Generating floor plan designs is a challenging task that requires from an architect both engineering knowledge and creativity. Various computer-aideddesign tools are used to improve the efficiency of the design process, the most promising of which are intelligent computational models. In this paper a human-computer interaction based framework for multi-storey houses floor plan design is proposed, where the generation of possible solutions is driven by the evolutionary search directed by the user-defined criteria. the constraints and requirements specified by the user provide the basis for the definition of the requirement-weighted fitness function and can be modified during the evolution process. In the first stage of evolution the layouts for one floor are generated. Floor plans for other floors are generated in the next stage, which allows for introducing additional constraints regarding the position of structural elements (such as load-bearing walls or stairs) that cannot be mutated, and thus adjust these plans to the ones generated earlier. the genotypes of individuals are represented by the vectors of numerical values of points representing endpoints of room walls. this structure allows for representing any rectilinear rooms. A case study of the floor plan design for a two-storey house is presented.

Recently, numerous authoring tools for Augmented Reality (AR) have been proposed, in both industry and academia, withthe aim to enable non-expert users, without programming skills, to scaffold educational AR activities. this is a promising authoring approach that can democratize AR for learning. However, there is no systematic analysis of these emerging tools regarding what AR features and modalities they offer (RQ1). Furthermore, little is known as to how these emerging tools support teachers' needs (RQ2). Following a two-fold approach, we first analyzed a corpus of 21 authoring tools from industry and academia and formulated a comprehensive design space with four dimensions: (1) authoring workflow, (2) AR modality, (3) AR use, and (4) content and user management. We then analyzed two workshops with 19 teachers to understand their needs for AR activities and how existing tools support them. Ultimately, we discuss how our work can support researchers and designers of educational AR authoring tools.

the article is devoted to the development of a digital measuring and computing complex for stabilometric studies based on the ATmega328 microcontroller on the Arduino Uno R3 board. the block diagram of the developed device is given. the analysis of the electronic components of the device and the main design, technological, technical, and operational characteristics of the stabilometric platform is carried out. A physical model and an algorithm for calculating the main stabilometric indicators are presented. Trial measurements and calculations have shown that the designed installation fully meets the technical requirements for devices for stabilometry. the device allows you to register and calculate the spatial and time characteristics of the movement of patients.
