In view of the verification requirements in the airworthiness regulations about normal category aircraft for the minimum flight crew, after in-depth interpretation of the definition of terms and its Connotation, this paper puts forward an idea for the airworthiness compliance verification, and expounds an effective and low cost efficiency ratio airworthiness compliance flight test verification method from the test scenario planning, crew workload evaluation methods and test result analysis. the findings would have certain role in guiding the minimum flight crew airworthiness compliance verifying on China's normal category aircraft.

In this study, the technology of active reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) is employed to devise a secure communication strategy suitable for a dual unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) environment. Under this strategy, one UAV is tasked with conveying information to the user, while the other UAV is responsible for transmitting interference signals to disrupt the eavesdropper, ensuring the security of communication between the UAV and the legitimate receiver. the problem is classified as a non-convex optimization issue, and through collaborative optimization of the UAV's transmission power, interference power, flight path, and the coefficient matrix of RIS, the optimal average secrecy rate of the strategy can be derived. In addition, the introduction of successive convex approximation and semidefinite relaxation simplify the objective function into a more manageable form. Meanwhile, a penalty-based method is used to solve the rank-one problem. Simulation results demonstrate that the Active RIS technology can significantly enhance the performance of the dual UAV secure communication system.

Fine-grained image classification presents considerable difficulties because of the subtle local variations between objects and and significant similarities across categories. this paper suggested a Transformer-based Attention Mechanism and Feature Fusion Network (SwA-Net) for fine-grained image classification. this method introduces a multi-channel attention mechanism to enhance feature extraction from salient image regions and fuses feature information across different levels to improve classification accuracy. Compared to conventional Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), the Transformer captures global image information more effectively and improves the representation of fine-grained details. Experimental results demonstrate that SwA-Net achieves superior classification performance on public datasets like CUB-200-2011 and Stanford Dogs, significantly enhancing classification accuracy and confirming its effectiveness and robustness in fine-grained classification tasks.

the smart grid relies on information and communication technology to enhance capabilities and electricity management, withinformationtechnology aimed at safeguarding the power grid. However, despite leveraging modern communication systems, the smart grid still faces various security challenges. In this paper, we present our work on implementing quantum key distribution (QKD) in the smart grid. Unlike previous approaches, we designed and evaluated separate wired and wireless key distribution mechanisms to securely distribute keys to the terminals. Our experimental results verified that the bit error rate (BER) of the wired key distribution is below 1.5%, and the code rate exceeds 3 Mbps when the transmission distance is less than 10 km. Additionally, we analyzed the performance of wireless key distribution mechanisms. through theoretical analysis and application scenario evaluation, we demonstrated the feasibility of using QKD to ensure the security of the smart grid.

However, faced with multiple heterogeneous devices and different types of on-site systems, factors such as diverse protocol types, large data volumes, and tight on-site debugging time have caused difficulties in obtaining data from industrial equipment. this article proposes a universal framework for data acquisition of industrial field equipment and systems, and designs a flexible and configurable method for data acquisition based on this framework. To achieve this method, a data acquisition tool called Digital Acquisition Tool(DATool) has been designed and developed. Finally, this article established a simulation experimental environment and implemented data acquisition and processing on devices within Modbus protocols. the experiment proves that this method is convenient and effective in data acquisition.

Time series forecasting is employed in various fields such as electricity and transportation. However, complex temporal changes in data remain a challenging task for long-term forecasting. From a multi-scale perspective, it can be observed that the time series exhibits different states at different sampling scales. Fine-grained information and coarse-grained information are reflected at small and large scales, respectively. To address this, we propose a new Multi-Scale Frequency Interpolation model for time series forecasting. this model consists of a Multi-Scale (MS) architecture and a Frequency Interpolation (FI) module. Specifically, MS architecture decomposes time series from multiple views to increase the model's ability to perceive at different scales. And FI module further performs frequency decomposition and interpolation prediction on different scales. thus, the complex temporal variations of the time series are internally unraveled. Extensive experiments on 5 real world datasets demonstrate the superiority of our approach.

Maintaining secure communications is essential in our interconnected world. this research investigates a NOMA downlink communication system assisted by a UAV equipped with RIS, where an eavesdropper attempts to eavesdrop on signals transmitted by the base station to legitimate users. the focus of this research is on maximizing the average secrecy rate of the system by concurrently optimizing boththe trajectory of the UAV and the phase shifts of the RIS reflecting elements. By utilizing the DDPG algorithm in the context of deep reinforcement learning, this paper proposes a transmission optimization scheme to solve the problem of joint optimization in this dynamic environment to ensure secure communication. Results from the simulation show that the proposed scheme significantly enhances the security capabilities of the communication system, providing a robust approach to safeguarding information security in NOMA downlink scenarios.

Currently computility shows an explosive growth trend. Heterogeneous software and hardware architecture, super-computility distribution and performance difference bring significant challenges to super-computing grid integration. We propose a super-computing grid integration system to access and schedule heterogeneous super-computing, and provide high-quality service. Queue based super-computing virtualization and multi-level scheduling system are adopted respectively to address the problem of heterogeneity of super-computing centers and scheduling system. the system has unique scheduling policies, is theoretically compatible with majority of super-computing scheduling systems like Slurm and also has practicability and extensibility compared with traditional super-computing center. the system supports historical performance evaluation by agent to support applications deployment between architectures and it can optimize scheduling. Example case analysis proves the feasibility of our architecture. And we also find that the computational performance of heterogeneous computing resources needs to be comprehensively analyzed in terms of instruction sets, IO(Input/output), network and specific optimizations.
