the automation of application provisioning and management is one of the most important issues in Cloud computing. However, the steadily increasing number of different services and software components employed in composite Cloud applications leads to a high risk of unintended side effects when different technologies work together that bring their own proprietary management APIs. Due to unknown dependencies and the increasing diversity and heterogeneity of employed technologies, even small management tasks on a single component may compromise the whole application functionality for reasons that are neither expected nor obvious to non-experts. In this paper, we tackle these issues by introducing a method that enables detecting and correcting unintended effects of provisioning and management tasks in advance by analyzing the context in which the tasks are executed. We validate the method practically and show how context-aware expert management knowledge can be applied fully automatically to provision and manage running Cloud applications.

Information explosion propelled by the exponential growth in digitised data is an unstoppable reality. To be able to extract relevant and useful knowledge from this voluminous data in order to make well-informed decision is a competitive advantage in the information age. However, the attempts to transform raw data into valuable knowledge face both data and computational intensive challenges. As a result, parallel and distributedcomputing is often strongly sought after to alleviate these challenges. While there are many distributedcomputingtechnologies being proposed over the years, MapReduce has gained an immense amount of interest in recent years due to its simplicity and superb scalability at low cost. In this paper we implement the fisher linear discriminant technique to reduce dimensionality and remove the so-called "noisy" data values from a given data set and project the data values in the direction of largest variance. Few of Fisher linear discriminant analysis' applications are Life Sciences, Face Recognition, Music and Speech classification. We implement the Fisher Linear Discriminant on a distributedcomputing environment and we conclude that it outperforms the sequential implementation.

When people deal with a large number of concurrent computing tasks, designing a reasonable, efficient, safe scheduling system becomes important, it needs not only to execute safely, reduce the pressure on the server, but also improve the efficiency of task execution and correct results return. So the focus of this paper is to propose a DCRSS to solve the above problems. Nine categories of test cases are designed to assess its efficiency. there are 355 tests are executed, the success rate is over 90 %, saving 60 % time.

Agricultural areas are mainly distributed in the suburbs, however suburs of metropolis are often used as flood storage and detention areas in order to ensure the safety of urban from flood. Severe land subsidence would make a decrease use of flood control facilities like dike and sluice which protect the agricultural areas, and there are important significance to analyze the flood control in agricultural areas affected by double natural disasters. In this paper,the land subsidence observations and sedimentation rate over recent 20 years in Dahuangbao agricultural areas are the object of study, and the flood routing mathematical model is established using the alternating direction implicit method(ADI) with high stability and precision. the results reveal that after comparing the flood values with different return periods between before and after land subsidence, the inundated area and capacity after land subsidence increases, which directly affects the safety of agricultural areas.

We develop an efficient parallel algorithm for answering shortest-path queries in planar graphs and implement it on a multi-node CPU-GPU clusters. the algorithm uses a divide-and-conquer approach for decomposing the input graph into small and roughly equal subgraphs and constructs a distributed data structure containing shortest distances within each of those subgraphs and between their boundary vertices. For a planar graph with n vertices, that data structure needs O(n) storage per processor and allows queries to be answered in O(n(1/4)) time.
