the world is changed extremely over the last decade by the power of technology. Consequently, human lives are undergoing multiple changes that have both positive and negative effects on human health. A lot of virtual involvements, lack of physical activity and extreme use of radio-wave devices are leading people into various health-related issues and Insomnia is one of them. the disorder is also known as sleeplessness. this can occur independently or can occur as a result of another problem. this may turn into permanent disease and chronic(long-time) insomnia can seriously damage a human brain. However, the presence of insomnia can be detected by different medical tests according to various internal factors of sleep. But this kind of approach is not only expensive but also time-consuming. Expensive tests and equipment are also not available in many developing countries. To bridge this gap we have decided to build an intelligent model based on a machine learning approach that is able to predict chronic insomnia. For acquiring best results 7 different machine learning classifiers were used where our Logistic regression model outperformed all of them. With an accuracy of 98%, our model can easily classify insomniac and normal people. © 2020 IEEE.

Question answering is a set of tools for obtaining detailed answers from user questions. At present, it is gaining very popularity day by day in the area of NLP research. there is a lot of work done in English. Still, become the seventh spoken language has not notable development at all. In Bengali very little work we've seen so far. Many types of problems can be solved by answering questions. Automatic question answering system is very much needed to solve various problems through QA. It is a very challenging task to create this type of system. In our paper we developed an automatic context based QuestionAnswering system using sequence to sequence architecture. An encoder layer will be used with a bi-directional LSTM and a decoder layer followed by an attention mechanism. the main challenge of this work is - data collection, finding the right vocabulary for word mapping and lots more. the main function of our model is to answer the questions. We have been able to successfully answer the question and reduce our training loss to 0.003. © 2020 IEEE.

Software-Defined networking (SDN) separates network data plane and control plane, thus facilitates the introduction of control approaches in centralised and distributed modes. In this context, data plane should be remotely accessible for software-based control. In addition, physically-distributed control plane architectures should maintain secure communications between the SDN control plane elements. Securing distributed SDN is one of the applications that can take benefit from the use of Blockchain technology. In this paper, we achieve the security between the SDN controllers using Blockchain based smart contracts. We propose the use of smart contracts that embedded the SDN rules. We show different scenarios invoking smart contracts that are developed to secure the distributed SDN and to avoid unauthorised access and DoS attacks.

Insomnia (a sleeping disorder) can also be defined as sleeplessness that means facing trouble in falling or staying asleep. In this 20th century, this disorder is very common among the olds and also teenagers. this disorder can harm vastly in our physical and mental health. So this is a serious fact in medical science. But these patients are rarely been hospitalized. Doctors usually predict this disorder considering the symptoms of patients. they use a questionnaire for it. Sleeping status, mental and physical conditions of patients both include in it. From the early days, it was a challenge for researchers to collect the data of these patients and analyze it. And the collection of these kinds of data is also a very difficult task to do. As this disorder expresses the mental and physical condition of a patient, one feels very uncomfortable to share their personal information with others. So there is no standard dataset available related to Insomnia. We have decided to collect the data of insomniac people for further research in the medical field. And an intelligent method is developed for the collection of data. Our dataset is preserved in such a way that machine learning algorithms can classify them in categories. therefore the main objective of this study is to clarify the symptoms of this disorder and make a large dataset of it so that researchers can easily analyze the data and can make the appropriate output from their researches. © 2020 IEEE.

Computer vision learning pay a high attention due to global pandemic COVID-19 to enhance public health service. During the fatality, tiny object detection is a more challenging task of computer vision, as it recruits the pair of classification and detection beneath of video illustration. Compared to other object detection deep neural networks demonstrated a helpful object detection with a superior achievement that is Face mask detection. However, accession with YOLOv3 covered by an exclusive topic which through certainly happening natural disease people get advantage. Added with face mask detection performed well by the YOLOv3 where it measures real time performance regarding a powerful GPU. whereas computation power with low memory YOLO darknet command sufficient for real time manner. Regarding the paper section below we have attained that people who wear face masks or not, its trained by the face mask image and non face mask image. Under the experimental conditions, real time video data that finalized over detection, localization and recognition. Experimental results that show average loss is 0.0730 after training 4000 epochs. After training 4000 epochs mAP score is 0.96. this unique approach of face mask visualization system attained noticeable output which has 96% classification and detection accuracy. © 2020 IEEE.

Sentiment Analysis is a technique related to text analysis and natural language processing used to detect various types of insights or information from a portion of text. Over the past few years, researchers have done many works regarding this. In Bangladesh, many online services like-e-com become very popular day by day. One of them is online food delivery services. We can order various foods of our choice from online and sometimes people gives reviews based on that food. those reviews are usually discarded as unstructured data which of them have no work in further. In this piece of research focus primarily on those unstructured data to analyze them in a correct manner to find insight into customers' behavior and their reactions on those online platforms. To do this experiment first we collect data from websites. Later deep learning-based techniques applied here. For baseline structure, we have used both CNN and LSTM models. then for improving the model accuracy an attention mechanism applied followed by CNN which gives us 98.45% accuracy. We've also evaluated our model performances with some evaluation metrics also. From them, CNN based attention model gives a higher f1-score of 0.93. © 2020 IEEE.

Privacy protection issues for RDFs (resource description framework) have emerged with the using to public government open data, healthcare data for individuals. As that data may include personal information, it must go through a de-identification pro-cess that deletes or replaces part of the original data. To enable these protections, a method have been developed to apply k-anonymization for RDF data. However, sensitive RDF information anonymized using k-anonymization is not entirely secure and is vulnerable to attacks. In this paper, we use an l-diversity Anatomy de-identification method that can overcome the limitations of k-anonymity and guarantee stronger privacy protection than k-anonymization. Since this process for anonymization of data requires a lot of computational time, we use Spark distribution computing to provide rapid de-identification to enhance its utility. © 2021, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Machines can be trained by human beings by feeding them massive amount of data, like examples and instructions. they have to learn without human interventions. the Internet of things (IoT) is still in its outset and is in the developing front. IoT consisting of devices/machines with diverse sensors associated together in wireless networks, needs great amount of security for avoiding unauthorized access to the network as it collects and transmit data packets. With industrial fields showing much interest in the forefront, intrusion threats can make it vulnerable. In this paper, we are addressing several positive measures regarding the use of machine learning (ML) modalities like supervised learning (SL), unsupervised learning (UL), semi- supervised learning (SSL), reinforcement learning (RL), support vector machines (SVM) which are used for training IoT devices. this paper also addresses a brief survey of the scenarios where machine learning algorithms have been applied in various IoT devices and networks such as signal authentication, security, network flow, information retrieval, traffic management, spectrum sensing. It also indicates the necessity of surveying the scattered works on machine and deep learning applications for various aspects like security, congestion control over wireless computer networks, embedded sensor systems for IoT applications. Several limitations of existing researches and a number of open research issues which fellow researchers may find useful in the future have also been discussed. © 2020 IEEE.

this paper represents an assistive robotic technology to assist elderly people who are unable to move frequently and walk properly and also forget to take medicine. the goal is to implement a prototype and test its capability for helping the elder people to make their life easy and live better. the working prototype has been designed for four features. First, it has a heartbeat sensor where doctors or nurses will easily measure the patient's heartbeat rate. the second one is a common box that will open by touch using an obstacle detector which is known as the sonar sensor. third, an individual patient has an individual box that will open only by punch RFID. And lastly, the moving part of this robot where wheels are used including motors and sensors. this sensor flows the line and reaches the patient in proper time. this proposed robot is a design based on Arduino Uno and Arduino Nano. the proposed human assistive robot provides 96% to 99% accuracy to determine heart rate compared to ECG heart rate for smokers and nonsmoker persons in two different seasons-winter and summer. the prototype is developed to help the elderly people to make their life easy and reduce the nurse's work and make the digital hospital. © 2020 IEEE.

With the rapid increase of population, nonrenewable energy loss has become one of the prior concerns worldwide in recent years. Researchers are working on the proper utilization of renewable energy to save the rest of the non-renewable energy sources for future generations. One of the purposes of this research is to develop an intelligent automation system that can decide luminous control operation based on light intensity. Here, LDR sensor is installed in such a way that it can be able to identify Night and Day mode using a certain intensity value, and as well as IR sensors take over the control of street light. the solar cell will be used for power supply here and DC current will work as a secondary backup. the article also involves automatic monitoring of traffic controls through a video system. the camera incorporates automatic text retrieval from video data utilizing lip reading by decoding facial expression utilizing deep learning methods. the proposed solution includes a test data collection, an interpretation of the picture frame, and a text production of the specified words. the test data collection will be structured in the proposed methodology by integrating all potential facial expressions of different words. © 2020 IEEE.
