3dtechnology is becoming increasingly popular and new applications emerge as well as low cost hardware to enable fast 3d rendering and processing. An emerging aspect of 3dtechnology is measuring real-world objects that have been digitized in the form of a 3d model. To this end, 3d scanning technology has been introduced to create 3d representations of objects with a minimal error. In this work, we present the process of digitizing a dental plaster imprint to be used in medical applications or e-learning courses. Simultaneously, the error that occurs in each 3d modeling step is presented anddiscussed. then, practical 3d measurements of the object are conducted, using opensource 3d processing tools. Our goal is to create a digital repository on the web which would facilitate dental applications and e-learning.

Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG, a W3C recommendation) is an XML grammar for describing 2d vector graphics, filter effects, and animation. Using a simple example of animated Automobile Crash Testing;the proposed transformation module will allow vector paths to portray a desired3d effect on an object in order to simulate the vehicle crash testing. Although SVG does not support 3d geometry, 3d effects are achieved by effective use of filters and transformations. the SVG Filters Module allows a series of graphic operations to be performed on a given 2d. the compositing module allows layered objects to be combined in various ways to produce different 3dimensional effects using jQuery, Transformations, and Translations for vectored graphics. Physical Engine Algorithms with filtering effects and transformations will provide a computing realism. It proposes a fututure enhancement of implementing NetBeans IdE with JAVA for developing a portable and interactive desktop application having rich UI;which can render SVG 3d Animations and combine it with SVG authoring tools. the implementation will ease the importing of web Statistics, database to the application designed using JAVA Scripting.

Communities is a significant pattern of the web. A community is a group of pages related to a common topic. web communities are able to be characterized by dense bipartite subgraphs. Each community almost surely contains at least one core. A core is a complete bipartite graph (CBG). Focusing on the issues of extracting such community cores from the web, in this paper we propose an effective C & C algorithm based on combination and consolidation to extract all embedded cores in web graphs. Experiments on real and large data collections demonstrate that the proposed algorithm C & C is efficient and effective for the community core extraction because: 1) all the largest emerging cores can be identified;2) identifying all the embedded cores withdifferent sizes only requires one-pass execution of C & C;3) the extraction process needs no user-determined parameters in C & C.

the World Wide web contains rich textual contents that are interconnected via complex hyperlinks. Most studies on web community extraction only focus on graph structures. Consequently, web communities are discovered purely in terms of explicit link information without considering textual properties of web pages. this paper proposes an improved algorithm based on Flake's method using the maximum flow algorithm. the improved algorithm considers the differences between edges in terms of importance, and assigns a well-designed capacity to each edge via the lexical similarity of web pages. Given a specific query, it also lends itself to a new and efficient ranking scheme for members in the extracted community. the experimental results indicate that our approach efficiently handles a variety of data sets across a novel optimization strategy of similarity computation.
