Word sense disambiguation is a very important task in natural language processing, and it is also a basic work in this field. there are many polysemous words in Chinese vocabulary. Using the word sense disambiguation model can determine the correct meaning of polysemous words in different contexts according to the context of polysemous words, so as to eliminate the ambiguity caused by polysemous words in Chinese. this paper proposes a neural sequence learning model based on Bi-LSTM (bidirectional long short memory) to realize word sense disambiguation. the word vector of the sentence is input into the neural network to train the similarity model, and the different sense items are classified, and the ambiguity is determined by the similarity comparison. the correct sense item of the word thus realizes the disambiguation of the word sense. Experiments show that the disambiguation model proposed in this paper has higher disambiguation accuracy than traditional methods. © 2022 IEEE

the development of digital society generates mass data coming from a huge number of sensors, arising the demand for high spectrum efficiency and energy efficiency related technologies. With passive reflection, the integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) can modulate the sensor information into the communication information and decode them in a cooperative manner at the integrated receiver, offering the potential for spectrum efficiency and energy efficiency enhancement. However, the power of sensor information is much lower than that of communication information, resulting in the bit rate downgrading or bit error rate (BER) increasing. In this paper, we develop the dual quadrature phase reflection modulation (DQP-RM) scheme along with its transmission framework to not only increase the sensor information symbol rate, but also decrease the BER of ISAC. Simulation results verify that DQP-RM theme can decrease the BER of sensor information compared with existing schemes and keep the BER of communication information unchanged while making the symbol rate of sensor information reach that of communication information.

In this paper, we investigate a simultaneous transmitting and reflecting-reconfigurable intelligent surface-enabled non-orthogonal multiple access (STAR-RIS-NOMA) technique for 6G low earth orbit (LEO) satellite networks. In particular, we focus on the problem of similar channel gains of user equipment (UE) when a direct path between LEO and UEs cannot be formed due to the surrounding terrain and buildings. In this paper, we propose a novel signal constellation scaling and rotation for the STAR-RIS-NOMA technique in LEO satellite networks. In addition, we consider a joint maximum likelihood (JML) detector that can achieve optimal performance in terms of bit-error-rates (BER) rather than a sub-optimal successive interference cancellation (SIC) detector. through extensive simulations, we show that the proposed technique significantly improves the BER performance of LEO satellite networks. © 2023 IEEE.

With the exponential growth and advancement of the internet and network technologies, the number of active internet users is expected to exceed 5 billion worldwide by 2025. As a result, designing high performance multi-threaded web server capable of concurrently handling thousands of incoming requests per second is in high demand. To achieve this goal, it is essential for the multi-threaded web server to utilize synchronization algorithm to coordinate the simultaneous use of resources by clients;avoid data inconsistency and still provide timely responses. the aim of this study is to compare and evaluate the performance of different traditional and modern synchronization algorithms adopted by multi-threaded web servers. An empirical experiment is conducted that simulates a file synchronization problem in distributed systems to evaluate how the performance of a multi-threaded web server is affected by those synchronization algorithms. Mutex locks, Spinlocks, Semaphore, and WebR2sync are evaluated, and the performance of each synchronization algorithm is measured using three performance metrics: Synchronization Time, Failure Rate, and Scalability. Results show that Semaphore has the fastest synchronization time, WebR2sync has the lowest failure rate, and Mutex excels at scalability. Such findings help with the decision of which synchronization algorithms to utilize for multi-threaded web servers based on the requirements. © 2022 IEEE.

In order to provide various mobile communication services, mobile communication systems are continuously evolving, and research and development are being concentrated in various major countries in order to preemptively occupy the mobile communication market converging with various systems. We propose an efficient design and implementation method using MathWorks' MATLAB & Simulink Tool and Keysight's Signal Studio Pro Tool & measurement equipment to reduce the time required for complex and evolving mobile communication system development and implementation. We apply the proposed method to the development of 3GPP NR-based gNB transmitters to verify channel control settings for gNB modem operation verification, LLS development for gNB transmitter function verification, Verilog/VHDL code generation for gNB transmitter implementation, and repeatable Step-by-step updates according to errors in each development stage, implemented gNB transmitter test and analysis were performed. As a result, it was confirmed that the method proposed by us can work more easily and accurately than the conventional method, and the required time is remarkably shortened. © 2023 IEEE.

Dynamic Time Division Duplexing (DynTDD) enables flexible time slot allocation based on changing communication needs, which distinguishes it from traditional Time Division Duplexing (TDD) systems that rely on fixed time slot allocation. However, despite the benefits offered by DynTDD, cross-link interference (CLI) can still occur when neighboring cells use different transmission directions on the same or partially-overlapping time-frequency resources. Two types of cross-link interference exist: Base Station (BS) to BS or Downlink (DL) to Uplink (UL) interference, and User Equipment (UE) to UE or UL to DL interference. To address this interference, coordinated beamforming is a crucial signal-processing technique. this study focuses on designing zero-forcing (ZF) transmit beamforming at initialization, and the iterative weighted minimum mean-square error (WMMSE) algorithm to maximize the sum rate in a Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) User Equipment to User Equipment (UE-to-UE) Interference Channel (IC). the study also examines the potential advantages of non-uniform Degrees-of-Freedom (DoF) at Uplink (UL) and/or Downlink (DL) User Equipment (UEs), which can enhance the sum DoF, leading to higher sum rates at high Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). © 2023 IEEE.

this paper proposes an improved residual frequency offset (RFO) estimation method in the cyclic prefix orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (CP-OFDM) based wireless communication system. the proposed method is based on the sidelink primary synchronization signal (S-PSS) sequences inserted into the sidelink synchronization signal/physical sidelink broadcast channel (S-SS/PSBCH) block used to estimate the synchronization error in the 5G NR sidelink system. the proposed RFO estimation method has a more improved estimation performance than the conventional method. the computer simulation is used to assess the performance of the proposed scheme and to make comparison with the conventional scheme. © 2023 IEEE.
