With the rapid advancement in the field of Artificial Intelligence, the last years have witnessed various new technologies. Along with the innovation in this technology, there is also a remarkable inventory with the joint manipulation of embedded systems. The combined operation of these two advanced technology brought us to the innovation that is Digital Twin technology. Digital Twin technology is the new technology that embraces the use of physical world characteristics to replicate its own virtual world to provide the best possible solution in case of any situation. To provide a detailed description of the digital technology this paper is presented. In this paper, the main focus is on the implementation of Digital Twin technology on various technologies such as wireless communication for 5G networks, 6G networks, Data security, and the Industrial Internet of Things. It also comes into optimization for the application in various domains that are manufacturing, aviation, VLSI, and healthcare. This paper briefs us about the concept of Digital Twin technology with its impact and contribution to the new era of innovation. © 2024 IEEE.

Unprecedented improvements in connectivity, speed, and latency are anticipated with the emergence of 6G wireless technology, opening the door for game-changing applications like AI-driven automation, smart cities, and holographic communications. Nevertheless, there are serious environmental consequences associated with these breakthroughs, such as resource destruction, elevated energy use, and electrical waste. It takes a comprehensive strategy that incorporates energy-efficient hardware, sustainable software, and green design concepts to strike a balance between technological innovation and environmental sustainability in 6G. Low-power network topologies, energy-harvesting technology, and the use of renewable energy sources are examples of emerging tactics. Furthermore, reducing the environmental impact of 6G architecture requires the adoption of circular economy principles like recycling devices and using eco-friendly materials. To ensure sustainable development, industry rules, policy structures, and cross-sector partnerships will be essential. In order to provide understanding of design considerations, problems, and future perspectives for a greener wireless future, this study examines the combined quest of technological excellence and environmental responsibility in 6G. © 2025 IEEE.

The integration of artificial intelligence in project management with revolutionize engineering processes like automobile. To fortify security mechanisms in software systems for the Internet of Things (IoT), this article presents a framework for AI-Enhanced Virtual Twin Modelling. In order to track and examine the actions of IoT devices in real-time, the suggested method makes use of virtual twin technology that is combined with machine learning techniques. Automated response generation, continuous threat assessment, and anomaly detection are made possible by creating a digital clone of the actual IoT network using the virtual twin paradigm. By combining deep learning models like CNNs and LstMs, it becomes easier to forecast possible security risks in network traffic data by seeing intricate spatial and temporal patterns. When tested in a virtual Internet of Things (IoT) setting, the suggested framework outperforms conventional rule-based approaches by a wide margin, reducing reaction time by 35% while achieving an accuracy of 9 6. 2 %in threat identification. © 2024 IEEE.

The growing complexity of Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks poses a serious threat to network security, making the development of effective detection and mitigation techniques essential. This study tackles this issue by introducing a novel approach that utilizes machine learning (ML) to improve the identification of DDoS attacks using realworld datasets. By leveraging the CSE-CIC-IDS2018 AWS dataset, we develop a strong classifier to examine network traffic patterns that suggest potential DDoS activity. Our approach encompasses comprehensive steps, including data collection, preprocessing, and the deployment of sophisticated ML algorithms. The outcomes reveal impressive performance, with the model achieving a 99.98 %accuracy rate and nearperfect precision and F1 scores. These results highlight the strength of neural network-based models, especially when implemented using advanced frameworks such as Keras. This research ultimately bolsters network defenses against DDoS attacks and emphasizes the necessity of ongoing innovation in detection techniques to protect digital resources and maintain uninterrupted online services in our increasingly digitalized environment. © 2024 IEEE.
