the Business Intelligence (BI) tool is a solution that allows organizations to access information that enables them to address and support the complex process of decision making with multiple criteria. We present the results of implementing Business Intelligence tools to contribute to the electrical industry in this article. this article aims to present the Business Intelligence tools that can contribute to the electrical industry, using the literature review as a methodology. As a result, 170 potential articles were obtained. From these articles, 20 were selected as they will be helpful for the development of a Business Intelligence tool to solve the problem of decision making in an electricity distribution company. the conclusion is that the Business Intelligence tools implemented in the industries offer promising proposals and benefits and can be applied in the electrical industry. © 2021 ieee.

Blockchain technology was first introduced more than a decade ago, as a crypto coin alternative for the financial sector, in the form of Bitcoin. Since its introduction, the research community has identified the potential of blockchain, not only for the financial sector, but for many other areas, such as industry, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, healthcare, and so on. Blockchain technology has gained its place in computer communication, too, especially in the Internet-Of-things (IoT) domain. In this paper, we present the main characteristics of blockchain technology and find the places in computer communications where it can fit. © 2021 ieee.

In information warfare, the share of indirect economic loss keeps increasing in the whole economic cost;and it is more difficult to calculate, analyze and evaluate it. To weigh the influence of war on future economic development accurately, this paper, with existing researches as reference, puts forward a simple evaluation model based on data analysis, and applies it to the evaluation of indirect economic loss in Iraq War.

the goal of this ongoing study is to understand how the development of soft skills is approached in the existing computer science and software engineering curricula. Based on the findings and improvement opportunities, we propose a high-level course structure to be used as a framework for those higher education organizations who want to support the development of students technical and non-technical skills. With this proposal, we believe computer science and software engineering students would be better prepared for the most recent IT market requirements, fostering the development of the 21st century's main competencies. In order to develop the course structure presented in this study, we conducted a literature research, which showed the development of students' soft skills still requires improvement and more efficient approaches. Our solution proposal combines DevOps, Scrum and Challenge Based Learning approaches into one single course, which uses Agile DevOps culture and values, along with continuous feedback, to promote students' soft skills development.

Conducting appropriate knowledge sharing (KS) can increase organizational performance, productivity, and sustainable competitiveness. Currently, KS has been implemented using technology assistance. Technology is needed in order to assist people in performing KS, either from individual to individual or individual to company. Nevertheless, research that discussed the development methods for developing KS System (KSS) is still limited. As a result, many KSS' that have been developed have not been optimal and satisfactory, resulting in ineffective KSS. therefore, this study aims to identify what are development methods used in developing KSS and what are the critical features that have been obtained from each KSS. 22 studies that were conducted from 2016 to 2020 are involved to identify development methods in KSS and their outputs through Kitchenham Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. this study found that User-Centered Design (UCD) is a method explicitly mention by including reference sources in KSS development. the findings show that there are 7 development phases namely analysis, defining, planning, design, implementation, prototyping, and testing & evaluation. the features found are generally asynchronous such as discussion forum including comment, Q&A, and sharing. However, there are also some synchronous features such as face-to-face learning and video meeting.

Currently, many organizations have adopted agile software development (ASD) methods. Although ASD is widely known as a better way of developing software, its implementation also has challenges that need special attention. therefore, some research revealed various dimensions of factors that can potentially maximize the implementation success of ASD methods. Still, none of them specifically examined the dimensions of organizational culture, even though the previous survey and several studies have discovered it as an essential factor determining the ASD Project Success. Consequently, this research tries to identify how the organizational culture affects the success of ASD projects. this study aims to provide a new research model regarding organizational culture and project success in ASD and its validation. the validation process uses the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. the findings show that Rational Culture and Group Culture form positively impacts ASD Project Success. Meanwhile, Hierarchical Culture form negatively impacts the ASD Project Success. Particularly for development Culture, there is a positive impact on the ASD Project Success only if there is mediation from the ASD Practices.

Formulaic language plays an indispensable role in academic English writing and translation. To provide a convenient environment for Chinese learners to acquire the English formulaic language, an English-Chinese bilingual parallel corpus of academic formulaic language with 1643 sentence pairs is constructed. this paper introduces the construction method of the corpus, discusses the teaching application scenarios matching with its functions, designs a cross-contrast experiment, and verifies the convenience and effectiveness of the system. Using various retrieval channels and abundant corpus provided by the system, learners could master a large number of academic formulaic languages imperceptibly in their daily study. At the same time, the system can also provide data sources for computer-aided translation and other research on formulaic language. © 2021 ieee.

Aiming at the problem of low target recognition rate on the battlefield of armored troops, the practical application of vehicle-borne radar moving target recognition is briefly described, and the concept of recognition by micro-Doppler feature is introduced in this paper. the research history, current situation and development trend of ground and low altitude target recognition based on micro-Doppler feature are discussed next. At last, the scientific and feasibility of target recognition by micro-Doppler feature is verified from both theoretical and practical aspects.

Virtual reality (VR) has grown in popularity in industry and science. While the development of virtual reality applications is progressing at a fast pace, even today it is a challenge to precisely define the aspects that make virtual reality software of high quality, user-friendly and usable. the biggest issue is that traditional software testing standards can only be partly followed. Using virtual reality for scientific purposes can provide researchers with new possibilities and change human-computer interaction. In this paper, we conducted a user study and identified a number of aspects that are the basic factors in determining the usability of virtual reality software. the results indicate that excessive head and arm movements have an impact on the VR experience.

In some hard real-time systems, the system has high requirements for program execution time and energy consumption. If the program runs overtime or the energy is exhausted in advance, it will have a significant impact on system security. In order to be able to more accurately predict the WCET and energy consumption of the program and provide support for the subsequent search for the best optimization method that optimizes WCET and the average execution time at the same time, this paper gives a set of feasible methods that can predict the worst execution time and average execution time of the program. On the basis of existing research, the static method of program execution time estimation is integrated with the dynamic method, and the WCET and energy consumption of the program are estimated using the sample program features such as dynamic instruction features, and the L-M (Levenberg-Marquardt) algorithm is used to train neural network. And compared with the traditional regression algorithm, add quantitative indicators and verify the feasibility of the method. the method in this paper can make an accurate prediction of the execution time of the program. the research is helpful to the follow-up development of this field and provides a useful reference and reference for the further optimization of the program. © 2021 ieee.
