In this study, a novel power boost converter topology, which is characterized by a single-switch configuration and its connection to a battery, is introduced. the primary objective of this study is to explore its suitability for voltage enhancement in electrification transportation systems. An intrinsic advantage of the proposed converter lies in its ability to provide a continuous current output with a constrained magnitude, consequently reducing peak values on the battery input side current as a critical parameter impacting battery reliability and longevity. Furthermore, the gain achieved by this novel converter is substantial, rendering it a viable choice for high-voltage Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) *** traditional boost converters, which usually produce an output voltage twice that of the input voltage with a duty cycle of 0.5, the suggested converter exceeds this by providing an output voltage five times higher than the input voltage. the validity of the theoretical framework is substantiated through mathematical derivations and simulation outcomes. To control the proposed converter effectively, a fuzzy logic controller is employed, chosen for its suitability in managing nonlinear systems and its simplicity of implementation. © 2023 IEEE.

A simple microwave Frequency Selective Surface comprising of copper and FR4 layers is simulated, fabricated, and tested for Linear Polarization Conversion. the FSS structure is typically a unit cell that consists of a square patch of 10 mm with a diagonal cut on FR-4 substrate which is placed over a metallic ground of 0.035 mm, for reflective type conversion. the proposed design is simulated using CST microwave studio and fabricated. the FSS is experimentally verified using microwave test bench and is found to be stable with changes in incident angle upto 50o. the simulation results show Polarization Conversion Ratio of more than 85% over a broad range of 4 GHz (8.25 GHz to 12.25 GHz). On further investigation on experimental analysis, maximum Polarization Conversion Ratio of 83% is achieved over a broad range when transmitter and receiver horn is at a far-field distance from FSS. © 2023 IEEE.

this paper proposes a safety, reliability, and maintainability (SRM) assurance strategy for space application payloads based on integrated risk measurement. the assurance strategy encompasses product type classification, product risk classification, and distinctive assurance requirements. Building on this foundation and considering the unique attributes of space station payloads for scientific experiments and mission objectives, the paper presents the practical application of SRM assurance. the engineering practice results at the current stage serve as preliminary validation for the suitability and advantages of this assurance scheme for diverse space application payloads. Hence, it offers an efficient solution for subsequent extensive SRM assurance efforts in the field of large-scale space application payloads. © 2023 IEEE.

Complex Network Analysis (CNA) is a rapidly growing and fascinating field of Network Science research. CNA is the analysis and visualization of complex network graphs, and it also involves the study of different properties of the networks using various efficient algorithms. In numerous sections of the Economic/Financial networks, such as the Stock Market, the study of Complex Network Analysis has sparked a lot of interest. there is a direct correlation between a country’s economy and its stock market. In this paper, we examine the relationship between different sectors of the National Stock Exchange of India (NSEI) by looking at the market price data of the sectors. Investors are investing in different sectors of the Indian Stock Market Day by day. Predicting the trend and price of stock allows the investors to increase their profits from investments. the proposed work focuses on finding out the most influential and correlated sector in the Indian Stock Market and its further analysis. © Grenze Scientific Society, 2023.

the cooperation between remote sensor organizations and the circulated advanced mechanics has provoked the creation of versatile sensor organizations. So their correspondence can be easily checked. In these associations, message security and center conspicuous confirmation are typical issues. therefore, security of colossal degree such associations requires capable key scattering and the board frameworks. An accurate assessment of moisture content is important for the electrical insulation strength and aging life of the solid insulation inside the transformer. However, there is still a major reliance on the Oommen curves to indirectly calculate the moisture in paper, which only takes into account the effect of temperature and not the effect of the electric field. therefore, the experiment on the effect of direct current electric field (DCEF) on the moisture equilibrium characteristics of oil-paper is carried out in this work. Firstly, a tested platform with applied voltage and heating is constructed, then the moisture in oil and paper with different DCEF strengths under the same temperature is tested non-destructively and globally by using terahertz spectroscopy, and finally, the test results are compared with the Oommen curves for data comparison. the results show that when the paperboard samples with the same moisture content reach equilibrium, the applied DCEF is more moisture than that without DCEF, and the DCEF may inhibit moisture diffusion. Moreover, with the increase of the strength of DCEF, the more the average increment of the moisture. this study obtains the moisture equilibrium law of oil-paper under different DCEFs, which lays the foundation for correcting the Oommen curves and calculation equation. © 2024 IEEE.

Neural networks are widely used in image detection and identification applications because of their efficacy in handling complex problems. However, they re- quire substantial memory bandwidth and CPU operations, limiting the performance of conventional CPUs. To address this challenge, researchers have developed an FPGA hard- ware accelerator for Convolution Neural Networks (CNNs). To enhance acceleration performance in CNNs, researchers have identified three key techniques: parallelization, memory optimization, and specialized data flow. A new network on-Chip paradigm was created by the researchers to reduce the off-chip memory Optimization according to researchers, a Network-on-Chip (NoC) architecture and Systolic Arrays (SA) have been created to enhance runtime, computational efficiency, and throughput while reducing off-chip memory traffic. In this paper recent trends in the NoC-Based CNN architecture have been represented. © 2025 IEEE.

the paper describes the design, realization, and testing of a prototype of a wearable device based on the photoplethysmography (PPG) principle consisting of three optical sensors working on transmittance/reflectance principle with wireless connection for real-time data transfer to the control device. the measurement in normal laboratory conditions confirms that PPG signals sensed in parallel can have adequate quality for use in the arterial blood pressure estimation based on heart rate and heart pulse transmission parameters. Experiments in a weak magnetic field environment with an inherent radiofrequency and electromagnetic disturbance verify functionality of the developed PPG sensor. © 2023 Institute of Measurement Science, Slovak Academy o.

the world has altered because to transistors. through the daily improvement of modern technologies, our world advances. BJTs and FETs are the two types of transistors. Due to its many advantages over BJT, FETs are employed. While MOSFETs are widely recognised for their fast switching times, tunnel FET has a number of benefits over MOSFET, including faster switching times, better performance in low-power applications, and a lower threshold voltage [1]. For these reasons, tunnel FET has become more common than *** to increase in power density it is difficult to continue MOSFET scaling due to sub-threshold swing (SS). One of the best choices to replace the MOSFET for the applications of low power is the TFET [4]. the operation of TFET, it works on the concept of band-to-band tunnelling (BTBT) of electrons. Double gate tunnel field effect transistor overcomes the limitations of leakage current and sub-threshold slope but it also has a drawback of ambipolar behaviour due to its symmetrical source drain architecture, the solution for this is to introduce some asymmetry between source and drain this is through the step channel thickness [3]. the more band-to-band tunnelling of electronics from source to channel it leads to more enhancement in on state current. In this paper different gate oxides, thickness of oxide are tested, the simulation of double gate tunnel FET will be performed by using cadence software and ***. In this paper is show a concept of acquisition data using IoT from industrial machines / equipment's with the goal to work remote control with this data in real time, help us to improve the testing method and minimize the cost. the aim of the research is to improve and simplify the working environment, where after receiving remote control data from industrial machines, a limited set of instructions is sent to them in a relatively short time, for monitoring and controlling the technological processes. this minimizes the physical interactions between production operators and quality managers (and not only them), in order to comply with the rules of social distancing during a pandemic or other special conditions. the first stage investigated in this paper was to select the desired implementation system, using SCADA and IoT technology being investigated, then the choice of IoT (or local / cloud server) for real time data acquisition was described, and finally, the orientation towards the use of stored data to create a prediction logic, which is oriented towards the concept developed by IBM, namely: IBM SPSS MODELER. © 2022 IEEE.
