this paper considered questions of quality control of production at assembly manufacturing using an automated traceability and identification system. the main possibilities of these systems are: control of the movement of materials, components and products within the production;construction the technological route and control over the accuracy of its compliance;identification all operations with a binding to the operators. Also authors are carried out the review of problems that can be solved by these systems. As one of the methods of identification of materials, components and products, the technology of using RFID-tags are considered. the main characteristics of RFID tags have analyzed (frequency of work, design, power supply). Advantages and disadvantages of this technology are revealed. For example, advantages are high protection at hard operating conditions, rewritable tags and the disadvantages are limited using the tags at high temperatures, occurrence the effect of collision. Authors made conclusions that investigated RFID-tags can be used for assembly manufacturing.

Stroke is the second leading cause of death and a major cause of disability worldwide. Surviving a stroke will likely result in impairments that will need special care, with only 10%of stroke patients making a full recovery. the taxing amount required to assist in recovery and the scarcity of physiotherapists makes it hard and very expensive for stroke patients to seek treatment. this has caused a shift towards robotizing the process and using rehabilitation robotics for therapy and diagnosis of stroke patients, despite the high cost. this paper demonstrates a cheap diagnosing technique that uses common tools and an open-source machine learning algorithm. By using the built-in inertial measurement unit of smartphones and open-source gradient boosting, it was possible to diagnose a patient's score when performing 3 tasks of the Fugl-Meyer upper-extremity assessment. the accuracy of the model was evaluated using 5-fold cross-validation and yielded an accuracy of 95.56%.

the main working body of technological equipment of screw rotor technological systems are screw rotors which present spatial objects with an original geometrical shape of working body perimeter in which component parts and granules of the processing environment carry out simultaneously continuous rotation around the axis of working body and progressive motion, constantly moving along a horizontal axis of working body rotation. this article gives a classification of perimeter forms of working bodies, such as screw rotors, which let to expand technological possibilities of technological equipment and to provide the increase of effectiveness of the production process by means of increase of its amplitude-frequency characteristics. the peculiarity of working bodies in the form of screw rotors is the fact that internal cavity of a rotor has a wavy shape, formed by the sides of a semicircular form. the paper covers on a construction and the principle of operation of machine-tools on the basis of working bodies in the form of screw rotors with a shaped surface on perimeter. the suggested design solutions of processing equipment allow creating highly effective machine-tools for the finishing and strengthening processing.

Modern microarchitectures are some of the world's most complex man-made systems. As a consequence, it is increasingly difficult to predict, explain, let alone optimize the performance of software running on such microarchitectures. As a basis for performance predictions and optimizations, we would need faithful models of their behavior, which are, unfortunately, seldom available. In this paper, we present the design and implementation of a tool to construct faithful models of the latency, throughput, and port usage of x86 instructions. To this end, we first discuss common notions of instruction throughput and port usage, and introduce a more precise definition of latency that, in contrast to previous definitions, considers dependencies between different pairs of input and output operands. We then develop novel algorithms to infer the latency, throughput, and port usage based on automatically-generated microbenchmarks that are more accurate and precise than existing work. To facilitate the rapid construction of optimizing compilers and tools for performance prediction, the output of our tool is provided in a machine-readable format. We provide experimental results for processors of all generations of Intel's Core architecture, i.e., from Nehalem to Coffee Lake, and discuss various cases where the output of our tool differs considerably from prior work.

With the development of CNC machine tool technology, the proportion of errors caused by geometric errors, tool wear and servo control is gradually reduced. However, the error caused by machine tool thermal deformation is up to 40% -70%. therefore, reducing the thermal error of machine tools has become a key problem to further improve the machining accuracy. the coolant has significant effects on the machine tool thermal characteristics. this is because coolant absorbs cutting heat and then splashes on the key components such as bed, column and rotary table. In order to improve the thermal rigidity of the CNC forming grinding machine, the coolant spraying layout is optimized based on the weakness analyses of the machine tool thermal performance in this paper. the numerical calculation results show that the coolant spray layout is improved by the thermal structure symmetrical design. the machine tool temperature gradient in all directions is reduced after coolant spraying layout optimization. the thermal deformation of the key points is maximized reduced about 73.4 %.

Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the serious health problems in Malaysia, especially in a crowded area. this disease has become increasingly important as public health concerns with the development and progress that has been achieved in this country. Due to high number of cases reported each year, Malaysia should take precautionary actions to reduce the number of cases. Spatial analysis of TB cases can be performed using geospatial approach such as Geographical Information System (GIS). the aim of this study is to analyse the spatial distribution and identify spatial pattern of TB cases in Kuala Lumpur (KL), Malaysia. the high-risk area and spatial of the TB outbreak in KL were mapped using hot spot analysis. Spatial statistical methods were also used with Average Nearest Neighbor Distance and Spatial Autocorrelation (Moran I). the relationships between demographic distributions was analysed and the outbreak distribution pattern was also identified. the result shows that the main clustering area of tuberculosis cases in Kuala Lumpur is concentrated in Bandar Tun Razak. this main township is not only known as a crowded area, but it is also surrounded by a rapid physical urban development.

Security vetting of Android applications is one of the crucial aspects of the Android ecosystem. Regarding the state of the art tools for this goal, most of them doesn't consider analyzing native codes and only analyze the Java code. However, Android concedes its developers to implement a part or all of their applications using C or C++ code. thus, applying conservative manners for analyzing Android applications while ignoring native codes would lead to less precision in results. Few works have tried to analyze Android native codes, but only JN-SAF has applied taint analysis using static techniques such as symbolic execution. However, symbolic execution has some problems when is used in large programs. One of these problems is the exponential growth of program paths that would raise the path explosion issue. In this work, we have tried to alleviate this issue by introducing our new tool named CTAN. CTAN applies new symbolic execution methods to angr in a particular way that it can make JN-SAF more efficient and faster. We have introduced compositional taint analysis in CTAN by combining satisfiability modulo theories with symbolic execution. Our experiments show that CTAN is 26 percent faster than its previous work JN-SAF and it also leads to more precision by detecting more data-leakage in large Android native codes.

In this study, General Regression Neural Network(GRNN), Artificial Neural Network (ANN), Fully Connected Neural Network (FCNN), Support Vector Regression (SVR) and Linear Regression (LR) models have been implemented in order to predict the composition of soil with respect to the Standard Penetration Test (SPT), and soil depth. the primary focus has been on determining a significant correlation between the soil composition with SPT value and depth. Data sets have been used from ward 14, Mymensingh district of Bangladesh and from a construction project along India-Myanmar border. In this study, 8 types of soil, namely, fine sand, silty clay, clayey silt with fine sand, clayey silt, fine sand with silt, silty fine sand, sandy silt, and rubbish has been classified, and the probability of obtaining the soil type classification has been determined.

Memory leaks are a major threat in modern software systems. they occur if objects are unintentionally kept alive longer than necessary and are often indicated by continuously growing data structures. While there are various state-of-the-art memory monitoring tools, most of them share two critical shortcomings: (1) they have no knowledge about the monitored application's data structures and (2) they support no or only rudimentary analysis of the application's data structures over time. this paper encompasses novel techniques to tackle both of these drawbacks. It presents a domain-specific language (DSL) that allows users to describe arbitrary data structures, as well as an algorithm to detect instances of these data structures in reconstructed heaps. In addition, we propose techniques and metrics to analyze and measure the evolution of data structure instances over time. this allows us to identify those instances that are most likely involved in a memory leak. these concepts have been integrated into AntTracks, a trace-based memory monitoring tool. We present our approach to detect memory leaks in several real-world applications, showing its applicability and feasibility.

Nano-sized materials become irreplaceable component of a number of devices for every aspect of human life. the development of new materials and deepening of the current knowledge require a set of specialized techniques - deposition methods for preparation/modification of the materials and analytical tools for proper understanding of their properties. A thoroughly equipped research centers become the requirement for the advance and development not only in nano-sized field. the Center of Accelerators and Nuclear Analytical Methods (CANAM) in the Nuclear Physics Institute (NPI) comprises a unique set of techniques for the synthesis or modification of nanostructured materials and systems, and their characterization using ion beam, neutron beam and microscopy imaging techniques. the methods are used for investigation of a broad range of nano-sized materials and structures based on metal oxides, nitrides, carbides, carbon-based materials (polymers, fullerenes, graphenes, etc.) and nano-laminate composites (MAX phases). these materials can be prepared at NPI using ion beam sputtering, physical vapor deposition and molecular beam epitaxy. Based on the deposition method and parameters, the samples can be tuned to possess specific properties, e.g., composition, thickness (nm - mu m), surface roughness, optical and electrical properties, etc. Various nuclear analytical methods are applied for the sample characterization. RBS, RBS-channeling, PIXE, PIGE, micro-beam analyses and Transmission Spectroscopy are accomplished at the Tandetron 4130MC accelerator, and additionally the Neutron Depth Profiling (NDP) and Prompt Gamma Neutron Activation (PGNA) analyses are performed at an external neutron beam from the LVR-15 research reactor. the multimode AFM facility provides further surface related information, magnetic/electrical properties with nano-metric precision, nano-indentation, etc.
