In recent years, D2D communication technology has been widely used in cellular networks. By introducing D2D users, cellular networks can improve the efficiency of using resources, which can improve the quality of communication. In the system where both D2D users and cellular networks users exist, we studied the method how every user is introduced into the cellular networks to improve the resource utilization. the distributed resource allocation for D2D communications underlying cellular networks is considered. By the game theory, the problem can be considered as a non-cooperative game. Firstly, Nash Equilibrium's existence is proved. then a distributed algorithm is designed to solve the power allocation problem. Finally, Nash Equilibrium uniqueness and the global convergence of asynchronous distributed algorithm are proved. Simulation results show that the algorithm is convergent, which can get optimal power allocation by iteration method.

distributed video coding is a new video coding mode, and it can shift the computational complexity from encoder to decoder. that makes it very suitable for wireless video terminals with limited computing capabilities, memory and power. this technology is rapidly developing with emerging video applications such as wireless video surveillance, wireless digital camera and mobile video telephony. this papersummarizes the distributed video coding technology from the theory to the application from the perspective of basic principle, coding framework, key technology and development trend. On the basis of these, this paper proposes several aspects of distributed video coding that is worthy of further study.

Combined with client pairing on nonorthogonal multiple access (CP-NOMA), carrier sense multiple access/collision avoidance (CSMA/CA) can provide more connectivity for clients in downlink phase and alleviate the low transmission efficiency from rate anomaly problem. Compared with conventional CSMA/CA system, the proposed enhanced CSMA/CA with CP-NOMA can save about half of the time cost to send signaling overhead and provide improvement in the efficiency of data transmission. Similar to saturated throughput, the long-term average rate is defined and used to illustrate the performance of the proposed method. Considering the criterion of the fairness and the received signal to noise ratio (SNR), the selection of client pairing in NOMA could be optimized to maximize the data transmission rate in NOMA. Providing the channel access for more clients, the efficiency of the downlink transmission is enhanced in the proposed scheme. In the application of internet of things (IoT), the enabling technology supporting more clients in connectivity really makes a big difference. Besides, the enhanced CSMA/CA with CP-NOMA is compatible with conventional CSMA/CA system.

IoT is an emerging area with revolutionary applications in areas like transportation, health care, energy, and agriculture etc. It can be realized through the massive deployment of IoT devices in the physical world. But massive deployment comes with severe security concerns. IoT devices are capable of running operating systems within themselves. An adversary may tamper or clone these IoT devices for his or her benefit. Most of the modern operating systems today use attack prevention techniques based on No-eXecute (NX) memory page protection scheme, which prevents execution of malicious code injected into the device. But, Return Oriented Programming (ROP) has the capability to break this security cover and take control over the IoT device. In this paper we present an effective implementation of the ROP, used as a defensive weapon against code tampering by adversaries. We also propose techniques to choose the best gadget set for building the ROP chain.

With the further development and popularization of internet in China, the number of internet users and data has risen sharply that puts forward higher requirements for the performance of the Web server. Traditional Web architecture is difficult to meet the needs of users and business, whereas cluster and load balancing technology can better deal with the performance problems caused by the growth of business and users. A key factor that affects the performance of the Web cluster is the consistency of user state information between servers. In this paper, several commonly used Web server cluster session maintaining methods are studied and a novel Redis-based Web server cluster session maintaining technology is proposed. It can make the cluster scale out more easily and provide highly available service.

this paper discusses the foundational elements for Next Generation frameworks based on the emerging principles and technologies in the context of distributed collaboration in two diverse fields (manufacturing and surgery). the Next Generation `smart' collaborative frameworks discussed in this paper are influenced by several emerging fields and technologies; these include Advanced Virtual Reality and Haptic (Touch) based technologies to support collaborative interactions among distributed users along with emerging practices based on internet of things (IoT), Cyber Physical Systems (CPS), Cloud computing and Future internet networking approaches. the foundational elements revolve around 3 key facets of Information Centric Engineering (ICE) which include Modeling, Simulation and Exchange (MSE) of Information. We discuss the creation of such IoT based cyber physical frameworks using these MSE elements for two of these domains: one is advanced manufacturing; the other is the field of medical surgical training. the design of such IoT based Cyber Physical frameworks is discussed along with implementation aspects of two advanced Test Beds.

Nowadays, manufacturers want to send the data of their products to the cloud, so that they can conduct analysis and improve their operation, maintenance and services. Manufacturers are looking for a self-contained solution. this is because their products are deployed in a large number of different buildings, and it is neither feasible for a vendor to negotiate with each building to use the building’s network (e.g., WiFi) nor practical to establish its own network infrastructure. the vendor can rent a dedicated channel from an ISP to act as a thing-to-cloud communication (TCC) link for each of its IoT devices. the readily available choices, e.g., 3G is over costly for most IoT devices. ISPs are developing cheaper choices for TCC links, yet we expect that the number of choices for TCC links will be small as compared to hundreds or thousands of requirements on different costs and data rates from IoT applications. We address this issue by proposing a communication sharing architecture sTube+, sharing tube. the objective of sTube+ is to organize a greater number of IoT devices, with heterogeneous data communication and cost requirements to efficiently share fewer choices of TCC links, and transmit their data to the cloud. We take a design of centralized price optimization and distributed network control. More specifically, we architect a layered architecture for data delivery, develop algorithms to optimize the overall monetary cost, and prototype a fully functioning system of sTube+. We evaluate sTube+ by both experiments and simulations. In addition, we develop a case study on smart maintenance of chillers and pumps, using sTube+ as the underlying network architecture. © 2017 Association for computing Machinery.

distributed robot often contains two systems. One is for moving, another one is for fastening. In this paper, we focus on a new linear motor, in addition to motion function, it can provide suction force, does not require continuous energy supply for suction. A basic circuit for the new linear motor was designed, tested, which can freely control the length of dead-time. Design guide for initial design are also summed up. © 2016 IEEE.

In the field of libraries, the rapid development of digital libraries has achieved cross-regional, object-oriented network query and dissemination, so that people at any time and place people can obtain the necessary information and make it into reality through the network. this has expanded the most important function of the traditional library, information service function. So in the era of large data, compared to traditional libraries, information service function of digital library is more prominent, which greatly promoted the sharing and utilization of resources.
