Weather forecasting has several effects in our everyday life from farming to event planning. In the northwestern part of Bangladesh, various natural calamities cause the tragic death of many people and economic loss which impacts the total economic growth in Bangladesh. However, the nonlinear relationship between the input parameters and output data in the weather forecasting system makes it more complex. this study investigates the machine learning-based weather forecasting model for the north-western part of Bangladesh to enhance the accuracy of forecasting results in short periods. Artificial neural networks and extreme learning machine algorithms were used for a strong weather prediction purpose. In this experiment, thirty years of historical weather data of temperature, rain, wind, and humidity from seven weather stations in the northwestern part were collected from the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD). the Extreme Machine Learning (ELM) model performs better than Artificial Neural Network and the accuracy rate is 95%.

Question answering is a set of tools for obtaining detailed answers from user questions. At present, it is gaining very popularity day by day in the area of NLP research. there is a lot of work done in English. Still, become the seventh spoken language has not notable development at all. In Bengali very little work we've seen so far. Many types of problems can be solved by answering questions. Automatic question answering system is very much needed to solve various problems through Q&A. It is a very challenging task to create this type of system. In our paper we developed an automatic context based Question&Answering system using sequence to sequence architecture. An encoder layer will be used with a bi-directional LSTM and a decoder layer followed by an attention mechanism. the main challenge of this work is - data collection, finding the right vocabulary for word mapping and lots more. the main function of our model is to answer the questions. We have been able to successfully answer the question and reduce our training loss to 0.003.

Internet of things is the most updating technology in recent years. Now anyone can easily monitor, measure, control, find updated information and data like how much product produce in per hour, per day, per week of any industry through IOT. And also can observe continuous update of running condition in sited anywhere. the paper proposes piece together with monitoring, controlling, measuring, product counting and finding updated information of any automatic industry using IoT. this embedded system designed by Raspberry pi, cloud server to be more exact. Here Raspberry pi operates the whole system, analyzes performance and machine observation, makes it unique than other systems. It provides not only controls but also self-analyzed data result by which productivity and efficiency can be increased. Here the cloud server works as a connector between industry and control device where all information are stored through Raspberry pi. the cloud server is created by CAYENCE software. To implement the whole system successfully, it uses Linux operating system and Python. HTML programming language is used in the system for coding purpose.

In research fields, emotion analysis and opinion mining using data from different platforms are up burning field. In this paper, we tried to represent sentiment of twitter data on core text. But tweets can only be in 140 characters, with lots of noise. Tweets contain few words which is in short forms, ambiguous and noisy, so it is hard to figure out the user's sentiments. So, it becomes very difficult to have the right opinion with these noise and short forms of words. the main job is to preprocess the data and then extract the features from there. But preprocessing demands, different theories, methods, steps which always varies. Our goal is to improve the outcomes using Naive Bayes classifier and an almost a good trained data set. Finally, we have our average accuracy for happy class 60%, surprise class 61%, relief class it is 71% and worry class has the highest 81%, by using unigram model for preprocessing. On the other hand, using unigram with POS tag model we have average accuracy of 63% same for happy and surprise class, 72% for relief and 83% for worry class.

the mobile application market is growing very fast. More and more applications require intensive computations. However, computation power of mobile devices is limited and does not catch up with the growth of computation demand of applications. Computation offloading is a promising approach for reducing the computation load and reducing execution time and energy consumption. In this work, we investigate a wireless distributed computing scenario where a mobile device exploits the computation resources of the nearby devices to reduce execution time. the main goal is to study the gain of computation offloading among heterogeneous devices. We formulate the problem of optimal offloading as a joint resource allocation problem consisting of power allocation and task splitting. the resulting problem is non-linear and non-convex. By exploiting the unique characteristics of the problem, we can transform it into a convex problem. the optimal solution of the original problem can then be determined by performing a bisection search over one parameter. Using numerical simulation, we can show that by offloading computation load to nearby devices, the execution time is reduced substantially. Moreover, the gain of offloading in comparison with computing locally increases with the ratio of the computation load to the size of input data of the task as well as with increasing number of nearby devices. © VDE Verlag GMBH. Authentication is a challenging and emerging issue for Fog-IoT security paradigms. the fog nodes toward large-scale end-users offer various interacted IoT services. the authentication process usually involves expressing users' personal information such as username, email, and password to the Authentication Server (AS). However, users are not intended to express their identities or information over the fog or cloud servers. Hence, we have proposed an Anonymous User Authentication Scheme for Fog-IoT (AUASF) to keep the anonymity existence of the IoT users and detect the intruders. To provide anonymity, the user can send encrypted credentials such as username, email, and mobile number through the Cloud Service Provider (CSP) for registration. IoT user receives the response with a default password and a secret Id from the CSP. After that, the IoT user submits the default password for first-time access to Fog Service Provider (FSP). the FSP assigns a One Time Password (OTP) to each user for further access. the developed scheme is equipped with hash functions, symmetric encryptions, and decryptions for security perceptions across fog that serves better than the existing anonymity schemes.

More and more researchers are working on improving the sensor nodes' energy efficiency owing to rise in the number of Wireless Sensor Networks' applications in various fields like military, space, healthcare, climate and agriculture. Sensor nodes are deployed in harsh and unapproachable environments with uncertain external conditions. Due to these reasons, it is even more important to improve the energy efficiency and thereby, network lifetime of sensors. In these unpredictable conditions, Fuzzy Logic systems work very well in handling uncertainties in an efficient manner. An attempt is made to implement a joint optimal clustering and routing solution using Type-2 Fuzzy Logic as well as Bacterial Foraging Optimization. In our proposed work, we try to design and implement an efficient cluster head selection algorithm using Type-2 Fuzzy Logic system and then use BFO routing algorithm to find optimal path for sending aggregated data to the BS. Our proposed approach will address the issues related hot-spot problem in the network by reducing the over heads in the formation of cluster, and helps in reducing the consumption of energy thereby prolonging the Network Life Time. We compared the implemented solution with LEACH protocol and achieved better network life time, increased residual energy and lower packet delivery loss.

In order to perform the operation by the mobile robot, the autonomous and computer-controlled system provide the best solution for different applications. To cater to such needs, the web-based application and mobile app provide the vital role in operating robots and bring a new way of performing robotic tasks autonomously. the web-based application controlled robots can be used in different fields such as industrial, mining, medical, military operations, agriculture, and so on. In this paper, a web application for a mobile robot is designed to understand every aspect of the robot's functionality and all the necessary controls and visuals of sensor and actuator data by the user. A user interface and web application are being developed for determining obstacles along the pathway of the robot that can control internet-of-thing (IOT) enabled web applications and to stop and movement of the robotic vehicle. Web application based processed commands are to be transmitted to the control unit of the robot through wi-fi and this robot can be controlled through web application via mobile phone. the visualization of air quantity in the environment is also done using the IOT cloud that also facilitates storing data for analysis in the future.

Philips Health Care systems currently use Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) which perform complex data analytics on data. the programming language used earlier was java which increases the processing time when used to manage the data base in PRS (Philips Remote Services). As PRS came into existence for proactive monitoring of diagnostic devices and provide services immediately. A simple NoSQL dynamo API (Application Program Interface) created to offload the administrative burden of operating and scaling. Hence Generic Data Store service is implemented as a microservice and exposed to consumers via POSTMAN as an end point of Representational State Transfer (REST). the PRS Generic Data Store Service is a RESTful web service that is exposed to consumers who can use it as their personalized data store to store / recover / modify / remove usage cases that may require lightweight data persistence in remote applications. the Health Care Services, Hospitals etc. may use this microservice to conduct CRUD operations on patient details and diagnostic instruments such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), X-ray and Computerized Tomography (CT scan). Storing such data in. json or other file extensions and share such data to Hospitals whenever required and also the log files can be transferred to enterprise using various Transport protocols.

Social media has converged into our everyday life in such a way that from lifestyle to our behaviors, we follow the social media immensely. the influence of social media is easily observable whenever any `TREND' occurs in social media platforms and we stumble over the internet to follow that. Detecting trends can help to get notified about not only the ongoing topics around the internet as well as it gives us the chance to understand people's choices, emotions and so on. this study of trend analysis becomes more specific and invaluable when it is targeted for a specific genre or community. As such- Gaming, Movies and Tv series viewers, etc. there are very few assets in twitter for those specific genres which could assist its audiences or consumers to keep track of the trend list of that particular genre. Our chosen genre was Gaming. the primary purpose of our research is to analyze and predict the ongoing trends around Twitter of this specific community using Twitter Hashtags, which is a short yet quite stronger mode of expressing one's mood or the gist of any topic. Our contribution to the research reflects in applying the LSTM model of Recurrent Neural Network model in a time series dataset which is more convoluted and less explored area of research than the existing methods of analyzing regular time series models.
