Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) is announced as pandemic by World Health Organization (WHO) since 11th March 2020. Riau Province has many herbal plants e.g. Cheilocostus specious, Euphorbia hirta l, Cassia torra, Bryophyllum pinnatum, Daniella ensifollia, and Ziziphus mauritiana that can cure many diseases and there is not report yet focusing on in-silico method using SARS-CoV-2 protease (PDB ID:6LU7). this study aims to reveal the potential of compounds contained in Riau Herbal Plants as anti SARS-CoV-2 through its binding to protein receptors. the study was conducted by molecular docking using Autodock Vina 1.5.6 and drug ability studies using Swiss ADME. the docking results of six active compounds including diosgenin, tannin, triterpenoid, chrysophanol, flavone and phytosterol were -8,3;-7,5;-7,5;-7,2;-6,9;-6,9 respectively against the affinity result for natural ligand of COVID-19 (-6,1). this result indicates the stronger bond between ACE2 and inhibitors because the affinity value of active compounds are higher than natural ligand of COVID-19. the SwissADME results show that triterpenoid and tannin violate some Lipinski Rules that make their drug-likeness is low. In general, all the active compounds were potential as candidates of SARS-CoV-2 antiviral but the most potential one is diosgenin in Cheilocostus specious. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Additive homomorphic encryption is one of the key technologies for ensure data privacy in federated learning. To accelerate these algorithms, several studies have deployed homomorphic encryption algorithms on parallel platforms, such as FPGAs. Although many works have demonstrated good acceleration effects, an efficient and generalizable implementation architecture remains lacking. In this paper, we propose an efficient FPGA implementation architecture compatible with various partially homomorphic encryption algorithms. First, an efficient modular multiplier which supports dynamic modulus length is designed. We introduce the redundant number system and design an iteration cycle control module to reduce computing cost and to fit the modulus with different length, respectively. Secondly, a high-performance FPGA implementation architecture compatible with multiple additive homomorphic encryption algorithms is proposed. Based on the processes of algorithms, we propose a customized multifunctional multiplier and a top-level control module to realize a full reuse without any performance loss. According to implementation results on Kintex UltraScale XCKU060, the encrypt speed of Paillier and OU achieves 473.79 OP/s and 88.96 OP/s under 128-bit security, respectively. Compared with existing similar works, our architecture achieves 8.4 × speedup, demonstrating its performance and functional advantages.

Real-world optimization problems often come with additional user knowledge that, when accommodated within an algorithm, may produce a faster convergence to acceptable solutions. Modern population-based optimization algorithms, aided by recent advances in AI and machine learning, can also learn and utilize patterns of variables from past iterations to improve convergence in subsequent iterations – an approach termed innovization. In this paper, we discuss ways to combine user-supplied heuristics and machine-learnable patterns and rule sets in developing efficient multi-objective optimization algorithms. Two practical large-scale design problems are chosen to demonstrate the usefulness of integrating human-machine information within a multi-objective optimization in finding similar quality solutions as that obtained by the original algorithm with less computational time. © 2021, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

the Web of things (IoT), which aids in the creation opportunities to meet various business requirements, support in improving company activities, create and interact with the customers for effective delivery of goods and services, has seen overall expansion and development fueled by the dynamic business environment. the utilization of IoT and similar solutions has expanded, raising concerns about security vulnerabilities and the crucial actions that management must take to safeguard data and improve operational efficiency. the study focuses more on analyzing the key elements of IoT technologies that an organization may utilize to protect itself from security threats and take the necessary countermeasures to achieve sustainable growth. Each kind of network intrusion is thought to be linked around one or more different architectural levels; as a result, suitable authenticity, confidentially, and validation need to be established for greater protection. SPSS is utilized in the study's qualitative research design to analyses the data and offer insight based on the findings.

In this paper, a trajectory design algorithm via convex optimization has been proposed for the 6-DoF asteroid powered landing problem. the main contribution is that the algorithm combines the time-optimal and the fuel-optimal trajectory optimization to give a fuel-optimal trajectory in the optimal flight time. First, two constrained nonconvex optimal control problems of the time-optimal and the fuel-optimal are proposed, then the original nonconvex continuous-time infinite dimensional problems are turned to convex discrete-time finite dimensional optimization problems through linearization and discretization of the nonlinear dynamics and the nonconvex state, control constraints. By developing the successive convexification, the final trajectory is achieved by solving a sequence of convex fuel-optimal sub-problems using the optimal flight time and the time-optimal trajectory given by solving the time-optimal optimization problem in successive manner. the validity of proposed algorithm of generating the fuel-optimal trajectory in the optimal flight time is verified through numerical simulations for landing on an irregular asteroid. © 2021, ICST Institute for computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering.

In the following study a single-phase isolated improved trans-ZS AC-AC converter is analyzed, designed and simulated. this converter is from Z-source family and contains their specific advantages such as inclusive variety of buck-boost output voltage in in-phase or out-of-phase manner. Also, a high frequency transformer (HFT) is utilized in its structure in order to electrical insulation. therefore, in some applications, for example dynamic voltage restorers (DVRs), there are no need for bulky and lossy grid-coupling transformers. Furthermore, a safe commutation method has been utilized which eliminates the voltage spikes upon power switches. One of the distinct tasks of this paper is to bring all three-winding transformer's conversion ratios into computation as well as extracting all the governing relations of the structure in in-phase and out-of-phase operational states. Finally, the simulation using power systems computer-aided design (PSCAD) software is conducted to confirm the analysis.

Purpose: To compare the level of knowledge retention between two different instructional strategies (one combined face-to-face and serious game and the other a combined face-to-face and video) on undergraduate medical students. Methods: the comparison was achieve by conducting a randomized controlled trial. this trial involved 42 undergraduate medical students. First they participated in a conventional class of 45 minutes about “the recommendation for the transportation of the critically ill patients”, followed by a pre-test. Students were assigned at random to the control, video, and game groups, where they either watched instructive videos or played a serious game. After four weeks of exposure, a retention-test, containing the same questions of the pre-test, was administer to the video and game groups. the students also performed a survey eliciting students' perceptions, expectations and satisfaction regarding serious games. Knowledge test scores were analysed by the Wilcoxon signed-ranks test and Kruskal-Wallis test. the survey was descriptively analyzed. Results: the retention-test results showed that both instructional strategies (game and video) have achieved a slightly higher level of knowledge retention than the control group and in particular in the group that watched the video. Nevertheless, doing a between group analysis, no statistically significant difference ( $p=0.5$ ) was observed for groups when comparing results obtained in the two points of assessment and teaching method. However, within-group comparison showed that there is a statistical significance when comparing the difference between pre/retention-test results for the instructional strategies (game and video, with $p=0.001$ and $p=0.002$ , respectively), while this was not verified for the conventional class ( $p > 0.06$ ). Aiming at the problem of inaccurate core parameter measurement due to the inability of conventional sidewall coring tool to measure cores in real time, a new type of sidewall coring tool with in-situ measurement function was designed. the whole structure of the coring tool was introduced which consists of a drilling system and a switching system. Because the coring tool is powered by hydraulic system, the hydraulic control system was designed. the hydraulic system includes a coring module, a switching module, a pushing module, and an in-situ measurement module. the static and dynamic characteristics of the drilling control valve were analyzed. the hydraulic system of the switching module has been improved by adding a safety valve, a two-way throttle valve, and a superimposed relief valve to stabilize the inlet pressure of the switching hydraulic cylinder and avoid oscillation. A simulation model of the hydraulic system is established based on software AMESim. Simulation results show that the drilling hydraulic cylinder moves 29 mm in 0–10 s and 150 mm in 10–20 s. the input pressure of the hydraulic cylinder of the switching circuit is stable at 1.68 MPa, and the flow rate is 10.48 L/min. there is no pressure fluctuation and the piston rod moves smoothly. So the rationality and reliability of the hydraulic system design are verified. the innovation of this article lies in the design of the structure and hydraulic control system of a new type of sidewall coring tool. through designing the structure of the drilling control valve and improving the hydraulic circuit of switching module, the sidewall coring tool can work reliably and smoothly. this research is of great significance to the application of the sidewall coring tool in the oil well. © 2022, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Chest X-ray interpretation is very crucial to detect cardiothoracic and pulmonary abnormalities. this time-consuming and tedious task should be error-free, fast, and reliable otherwise a single mistake may cause serious harm to patients. Recently, deep learning achieves radiologist-level performance in chest X-ray interpretation. A CAD (computer-aided detection system) can help radiologists to review chest X-rays fast and accurately. In our research, we trained and evaluated various deep convolutional neural networks (CNN) architectures to detect potential lung opacity from chest X-rays. We observed how strongly architectures could differentiate lung opacity from normal and other abnormal chest X-rays. In these circumstances, A CNN based model (Xception) achieved 91.0% AUC along with 83.95% accuracy. Moreover, we also observed models achieved a better performance on lung opacity vs normal chest X-ray classification (excluding abnormal class) where Xception achieved 99.1% AUC, 97.19% sensitivity, and 95.71%accuracy. therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the classification ability of deep CNN architectures which helps to develop an automatic lung opacity detection system.

the integration of data from various disciplines, including requirements and regulations, is essential in the co-design of buildings. Constraints that arise during design, fabrication, or construction are mainly considered in the later stages of the design process. this often leads to costly revisions during fabrication or construction. While there are some works proposing Semantic Web approaches or ad-hoc methods to identify constraint violations in the early stages of design, they mainly rely on data derived from monolithic data schemas. this paper presents a Semantic Web approach that validates and checks building data derived from federated data schemas. the proposed approach is exemplified through the design process of a segmented timber shell, a complex structure requiring negotiations across architectural, engineering, and fabrication parameters. the Building Habitat object Models (BHoM) framework is used to represent federated building data, and the approach enables a seamless movement between the graph environment and object models to support the design process. Additionally, the study discusses various technologies that aid in knowledge inference or data validation. the results of this study suggest that the use of Semantic Web technologies in conjunction with federated data schemas has significant potential to enhance co-design processes in the building industry. While further research is needed to assess its effectiveness in other scenarios, our application of this approach in checking and validating building data for a complex segmented timber shell structure demonstrates its promise as a means to streamline the design process. © 2023, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
