this paper presents the design and development of a virtual multifunction meter, capable of reading ECG signals. this meter has two modules, a data acquisition and signal processing (DASP) module and an advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning-based advanced diagnostic (AD) module. For processing, a novel technique developed by combining the Pan-Tomkins Algorithm and Discrete Wavelet Transform has been applied for accurate and precise diagnosis. In addition to reading and processing ECG signals, the developed virtual meter has the capability of measuring the blood pressure of a patient. the unique feature of this meter is the Advanced Diagnostics Module, where the results obtained from the patients have been used to predict and diagnose the health of the heart and identify advanced forms of arrhythmia using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. the developed virtual instrument could be directly connected to a computer or run headless, which could read, process and diagnose the collected data and log the data onto a remote server. LabView, a graphical user interface-based (GUI) software is preferred, as programs could be run on FGPA-based headless control system called myRIO, which is faster and cheaper than traditional PC-based virtual Instruments.

this paper presents the design and implementation of an automatic crop irrigation system based on a NodeMcu ESP8266 microcontroller integrated withthe Blynk platform. the system is designed to water plants efficiently and maintain plant health by providing a controlled and consistent amount of water. the NodeMcu ESP8266 serves as the main controller, and the Blynk platform provides an easy-to-use remote monitoring and control interface. the system features sensors for soil moisture level monitoring and a flexible watering schedule based on the monitored soil moisture conditions at all times. In addition, we detected the soil moisture to determine whether the visible plants needed water or not. Our test results show that the system is highly effective and efficient. this paper highlights the potential use of NodeMcu ESP8266-based systems integrated with Blynk for automated crop irrigation and successfully making automation with 3 activity which turn on pump based on the sensor, turn on based on command button and sending data to Blynk and has increased. the soil water content ranged from 4% to 80% throughout the experiment demonstrating good humidity level.

Making use of blockchain in complex projects in ways which scale and keep costs down can lead to very complex architectural patterns. the problem with such patterns is that it is very easy to set up a system that only seems decentralized but, in fact, operates under a degraded trust model or is even centralized in practice. Withthe rapid expansion of social media platforms, the prevalence of fraudulent activities has become a growing concern. this research investigates the factors influencing individuals' intentions to report social media fraud, drawing on the framework of security as behavior. through a mixed-methods approach combining quantitative survey data and qualitative focus group to co-designthe solution, we examine the interplay between perceived security threats, and social influences on reporting intentions. To enhance individuals' reporting behavior, this research explores the motivations and barriers that currently influence the reporting behavior of social media fraud experienced by individuals in boththe Arab Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and the United Kingdom (UK). the aim is to design an intervention that motivates individuals to report social media fraud to the authorities, enabling them to take action and provide the needed support.
