In the most significant issue now plaguing social networking platforms and online communities is toxicity identification. therefore, it is necessary to create an automatic hazardous identification system to block and restrict individual from certain online environments. We introduce multichannel Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) approach in this paper for the detection of toxic comments in a multi-label context. With the help of pre-trained word embeddings, the suggested model produces word vectors. Also, to model input words with long-term dependency, this hybrid model extracts local characteristics using a variety of filters and kernel sizes. then, to forecast multi-label categories, we integrate numerous channels with three layers as fully linked, normalization, and an output layer. the results of the experiments show that the suggested model performs where we are presenting the fresh modeling CNN approach to detect the toxicity of textual content present on the social media platforms and we categorized the toxicity into positive and negative impact on our society.

An autonomous system representing a set of intelligent agents carrying out some complex mission can rely only on the actions of its elements, the intelligence of which is intended and planned, foreseen and unforeseen situations, malfunctions, and failures, is determined by some utility function. the critical components enabling autonomous team reconnaissance and mobility are communications and navigation functions, which provide complex support for the exchange of information between elements to make intelligent decisions for cooperation and collaboration, including determining location, direction, mobility actions and maneuvers, and other complex decisions supporting the execution of the mission. the paper presents models and protocols for ensuring intelligent organization through communication and navigation functions from the point of view of the autonomous intelligent mobility protocol model, forming a logical relationship of functional levels that support reliable and stable operation of an autonomous system. the work formulates the requirements for autonomous intelligent mobility and proposes several specific models that ensure the effective functioning of autonomous systems.

Web service credibility measurement techniques provide a professional and experiential assessment of web services to the user community. Unfortunately, existing web service credibility measures are limited to implementation by only web service stakeholders. thus, they are usually limited to registered users or customers and not open to public voting and acquaintance. Existing techniques only allow internal user evaluation at the web service levels by using pre-specified inputs limited to specialized questionnaires or checklists to evaluate their services. In this paper, we propose a design model for automating crowd input incorporation in credibility measures of web services regardless of whether these services allow feedback from the user or not. Our design facilitates web service evaluation to every internet user openly at the web browser level, not only at the web service level. this model also allows the dissemination of credibility measures to the public through available and easy-access channels. this work will enable web authors, stakeholders, and innovators to claim or vote on authorship or ownership of information and impact their claims on the digital world. It also allows encapsulating and exchanging user experience and claims into credibility measures of web objects and facilitates them to internet users.

A fast algorithm for solving Toeplitz matrix equation is applied to wireless communication to estimate channel impulse response in this paper. the sequence with ideal cyclic autocorrelation property is used as the basic sequence, and then the training sequence is constructed by cyclic expansion. therefore, the equation that needs to be solved in the channel estimation process can become a Toeplitz matrix equation, and then the Toeplitz matrix equation can be solved by a fast algorithm to estimate the channel impulse response. It has shown in the simulation results that the computational complexity in the channel estimation process can be effectively reduced and the channel estimation result is accurate.

In today’s growing Internet, cost-effective on-demand provisioning of caching resources in Cloud-based Content Delivery networks (CCDNs) is essential to preserve the cache hit ratio while reducing storage requirements. However, during the high and fluctuating request rates at different locations, the sudden increase in cache to mitigate the miss rate requires a balance between storage cost (from dynamic cache provisioning) and miss cost (from latency in retrieving content from the Origin Server (OS) or other Replica Servers (RSs)). In such an environment, some RS instances remain underutilized while others are overburdened across different locations and time intervals, which requires effective RS management to activate only sufficient RSs by adapting to the user demands. To overcome these challenges, a cost-balanced adaptive cache management approach is proposed for dynamic cache provisioning in CCDN. this method aims to dynamically manage the activation of RS to optimize resource utilization, and cache instance provisioning and content caching operations in these RSs are managed by introducing an Adaptive Cache Manager that retrieves content from the OS or other RSs by effectively balancing costs in different time intervals. the experimental results indicate that the proposed method reduces the number of active replica servers in CCDN across different time intervals while decreasing the average total cost by about 56% relative to the LRU caching policy on fixed cache and about 10% compared to the dynamic selective caching policy on RCW cache.

Summary - Currently in different organizations and public entities, have large amounts of data and many times the tools or technologies that achieve the analysis of such data are unknown. in this context, business intelligence emerged, which allows data to be analyzed and provided information to supports decision- making for senior executives of public entities. the objective of this research is to propose a business intelligence architecture that provides a solution to manage large amount of information. the methodology used was based on scrum as part of a good organization, structure and time control by the implementation of the proposed architecture in any system or tool of the public entities. as part of the review and part of the results, the research of various articles was carried out, and 20 were selected for sample and proof that the proposed architecture is the one indicated for decision making. in the results of part of the research, was found evidence that a business intelligence architecture is not only the most used, but it provides various response mechanisms for the large amount of information possessed and, in many cases, not used in the best way.

Recently, the orthogonal time-frequency space (OTFS) modulation technique has been proposed to provide reliable communication over time-varying channels, combined with the double dispersion characteristics of underwater acoustic channels to improve the BER performance and spectral efficiency of underwater acoustic communication. In this paper, we propose an underwater acoustic communication system combining index modulation with OTFS. this technique uses indexed bits to control the activation of the grid in the delay-Doppler domain, allowing flexible adjustment of the number of silent and activated grids, resulting in a system with better transmission performance. the effectiveness of the method is demonstrated through simulations where the modified scheme obtains better BER performance than the conventional OFDM-IM modulated underwater acoustic communication system.

Robots and drones are getting popular in many applications nowadays. Autonomous operations of drones and robots are highly desirable to minimize human interventions and enhance operation efficiency. However, there are several challenges that need to be overcome before robots and drones can be automated with minimum hardware requirements. Currently, robotics industry employs costly sensors such as Lidar to estimate distance between a vehicle and objects. Recent advancement in Artificial Intelligence (AI) encouraged researcher to investigate techniques to estimate the distance between vehicle and objects using monocular camera and AI. However, distance (depth) estimation using monocular camera still suffers from low accuracy rate in depth estimation. this paper aims to improve the depth estimation values through applying several image pre-processing techniques such as Nonuniform Illumination Removal, Local Adaptive thresholding, Histogram Equalization, Adaptive Histogram Equalization, White Balance, and Homo- morphic filtering techniques.

the bound state in the continuum (BIC) is widely used in optical field confinement because of its potential in radiation suppression, providing an energy confinement method different from traditional microcavities. However, the size compression of BIC cavities still remains challenging. In this paper, we report an ultra-small size, high-Q BIC microcavity on silicon on insulator (SOI) platfom. We used the integer topological charges carried by the BICs to suppress the vertical radiation loss, while photonic crystal hetero-structures were utilized to reduce the transverse energy leakage. We designed and fabricated photonic crystal microcavity with optical confinement region as tiny as 5×5 period. the measured Q is greater than 170 thousand with the peak wavelength at 1550.39 nm. this work shows the potential of BIC microcavities in size compression. the study has positive effects on integrated optics, information optics, biooptics, topological optics and nonlinear optics. © 2023 SPIE.

the more crucial process and one of the world's major consumers of water in agriculture is irrigation, which has been growing as a result of population growth and the resulting rise in demand for food. the irrigation system is one of the most important components of a system of agriculture. the crop's productivity will be directly influenced by the efficiency and applicability of the irrigation system. Water scarcity is one of the greatest challenges for an irrigation system. the efficient use of land, water, and energy resources depends on Internet of things (IoT)-based smart agriculture systems. In this article, a distributed data reduction and decision-making (DiDaReD) approach for IoT-based smart farming irrigation systems is proposed. the DiDaReD approach is implemented on two levels: sensor devices and edge gateway. At the sensor device level, we implemented a lightweight scoring method for removing the redundant collected soil moisture readings before sending them to the edge gateway. At the edge of the gateway, a voting technique is applied to the scores of received readings from sensor devices to produce a decision regarding irrigation of the monitored farming field according to the soil moisture state of this field. Finally, since the DiDaReD approach is periodic and works in real-time, we implement a decision reduction algorithm to prevent sending the same decision notifications to the actuator, thus saving the energy of the IoT network. Several experiments are implemented using real sensed data from the farming field, and the conducted results show that the proposed DiDaReD outperforms other methods in terms of data reduction ratio, number of sent readings, energy consumption, network lifetime, data integrity, decisions, and total energy consumed by the edge-gateway node.
