Running a sheer virtualized data center with the help of Virtual Machines (VM) is the de facto-standard in modern data centers. Live migration offers immense flexibility opportunities as it endows the system administrators with tools to seamlessly move VMs across physical machines. Several studies have shown that the resource utilization within a data center is not homogeneous across the physical servers. Load imbalance situations are observed where a significant portion of servers are either in overloaded or underloaded states. Apart from leading to inefficient usage of energy by underloaded servers, this might lead to serious QoS degradation issues in the overloaded servers. In this paper, we propose a lightweight decentralized solution for homogenizing the load across different machines in a data center. In search of better solutions, we have looked outside the field of computer science for inspiration. Inspired by Nobel Peace Prize winners Alvin Roth and Lloyd Shapley's work on Stable Matching [4], we borrow the concept of stable marriage matching problems where we pair pairs of underloaded servers and overloaded servers based on some notion of preferences for the purpose of homogenizing their load through exchange of VMs. Furthermore, our solution is distributed by accommodating this aspect in the original Stable Matching algorithm. We provide some real-life experimental results that demonstrate the efficiency of our approach.

the echo chamber, a condition where people are only surrounded by similar opinions, in the social networking system (SNS) has become a topic of interest as of recently. there has been much research on the topic, but there are conflicting accounts on how prevalent they are. Some evidence shows that echo chambers are ubiquitous on the internet based on the prevalence of selective information sharing among SNS users. Other researchers argue that only a small segment of the population see themselves to be in an echo chamber based on survey results. We develop a model to explore the conditions that could connect the two counter-intuitive observations of the echo chamber. We use the reinterpretation of the Zaller model of public opinion using an agent-based model (ABM) framework to take into account how people convert political information into public opinion. We find that the two observations can coexist under the condition that the society has a balanced proportion of people's political predisposition among others. the findings also suggest that well-balanced media could play a role in moderating the echo chamber in society.

In the conventional exchange rate forecasting methods, it was rare to consider both market internal factors and market external factors. As a result, some important factors that cause price movements cannot be fully grasped, and problems will occur. therefore, in this paper, we consider an analytical method for the purpose of developing a financial market forecasting method that considers not only market internal factors but also market external factors.

Agriculture is the foundation factor of many developing countries' economy. Now we are in the era of industrial revolution and especially the developing countries are shifted their vision completely to this revolution. But, they are not thinking about smart cultivation and more production from this ancient key factor of economic growth. Still farmers are following the ancient techniques for cultivation without thinking different dimensions or key factors for better production. Farmers should understand the present context for cultivating any crops to get proper profit against any specific cultivation. And to do this study they have to analysis statistical data of production report over a long period considering climate, region, availability of pesticides, period specific demand and so many dimensions. So we have to employ the context-aware computing to estimate the reasonable balanced production of any crops. In many countries like; Bangladesh in every cultivation season many farmers are not getting proper price of their crops due to over production. Sometimes farmers fail to return their invested money for their cultivation where their time and physical effort is completely a loss. To address this vital issue our research work will do proper context-aware analysis. this paper's agricultural context-aware computing for balanced production deals with extract-transform-loading (ETL), data warehousing (DWH), dimension (period, weather, pesticides etc.) specific data visualization, and supervised learning process to estimate future production.

Enforcing security and resilience in a cloud platform is an essential but challenging problem due to the presence of a large number of heterogeneous applications running on shared resources. A security analysis system that can detect threats or malware must exist inside the cloud infrastructure. Much research has been done on machine learning-driven malware analysis, but it is limited in computational complexity and detection accuracy. To overcome these drawbacks, we proposed a new malware detection system based on the concept of clustering and trend micro locality sensitive hashing (TLSH). We used Cuckoo sandbox, which provides dynamic analysis reports of files by executing them in an isolated environment. We used a novel feature extraction algorithm to extract essential features from the malware reports obtained from the Cuckoo sandbox. Further, the most important features are selected using principal component analysis (PCA), random forest, and Chi-square feature selection methods. Subsequently, the experimental results are obtained for clustering and non-clustering approaches on three classifiers, including Decision Tree, Random Forest, and Logistic Regression. the model performance shows better classification accuracy and false positive rate (FPR) as compared to the state-of-the-art works and non-clustering approach at significantly lesser computation cost.

MANETs and their secure routing are important for different essential applications namely in disaster management, IoT (Internet of things) designs, commercial areas, military communications/operations etc. this paper provides a secure hybrid routing protocol that uses proactive and reactive techniques for establishment of routes, where MANET topology and MST (minimum spanning tree) are proactively developed and the routes for data transmission are established reactively using MST obtained in proactive phase. For security, our protocol requires digital certificates for authenticity of MANET nodes, where it is assumed that each node prior to joining MANET must collect digital certificate from a certificate authority (CA) (by some out of bound mechanisms). In addition, a security association (SA) between a source-destination pair is established along with the reactive route setup for sending data in MANET confidentially, where SA means to negotiate an authentic secret key between them. For this, either a secure 2-party Diffie-Hellman key exchange protocol or Shamir's (2, 2) threshold secret sharing scheme may be used. the proposed hybrid routing protocol, due to use of existing digital certificate and other cryptographic techniques, is secure and efficient. On performance analysis, it is found that most of the operations used have similar cost as in other existing methods, however the processing overheads for the formations of MANET topology and MST convert into a more reliable MANET and support for steadfast data communication.

As education is the only way to turn a person into human resource, every country tries to give her citizens proper scope of bringing out their inner ability by offering the appropriate education. According to the education system of Bangladesh, an 8 th grade completing student has to choose a group (science, Business Studies, humanity) for further studies. this group will be his/her initial highway for higher education. But it is a matter of sorrow that, in Bangladesh this crucial event is done by some rumors and some traditional old school ways, which are mostly wrong and destructive. From the perspective of this country, the only way of choosing those groups is previous result. Of course, result is one of the most important attribute, but it should not be the only thing. Again in this country, Science is thought to be superior than other groups. that's why, parents have the tendency to impose this group to their children without knowing their ability and interest and leads them towards an uncertain future. therefore, the aim of this paper is to build a model of group selection by analyzing some random attributes of higher level students who have already gone through this event of selecting groups with the help of data mining and some machine learning algorithms, so that a newly 9 th grade student could have the proper direction of selecting a group which is best for him/her. For the purpose of experimentation we have used three machine learning algorithms: Naïve Bayes, Sequential Minimal Optimization (SMO) and Random Forest. Among these algorithms Random forest gives the best prediction result with an accuracy of 84.9%.

Sentiment Analysis is a technique related to text analysis and natural language processing used to detect various types of insights or information from a portion of text. Over the past few years, researchers have done many works regarding this. In Bangladesh, many online services like-e-com become very popular day by day. One of them is online food delivery services. We can order various foods of our choice from online and sometimes people gives reviews based on that food. those reviews are usually discarded as unstructured data which of them have no work in further. In this piece of research focus primarily on those unstructured data to analyze them in a correct manner to find insight into customers' behavior and their reactions on those online platforms. To do this experiment first we collect data from websites. Later deep learning-based techniques applied here. For baseline structure, we have used both CNN and LSTM models. then for improving the model accuracy an attention mechanism applied followed by CNN which gives us 98.45% accuracy. We've also evaluated our model performances with some evaluation metrics also. From them, CNN based attention model gives a higher f1-score of 0.93.

In modern technology or practical application, all things are gradually arranged. therefore, in this paper, we attempt to establish a new sorting algorithm and compare it with some other standard sorting algorithms by their execution times. We designed and developed a methodology that can be executed on random data, ordering data, and some specific data (data means integers value), which can provide the best result for Right Bounding Sort (RBS). the methodology is comparing the array's left value with the rightmost value. Under a particular condition, these two values are swapped, then left index increase, and after completing the first step, the right index decrease, and it continues up to array size. though there are many sorting algorithms invented for sorting an array with specific time complexity, space complexity, and other factors, they have some limitations because there is no sorting that is perfect for all various types of data. Some are good for small ranges of value, some are vast ranges of data, some are stable, and some are unstable. this algorithm performs with Big-O(n 2 ) time complexity and Big-O (1) space complexity. We see that our new sorting algorithms provide better solutions than some other existing sorting algorithms like the bubble sort, insertion sort, cycle sort, etc. On the experimental dataset in respect of time complexity.

With the rapid increase of population, nonrenewable energy loss has become one of the prior concerns worldwide in recent years. Researchers are working on the proper utilization of renewable energy to save the rest of the non-renewable energy sources for future generations. One of the purposes of this research is to develop an intelligent automation system that can decide luminous control operation based on light intensity. Here, LDR sensor is installed in such a way that it can be able to identify Night and Day mode using a certain intensity value, and as well as IR sensors take over the control of street light. the solar cell will be used for power supply here and DC current will work as a secondary backup. the article also involves automatic monitoring of traffic controls through a video system. the camera incorporates automatic text retrieval from video data utilizing lip reading by decoding facial expression utilizing deep learning methods. the proposed solution includes a test data collection, an interpretation of the picture frame, and a text production of the specified words. the test data collection will be structured in the proposed methodology by integrating all potential facial expressions of different words.
