Based on the non-cooperative power control game (NPG) algorithm, the utility and pricing function are analyzed, then the combination pricing function is proposed and power control game algorithm suitable for cognitive radio (CR) networks is realized, the existence and uniqueness of the Nash equilibrium are proved for proposed algorithm. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can balance the interests of the CR users themselves, reduce the whole system of interference and improve the performance of cognitive radio system.

A new continuous sliding mode control method has been developed by combining Variable structure system (VSS)and Lyapunov design. It possesses all the good properties of the sliding mode control and avoids the unnecessary discontinuity of the control input, thus eliminating chattering. this paper focus on the application of continuous sliding mode controller in speed regulation system of switched reluctance motor(SRM ), and gives the system scheme of SRM driver. the simulation results confirm that the new controller is easy to design, has better dynamic performance and robust property. In addition, the system has effectively eliminated chattering.

the vector controlsystem of variable speed constantfrequency (VSCF) doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) for wind turbine was developed, the vector controller was achieved using PI control. Based on these, the variable-speed constant-frequency DFIG running in the whole working wind speed range is studied by simulations. Fast response, small overshoot, high precision, strong adaptability and highly robustness are obtained by the proposed strategy.

It is very difficult to accurately controlthe speed of paper roller and knife roller of the paper cutter, and the proportions of two paces control have greater randomness. the control algorithm which fuzzy-PID combine PI based on PLC is put forward. the fuzzy-PID controller and the PI regulator are realized by PLC. this system has solved the problem caused by impreciseness, instability, different cut length of paper cutter. the practical results show this system can restrain the effect of time relaying, and has good feature of stability and strong robustness.

Based on wind-turbine character analyzing, maximum wind energy tracking is selected as active power control target. A method of using fuzzy logic principles to deduce optimum turbine speed was proposed, to keep optimum tip speed rate operating without the wind velocity measurement. A dual-passage excitation fuzzy control strategy based on dynamic synchronous reference frame was applied to controlthe proposed optimal stator active and reactive power. the operational performances of the wind turbine system with DFIG with wind speed variation were analyzed and compared by using Matlab/Simulink. the results show the correctness and feasibility of the proposed control strategy.

An electronic healthcare (e-Health) system is a database systemthat collects patients' medical data from participating organizations such as hospitals, clinics and insurance companies, and facilitates services for these organizations. though e-Healthsystem transforms healthcare services with great savings in terms of efficiency and cost, it also triggers great privacy concerns as all patients' data are maintained in a centralized system which may be accessed and misused by unauthorized parties. One of the most important features of an e-Healthsystem is that the sensitive data mainly distribute in certain columns. thus, we propose a column based access control scheme for an e-Health database system (eHCBAC scheme), which protects the data by means of imposing access control policies on sensitive columns. Furthermore, we design algorithms to achieve eHCBAC for different SQL statements, and implement an prototype system by adding column based access control module into an open-source DBMS kernel. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the prototype system.

this paper presents a plug-in based integrated development framework for industrial controlsystem named P-IDP4ICS which adopts the role-based access control technique, named RBAC. And the implementation mechanisms of P-IDP4ICS are explained in this paper. the P-IDP4ICS framework consists of some components, such as Extension Protocol, Kernel, Plug-in Registry and Host Application. Among those components, Extension Protocol component can keep the industrial control software customizable and scalable, and the reusing plug-ins which have been well developed like Host Application plug-in can improve reusing capability of industrial control software. the plug-ins in P-IDP4ICS are presented in the form of DLLs, which protect the source code. Furthermore, P-IDP4ICS which implements the RBAC model reduces the complexity of authorization management and the costs of system maintenance. Finally, this paper reconstructs a Sinter Integrated control Expert systemthrough P-IDP4ICS framework and has proved its effectiveness.
