the high modernization of the production process and the social concern about the reliability of production have promoted the theoretical research and application development of fault detection and diagnosis. the fault detection and diagnosis applied in automatic control system have its special requirements as follows: It can guarantee a very low rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, ability to detect and diagnose faults based on complete and incomplete information in a timely manner. the purpose of this paper is to provide technical advice for intelligent fault detection of automatic control system by studying the intelligent fault detection and diagnosis method of automatic control system based on reinforcement learning. this paper proposes an intelligent automatic control system fault detection and diagnosis method: Based on the reinforcement learning algorithm intelligent automatic control system fault detection and diagnosis method and through the simulation experiment to judge the feasibility of the method, the results show that the accuracy of the simulation algorithm is higher than 87.2%. this provides a good direction for intelligent fault detection of automatic control system and is conducive to the perfection of fault detection. © 2021, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Automation of a system brings along efficiency, controllability and accuracy. It is a major challenge, owing to the complexities involved. Several local automation techniques have been implemented in the past. this work presents the current automation tool called cyber physical system (CPS). It is the combination of physical and cyber systems that are communicating with each other at all levels. Embedded networks and computers control the physical processes using the data obtained through feedback loops where physical processes control computations and vice versa. the applications of CPS are revolutionary as it can be observed in emerging intelligent buildings, smart cars, robots, and medical devices. However, a review of research on CPS is essential. this work presents literature review and studies the Cyber Physical systems with a particular focus on its significance in various fields like manufacturing, education, transport, construction and medical. As a result, a CPS control system architecture for the introduction and organization of influencing aspects for CPS related to various sectors is presented to support practitioners in the realization of smart process control concepts. © 2021, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

An automatic intelligent implementation scheme is proposed based on the analysis of the characteristics of the information network transmission services of surveying ship by corresponding service strategies designation, which can give high quality services. the key of this scheme is an intelligent bandwidth allocation system that is designed for this scheme. this bandwidth allocation method effectively accomplish the intelligent redistribution of the limited bandwidth and improve the efficiency and reliability of the whole public information network of the surveying ship through the mirror data grabbing and analyzing and accomplishing the remote controlling of the encoder and the switch by remote bandwidth adjustment instructions. © 2021, the Editor(s) (if applicable) and the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

In this paper, the droop control structure is divided into two parts, droop curve injection and inverter terminal voltage control, respectively. the power calculation, filtering, and arc curve equation are included in the vertical curve. the voltage control link achieves the frequency and amplitude of the given reference voltage. the output voltage of the inverter is controlled to make it equal to the reference voltage. the current double-closed-loop control structure of the electrical system and the decoupling principle are further analyzed. From the point of the closed-loop system, the control parameters of the current loop and the voltage loop of DQ0 are designed. In the simulation example, the response characteristics and trends of load disturbance elimination are verified. © 2021, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

the power supply continuity is the key factor affecting the normal operation of the load. the complex power quality problems (such as two-frequency ripple superposition, voltage sag and ripple superposition) in the dc power supply system will directly affect the continuous power supply of the load. the internal conversion control technology of the dual power switch can guarantee the continuous power supply of the load. To solve the problem of compound power quality in dc dual power supply system, this paper proposes a dual power conversion control technique based on PSO-MP. In this technique, PSO algorithm is used to perform coarse search and MP algorithm to identify the composite power quality disturbance. the example analysis not only verifies the validity and accuracy of the method proposed in this paper, but also improves the reliability of the double power switch and quickly realizes the conversion between two dc power sources. © 2021, the Editor(s) (if applicable) and the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Aiming at the problems of high raw material consumption and low qualified rate in the batching production process of Zinc vertical retorting, this paper analyses the technological requirements and control requirements of batching production, researches and establishes the calculation model of batching, realize the precise optimization control of material proportion and total product quantity in the batching process. A calculation model of batching based on fuzzy PID control model is proposed in this paper. the simulation results of MATLAB show that the fuzzy PID control model has shorter adjustment time, quicker response, better anti-jamming ability, and adaptability to parameter changes. A DCS control system is developed and applied to the batching system. After using the system, the labor intensity is reduced, the consumption of raw materials is reduced and the qualified rate of products is increased. the optimized control and operation are realized, and the remarkable application effect is obtained. © 2021, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

At present, electric vehicles have a general problem of short battery life and short travel distance. therefore, introducing supercapacitors and DC/DC converters to form a hybrid energy storage system (HESS) with the battery to make up for the lack of pure battery energy. In this paper, a control strategy for an on-board hybrid energy storage system based on PI control is proposed. First of all, this strategy is through energy management strategy to distribute the required power, and then by changing the duty cycle of the IGBT switch in the DC-DC converter, to control the battery and supercapacitor output currents and to keep the DC bus voltage stable. the simulation results on the build simulation model, Simulink, shows that the proposed control method can accurately track the reference values of battery current and supercapacitor current and stabilize the DC bus voltage, which proves the effectiveness of the control strategy. © 2021, the Editor(s) (if applicable) and the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Human-Robot Interaction is an emerging field in the area of robotics and growth in this field finds application in several areas of the society. In this paper an initial progress of the design of a robotic system for elderly care is proposed. the paper describes the basic architecture of this proposed system and presents an initial implementation of this robot. this is a work in progress, and the robotic system will be updated and developed as the research progresses when more sensors and other components are interfaced providing more functionalities to the robot. Also, another goal of the project is contribution in undergraduate electrical and computer engineering education where students understand and learn to work on both hardware and software aspects in the design of an assistive robotic system.

Build a comprehensive evaluation system of teaching quality, on this basis, build a BP neural network model, through the learning algorithm of BP neural network, model research and application. the paper aims to expand a way of applying the fuzzy adaptive control strategy by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional PID control strategies. In view of the high requirements of the variable-pitch servo system for megawatt-level wind turbines, combined with the control characteristics of series-excited DC servo motors, a wind power variable-pitch DC servo system based on fuzzy adaptation was designed. the superiority and reliability of the fuzzy adaptive PI control method are verified by using simulation tools to carry out simulation experiments, and then the experiments are carried out by DC series servo motor and servo driver.
