the target detection mechanism of Skywave Over the Horizon Radar (Skywave-OthR) endows itself many advantages, causing meanwhile a series of problems in detection and tracking. Among the rest, the effect of multipath sharps focus. In this paper, based on the application of Gaussian mixture probability hypothesis density (GM-PHD) filter in the tracking of skywave radar, a multipath effect suppression algorithm is proposed. In order to determine whether the multipath phenomenon is existed and suppress its effect, the target states, which are the results of the inversion calculations of the radar measurements, will be transferred into the real trajectory of the targets after the processing of GM-PHD. the algorithm is verified by computer simulation.

Implementing image-processing systems can require significant effort and resources due to information volume and algorithm complexity. Model integrated computing (MIC) based image processing systems show promise in supporting solutions of these complex problems. While MIC has contributed to the advancement of performing complex image processing tasks on parallel-embedded systems, it has not addressed a challenging class of algorithms that adapt the image-processing algorithm based on the information or state of the image processing system. this proposed effort addresses creating an adaptive image-processing environment based on MIC that allows solutions of complex image processing problems to be built and executed rapidly. this effort involves creating a new modeling representation for image processing adaptation mechanisms. the proposed MIC-based adaptive image-processing environment generates a solution given the modeling constraints and executes it on a number of hardware architectures.

the image depth estimation problem is the basic issue of computer vision, and extracting the depth information from the two-dimensional image information is a challenge work. Focusing on the issue of extracting the depth information, an algorithm based on Markov Random Field (MRF) model has been proposed to estimate depth from single image. It includes calculating multi-scale texture features using Laws filers to the two-dimensional image, and calculating the probability relationship between texture clues and scene depth according to the texture features at different scales. then, it establishes MRF probabilistic model and estimate parameters of MRF to get the initial depth image using the least squares method. Finally, an iterating algorithm depending on neighborhood mixing depth information is adopted to further improve the estimation accuracy. the experimental results show that the method performs well both in areas with small range of depth and areas with large range of depth when the texture feature is obvious.

this paper presents the comparison of two low-voltage amplifiers using a systematic, two step procedure: (i) automated topological matching highlighting common and different signal path structures and symbolic expressions and (ii) constraint extraction and analysis illustrating how dissimilarities between circuits impact relevant performance and showing design flexibility with respect to trade-offs. the obtained comparison is important for understanding benefits and limitations of unique features in designs, for selecting better fitting topologies, and for analog circuit synthesis tools.

the methodology of Model Driven Architecture (MDA) has been a popular area of research in recent years. To cater for the increasing awareness of the importance in software Quality of Service (QoS), some have suggested MDA as a solution. However, unlike functional properties, QoS displayed in a development cycle is prone to changes after deployment due to a non-constant runtime environment and usage. A possible solution is to provide a monitoring framework to ensure that QoS violations are always detectable. However, as with any MDA based approach it is dangerous to simply assume that transformations will do exactly as specified. this paper describes an approach for producing formal proofs for our particular QoS-oriented transformational system[1], based on the proof-as-programs methodology.
