the goal of this ongoing study is to understand how the development of soft skills is approached in the existing computer science and software engineering curricula. Based on the findings and improvement opportunities, we propose a high-level course structure to be used as a framework for those higher education organizations who want to support the development of students technical and non-technical skills. Withthis proposal, we believe computer science and software engineering students would be better prepared for the most recent IT market requirements, fostering the development of the 21st century's main competencies. In order to develop the course structure presented in this study, we conducted a literature research, which showed the development of students' soft skills still requires improvement and more efficient approaches. Our solution proposal combines DevOps, Scrum and Challenge Based Learning approaches into one single course, which uses Agile DevOps culture and values, along with continuous feedback, to promote students' soft skills development.

Conducting appropriate knowledge sharing (KS) can increase organizational performance, productivity, and sustainable competitiveness. Currently, KS has been implemented using technology assistance. Technology is needed in order to assist people in performing KS, either from individual to individual or individual to company. Nevertheless, researchthat discussed the development methods for developing KS System (KSS) is still limited. As a result, many KSS' that have been developed have not been optimal and satisfactory, resulting in ineffective KSS. therefore, this study aims to identify what are development methods used in developing KSS and what are the critical features that have been obtained from each KSS. 22 studies that were conducted from 2016 to 2020 are involved to identify development methods in KSS and their outputs through Kitchenham Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. this study found that User-Centered Design (UCD) is a method explicitly mention by including reference sources in KSS development. the findings show that there are 7 development phases namely analysis, defining, planning, design, implementation, prototyping, and testing & evaluation. the features found are generally asynchronous such as discussion forum including comment, Q&A, and sharing. However, there are also some synchronous features such as face-to-face learning and video meeting.

Currently, many organizations have adopted agile software development (ASD) methods. Although ASD is widely known as a better way of developing software, its implementation also has challenges that need special attention. therefore, some research revealed various dimensions of factors that can potentially maximize the implementation success of ASD methods. Still, none of them specifically examined the dimensions of organizational culture, even though the previous survey and several studies have discovered it as an essential factor determining the ASD Project Success. Consequently, this research tries to identify how the organizational culture affects the success of ASD projects. this study aims to provide a new research model regarding organizational culture and project success in ASD and its validation. the validation process uses the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. the findings show that Rational Culture and Group Culture form positively impacts ASD Project Success. Meanwhile, Hierarchical Culture form negatively impacts the ASD Project Success. Particularly for development Culture, there is a positive impact on the ASD Project Success only if there is mediation from the ASD Practices.

Virtual reality (VR) has grown in popularity in industry and science. Using virtual reality for scientific purposes can provide researchers with new possibilities and change human-computer interaction.
