this paper considers a resource allocation problem of ultra reliable low-latency communication (URLLC) for MIMO Network-Assisted Full Duplex (NAFD) systems. Our primary aim is to maximize the system energy efficiency (EE) through joint downlink (DL) beamforming and uplink (UL) power control, subject to quality-of-service constraints and power constraints. Due to the non-convexity of the optimization problem, it is very hard to obtain the global optimal solution. thus, we propose a low computational complexity algorithm to find the suboptimal solution of the problem. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can converge fast and significantly improve the EE for the NAFD-URLLC system.

High-Resolution Range Profile (HRRP) contains rich target features and is easy to obtain, making it important data in the field of radar aerial target identification. However, many current studies have only focused on single-view static networks, without making full use of the multi-view information of the target. Besides, the structure and parameters of the network are also fixed, which cannot learn the target features dynamically. therefore, this paper proposes a multi-view network (Dynamic Structure and Parameters Neural Network, DSPNN) that can dynamically adjust its own structure and parameters according to the input samples. Firstly, the network realizes the dynamic adjustment of network depth and convolutional kernel parameters through the skip gate mechanism and dynamic convolutional kernel. Next, the weights of the extracted features are reassigned through the spatial attention mechanism. Finally, the fusion of multi-view features is accomplished by the multi-input feature fusion module, which improves the feature adaptive extraction and fusion capability of the network. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method has superior aerial target multi-view HRRPs classification performance over other compared methods.

Symbiotic radio (SR) communication is a promising technology to achieve spectrum- and energy-efficient wireless communication, by enabling passive backscatter devices (BDs) reuse not only the spectrum, but also the power of active primary transmitters (PTs). In this paper, we aim to characterize the energy-efficiency (EE) region of multiple-input single-output (MISO) SR systems, which is defined as all the achievable EE pairs by the active PT and passive BD. To this end, we first derive the maximum individual EE of the PT and BD, respectively, and show that there exists a non-trivial trade-off between these two EEs. To characterize such a trade-off, an optimization problem is formulated to find the Pareto boundary of the EE region by optimizing the transmit beamforming and power allocation. the formulated problem is non-convex and difficult to be directly solved. An efficient algorithm based on successive convex approximation (SCA) is proposed to find a Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) solution. Simulation results are provided to show that the proposed algorithm is able to effectively characterize the EE region of SR communication systems.

this paper investigates the tradeoff between the average age of information (AoI) and the transmission cost for networks with stochastic packet arrival and random erasure channel. Specifically, we model the resource-constrained AoI minimization problem as a constrained Markov decision process (CMDP) and propose a low-complexity single threshold packet scheduling policy for it. the key advantage of the proposed policy is its tractability and convenience for implementation. the AoI distribution and long-term average transmission cost of the proposed policy are derived as closed-form functions of the selected threshold. Furthermore, we show that the proposed policy reduces to the optimal policies under special settings and achieves close-to-optimal performance under general settings.

the advent of web 2.0 and social media blogging has enabled researchers to have access to troves of blog data in the 21st century. While platforms and big corporations like Twitter and Facebook can apply the concept of user networks by leveraging internal tools developed by their teams. Researchers and analysts have had to make use of repetitive ways of analyzing blog networks for collected data. this is due to the limited live databases to store and keep track of blog data and the lack of centralized publicly available tools with such capability. When analyzing blog data, the analyst often wants the capability to model relationships and see blogs that share ideological similarities. this is so because blogs always reference each other when they share similarities in content or when they attempt to reinforce a point of view discussed on the medium. Since the blogosphere is made up of a virtual network of blogs-the blogosphere is defined as the network of blogs and has no limitation in blogs referencing one another. It becomes imperative to have a solution that can allow an analyst to visualize the relationships between blogs based on how influential these blogs are when the analyst tracks the discus on the blogs. We address this by providing users with the capability to visualize and analyze blogs that are influential and how connected these blogs are by a way of network visualization. this demonstration shows how the BlogTracker application analyze and visualizes the blog network. © 2022 IEEE.

the complex underwater environment will cause high attenuation and random fading of the transmitted optical signal. this paper proposes a space-time block coding (STBC) technique for this problem. the massive multiple-input multiple-output (Massive-MIMO) underwater wireless optical communication (UWOC) system is subjected to block coding processing. the STBC coding technology is used in the blocks, respectively, and the spatial multiplexing technology is used between the blocks. through the use of Massive-MIMO technology to improve the capacity of the communication system, combined with STBC coding technology to further improve the reliability of the communication system, and the communication link of the Massive-MIMO system is fully utilized. the simulation results show that the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is improved by about 4dB when the bit error performance (BER) of $\mathbfcommunication\times \mathbfcommunication$ STBC is 10 −6 higher than that of $\mathbfcommunication\times \mathbfcommunication$ STBC in a weak turbulent environment. In a strong turbulent environment, when the system SNR is 10dB, the BER of the multiplexing system using block STBC coding can reach 10 −6 .

In this paper, a collaborative power allocation and waveform selection strategy (CPA-WS) is developed for multi-target tracking (MTT) in airborne radar system. the mechanism of the proposed CPA-WS strategy is to collaboratively coordinate the velocity, heading angle, transmit power, waveform pulselength and bandwidth of the airborne radar, in order to achieve accurate target position estimation under the constraints of maneuverability performance and system resource budgets. the Bayesian Cramer-Rao lower bound (BCRLB) incorporating the above variables is derived to characterize the target tracking accuracy. Since the above parameters are coupled in the objective function, the resulting optimization problem is nonlinear and nonconvex, which is difficult to solve directly. Combined with cyclic minimization approach, an effective partition-based four-step method is proposed to solve the resulting problem. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed CPA-WS strategy achieves the best MTT performance compared with other existing algorithms.

the development of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) formation control technology and air-ground cooperation technology make it possible to provide services for mobile users in harsh environments by UAV. According to the formation of system and control methods at the moment, this paper designs an improved algorithm based on behavior strategy: clearing cooperative UAV formation control algorithm by introducing space synergy of ideas and providing relay communication service for the ground users with four UAV formations and the corresponding position standards to complete the field synergy theory research of UAV formation control algorithm. Finally, the air-ground collaborative UAV modulation control algorithm is simulated using the Unity software platform to verify the feasibility of the algorithm in simulating the actual environment.

Joint source channel symbol-level en/decoding based on space computational intelligence (CI) policy trellis is presented. through constructing a joint decoding plane trellis, it can achieve better decoding performance than the bit-level decoding algorithm. However, the plane trellis is complicated, which results in a high decoding complexity for decoding symbol - level Turbo codes. To solve this problem, we construct a space CI policy trellis and its optimization design of weight value by using constraint condition system of equation in this paper and design a low-complexity joint decoding with variable length symbol-A Posteriori Probability (VLS-APP) algorithm. Simulation results show that the proposed approach reduces the decoding complexity compared to the plane trellis, and the gain is about 1.3 dB, and it provides substantial error protection for variable-length encoded image data, which can be applied to the joint symbol-level en/decoding of streaming media in resource-constrained space communication.

A prompt change over an area can be observed in Land Use and Land Cover maps (LULC) brought by several factors, thus classifying LULC can give vital information such as the scale of commercialized and residential lands, and the availability of forest and barren land. In this study, CNN using pre-trained models such as ResNet-50, VGG16, and EfficientNetB0 was applied to LULC dataset to classify the satellite images into seven classes. the pre-trained model that exhibits a highest performance is the ResNet50 with an Intersection over Union (IoU) of 0.67499
