political and commercial actors and experts have been conducted for this study.

In contractual relationships involving payments for environmental services,conservation buyers know less than landowners know about the costs of contractual *** in such circumstances use their private information as a source of market power to extract informational rents from conservation *** informational rents is an important task for buyers of environmental services who wish to maximize the services obtained from their limited *** reducing informational rents also mitigates concerns about the “additionality” of PES *** opportunity cost have high influence to compensate standard and region,which is not only a core issue of PES,but also a nodus of based PES *** paper take the approache of gathering information from costly-to-fake signals to reduce informational rents,we using multianalysis to simulate opportunity cost which converse feed to fast in Gannan District,then distinguish opportunity cost types to make high-landowners can get more compensate than low-cost landowners,therefore conservation buyers can get more environmental services.

Creativity ?? Aura ?? Identity and Place Membership” is very important in building new public *** cultural and social regeneration of urban space,as well as enhancing the liminal space,instead of making unnecessary public space,we can restore public sphere in modern metropolitan areas and can create new cosmopolitan content focusing on hybridity,openness,tolerance,and flexible spatial structure.

The objective of this paper is to compare the four methods in extracting individual tree crown (ITC) from the high-resolution Quickbird *** researchers have tried to extract the tree crown using high-resolution remote sensing image,especially aerial images in the past *** some of them have obtained many achievements on it *** these,they studied more on not the satellite remote sensing with lower revolution,but the aerial images,owing to their high *** on the other hand,the aerial images haven’t been well widely utilized due to its expensive *** the high-revolution satellite remote sensing having been made more widespread in commercial use,some researchers have realized it with both easy accessibility and high revolution,and have used the satellite remote sensing images in detecting the individual tree crown to certain *** a whole,they have approximately developed four types of algorithms to detect the tree *** are local maxima/minima、template matching、region growing and the multi-scale edge detection *** automatic identification methods of ITC provided a direct way to delineate the number of tree crowns in the region and some spatial information in the ***,they have their own advantages and *** this paper used all the four approaches to delineate the individual tree crown from the Quickbird image for China fir plantations,and then compared,discussed the applicability for each at last.

This paper explores the triple helix innovation system in Food Valley in the Netherlands which is considered one of the most innovative food clusters in the *** triple helix approach has been so far little tackled in the literature on innovation system and ***,this approach can be a useful tool for understanding the dynamic characters and knowledge transfer mechanism of industrial *** the basis of an in-depth case study,we argue that Food Valley has evolved through four circles of growth in the triple helix innovation *** the mid-2000s onward,it is seen that Food Valley has been on the stabilized circle in the triple helix system of *** upon Wageningen UR,local universities and research centers play a pivotal role in building the triple helix innovation *** cope with radical changes in markets and technology since the late 1980s,local firms have made a great deal of effort to reinforce the university-industry *** the other hand,government agencies have played a critical role for establishing the institutional environment that facilitates university-industry partnerships and local knowledge transfer and spillover.

河流入海泥沙的减少,已成为近年来全球性的趋势.长江入海泥沙是长江口地区新生土地资源的泥沙来源和基础,其在保持长江口地区的冲淤平衡方面起关键性作用.大型水库工程、流域生态工程和南水北调工程等人类活动是影响长江口地区泥沙变化...

河流入海泥沙的减少,已成为近年来全球性的趋势.长江入海泥沙是长江口地区新生土地资源的泥沙来源和基础,其在保持长江口地区的冲淤平衡方面起关键性作用.大型水库工程、流域生态工程和南水北调工程等人类活动是影响长江口地区泥沙变化的主要因素.长江来沙的锐减致使该地区岸滩淤涨减慢,有些岸段已出现强烈的侵蚀现象.如崇明东滩潮间带滩涂从1960-70 年代的每年淤涨约5km2 减少到1980-90 年代的每年淤涨2-3km2;90 年代中期以来,已出现侵蚀迹象,平均每年淤涨约-1km2,已累计造成潮滩损失约5％.未来几十年在流域人类活动及全球变暖的协同作用下,长江入海泥沙将进一步减少.三角洲滩涂的侵蚀很可能进一步加剧.近十余年来由于较大面积的频繁促淤圈围和长江来沙锐减等原因,上海市潮滩面积出现减少现象,2005 年与1990 年相比,-5m 以上的浅滩总面积减少了7.85％,其中0m 以上面积减少了5.7％,-5～-2m 面积减少了13.6％.观测到的-5～-2m 面积减少较大,据分析与近年长江来沙减沙有关.而-2～0m 面积略有增加,这可能与祟明东滩和九段沙实施自然保护区有关. 根据1977-1992 年和1992-2004 年两个时段长江入海输沙率和崇明东滩冲淤速率所反映的关系,尽管现阶段崇明东滩处于缓慢淤涨过程中,但未来潮间带滩涂( 指连岛滩涂和岸外孤立沙洲滩涂之和) 的淤涨将基本停滞,而水下滩地有可能将出现净冲刷,这对上海滩涂的可持续开发利用将构成严峻挑战.鉴于长江入海泥沙锐减给海岸滩涂带来的挑战,今后应加强海岸滩涂的冲淤监测和对策研究.
